Nice hotel in a great location. The room was beautiful and clean, although quite compact. The water filling station in the basement is a nice touch. I would have appreciated a small fridge in the room or some other mean of keeping food and drinks cold, however!

Ich war zweimal hintereinander im Bob W. Leider war ich beide Male enttäuscht. Schon die Flure zu den Zimmern wirken mit ihren großen Flecken ungepflegt, und der erste Eindruck nach dem Betreten des Aufzugs ist eher erschreckend. In beiden Aufenthalten habe ich außerdem schmutzige Zimmer vorgefunden. Ich zahle gerne für die zentrale Lage und die Parkmöglichkeit, aber Sauberkeit sollte selbstverständlich sein. Flecken auf den Bettlaken, Haarbüschel und sogar Käfer im Zimmer, das kann ich beim besten Willen nicht mehr schönreden.

The location is really good, but it's a shame that there was no staff present. We had an apartment and thought that there would at least be coffee facilities and a refrigerator in the room, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. Also, during the three nights we stayed there, nothing was cleaned at all. Maybe we didn't read the fine print properly, but for us this is a reason not to book here again. What was really great was the garage under the hotel and the person on WhatsApp who responded immediately.

We loved our stay at HOtello Schwabing. It was very conveniently located near the train station, and only 3 stops from the historic district. The facility was clean and staff were very helpful. The area of town was nice and provided a more local versus touristy feel. Would definitely stay here again :)

Sehr lautes Zimmer, keine Klimaanlage, Restaurant mit Aussentischen, Gäste mit einem hohen Unterhaltsamspruch, auch nach 24 ! Wenn man das Fenster geschlossen hat, wurde die Luft unerträglich. Bei der Zimmergrösse steht der Preis in keiner Relation zum Nutzen

Nice staff. Good location. A/C at the entire hotel was not working, we thought it was just our rooms (2) until we talked to the front desk. They said they couldn't move us since the whole system was not working (for at least the entire duration of our stay, 5 nights; based on the staff's response, it seems like it hadn't been working for a long while even before that). They did offer a fan. There are popular restaurants downstairs but noisy if the windows are open…. Would give it a higher rating if the A/C was working...

As sweat was dripping off me as I packed to leave in my “air conditioned” room, I was contemplating my review. The reason I chose this hotel over cheaper options was that it was air conditioned and hot weather was forecast for Munich. I was new to the self check-in hotel concept and I will never do it again. My air conditioner did not work and there was no one available to fix it nor to help me change rooms.

Die Courtyard Zimmer sind super ruhig gelegen. Die Einrichtung ist perfekt und alles ist sehr sauber. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anbindung zum Hbf und zur Innenstadt ist unkompliziert. Die Gegend hält viele Frühstücks- und Essensoptionen bereit. Das Bistro neben dem Hotel ist auch sehr nett und lädt nicht nur zum Absacker ein. Absolute Weiterempfehlung für einen entspannten Kurzurlaub in München!

Aria condizionata non presente o non funzionante nelle stanze . Con 30 gradi all’esterno credo sia fondamentale . In assenza della climatizzazione su richiesta forniscono dei ventilatori a colonna . Inaccettabile in una città come Monaco e in un hotel a 4 stelle (assolutamente regalate)

Vi hade en bra vistelse på Hotello! Boendet var väldigt fräscht och modernt. Rummen var väldigt fina. Däremot blev det väldigt varmt på rummet då det knappt fanns AC och under tiden vi var i München var det 30 grader. Därför sov vi dåligt och det var väldigt varmt på rummet.
Vi hade en bra vistelse på Hotello! Boendet var väldigt fräscht och modernt. Rummen var väldigt fina. Däremot blev det väldigt varmt på rummet då det knappt fanns AC och under tiden vi var i München var det 30 grader. Därför sov vi dåligt och det var väldigt varmt på rummet.

