Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Bay City by IHG

Property was clean and parking easy and secure.

Very noisy in the room next door, some sort of party going on and banging. I packed up and kindly requested another room, and they seemed to think that it's not an expectation to have a reasonable level of noise at a hotel on a Saturday due to all the sports teams etc traveling. I travel constantly for work, and that is my expectation. Rooms also need some handywork.

Spotless clean room, excellent location, friendly staff, great breakfast.

The room was right next to the lobby, and they let people hang out all night and yell and scream. It was impossible to sleep. Then i complain to the people up front and the guy said he wpuld discount the bill and i see he charged me double what i was supposed to pay from the beginning..
