Själva rummet var hyfsat men var dåligt städat. I korridoren fanns en gammal heltäckningsmatta som luktade fruktansvärt. Tror de höll på att renovera en del av hotellet så förhoppningsvis blir det bättre. Parkeringen var också lite osäker. Personalen var trevliga

Room was clean. Staff was not friendly and very unhelpful. The bed was very uncomfortable, without a comforter or blanket. The continental breakfast was Aldi brand cereal, white bread for toast and mini bagels.

When we checked into the room and got in there, we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. There were two TV's in the room and one remote. Remote did not work on either of the TV's. Tried to use the phone to call down and the phone was not working. Got one of the TV's to work and they were supposed to come back with another remote for the other TV and never did for three days. They were supposed to fix the phone and for three days never did. One day when we were gone, we decided to do the DND sign on the door while we were gone for housekeeping (I'm aware that they would not do the fixing of items during this time) and housekeeping still went into the room and cleaned the room when DND sign was on door which did not make us feel safe. Also, when checking in, it was just me (a female) and there was another guest that was a female checking in before me. There were men (hopefully other guests of hotel) in the area, and he verbally spoke out the room number for all to hear for both of us. That is a huge safety risk especially for females traveling alone and the room number should NEVER be given out loud. Again, made to feel unsafe. Thankfully it was me and my fiancé this time and not just me and my child. Will probably never go back there.

It was a very reasonable rate and nothing fancy, no pool but a good experience overall.

There were multiple saftey hazards no smoke detector in bedroom, holes in the walls, outlets only 2 worked, and there were coach roaches in my room. I only stayed two days before noticing the cockroach infestation the man at the front desk was rude and they wouldn’t give me a credit for the rest of my stay I was supposed to be there or accommodate me for a different room. Needless to say it was terrible not recommend.