Das Hotel ist zwar alles in allem in Ordnung, auch wenn der Zustand teilweise zu wünschen übrig lässt, jedoch ist das Management des Hotels eine Vollkatastrophe. Mein Zimmer wurde zwei mal bebucht, sodass nachts um 1 Uhr auf einmal ein komplett besoffener Gast bei mir im Zimmer stand. Auf Ansprache bei der Rezeption, km lediglich ein „Sorry“ zurück. Das ist ein absolutes No-Go. Die Probleme vom Fachkräftemangel sind mir zwar bewusst, aber bitte setzt doch Leute ein, die zumindest die Zimmer für eine Nacht richtig belegen können.
Das Hotel ist zwar alles in allem in Ordnung, auch wenn der Zustand teilweise zu wünschen übrig lässt, jedoch ist das Management des Hotels eine Vollkatastrophe. Konum güzeldi, oda temizdi .Personel zaten yoktu. Sadece uyarmak istediğim bir nokta var. Check in saati olarak 20.00 belirttiğimiz için ve 19.10 da daha erken gittiğimiz için oda anahtarını aktive edemedik. Sistem bu şekild eişliyorsa buözellikle rezervasyon esnasında belirtilmeli o zaman müşteride toleranslı bir şekilde saat aralığı verebilir.Giriş için bu zorluğu yaşamak hoş olmadı.

We loved our stay at HOtello Schwabing. It was very conveniently located near the train station, and only 3 stops from the historic district. The facility was clean and staff were very helpful. The area of town was nice and provided a more local versus touristy feel. Would definitely stay here again :)

Wir waren schon zweimal in dem Hotel und mögen die gemütlich modernen Zimmer. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist super, wenn man bedenkt, dass man im Herzen Schwabings zwischen allen Cafes ist. Beim ersten Mal saß eine nette junge Dame am Empfang und konnte uns zum Glück den check-in Prozess erklären. Dieser erfolgt selbstständig auf einem Tablet und ist, wenn man weiß wo das Tablet steht, sehr einfach.

The room was clean and well maintained. The area has many restaurants and some shopping and large park to the east . There is easy access to the mass transit and the rest of the city. Travel to/from the airport was alright but takes about an hour as long as you don’t miss any changes.

Die Courtyard Zimmer sind super ruhig gelegen. Die Einrichtung ist perfekt und alles ist sehr sauber. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anbindung zum Hbf und zur Innenstadt ist unkompliziert. Die Gegend hält viele Frühstücks- und Essensoptionen bereit. Das Bistro neben dem Hotel ist auch sehr nett und lädt nicht nur zum Absacker ein. Absolute Weiterempfehlung für einen entspannten Kurzurlaub in München!

Super expérience : nous avions une chambre côté cour donc très calme. Chambre très confortable, propre et grande salle de bain avec beaucoup de miroir et lumières adaptées . Un coin banquette avec une table pour se poser ! La localisation est top! Proche du métro et avec pleins de restos et boutiques sympas jusque à côté . Resto en bas le petit frite très mignon et branché . Le point négatif : accueil les réceptionnistes pas les plus aimables ni accueillantes , et il faisait très très chaud dans la chambre . Pas de clim . Manque aussi des rangements dans la chambre .

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the service was good during my stay. However, a restaurant bill was falsely charged to my room and, while I raised this issue during checkout, the hotel pursued me for payment, claiming that the signature on the receipt was mine (it was not).

It was short stay for business. There was trouble getting to the hotel as roads were closed. There is self service check in and check out if you do it outside of working hours (6.30 to 23.30). It works , but you need to get proper instructions. Restaurant downstairs is ok , they serve breakfast and work until very late. Rooms are ok for the price.

Ein tolles Hotel, in das ich sicher wieder kommen werden. Lage ist top, alles funktioniert, Zimmer ist schön. Besondere Anmerkung: Ich war während einer Hitzeperiode im Hotel und die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert. Angenehmes Raumklima, gut einstellbar, nicht zu laut, etc. Mein Zimmer war Straßen-seitig: Die Straße ist sehr laut, auch in der Nacht. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist es allerdings sehr angenehm ruhig. Kleiner Nachteil: Es gibt keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

The location was very nice and near a subway line. The room was well-maintained and clean. My room was in the back of the building, and it was very quiet. It is a staff-less hotel, but questions were quickly answered over WhatsApp. All good. The hotel is committed to sustainability, which I believe is a very good thing, but there was no separate recycling bin for takeout coffee cups. And since the room did not have a kettle or coffee machine, I accumulated several. (When I asked over WhatsApp, the answer I received was to put them in the regular trash.) The hiccup was that the Hotels.com reservation system and the hotel's reservation system did not communicate well. When I eventually telephoned hotel support about arrival instructions (key access with phone, etc.), they could not find my reservation. It was eventually sorted out, but it raised concerns that I did not actually have a place to stay.
