We loved the house and enjoyed every minute being there. We had fun kayaking, swimming, and fishing. The drive to the beach was real quick too. Would diffently recommend this place to friends and family.

The house was perfect for my family of 5. We fished and played ping pong till the early hours of the morning. House was clean with anything we needed for our stay. from pots and pans to a charcoal and gas grill. Never had to leave once we made it to the house. Will be booking again!

This little home was absolutely adorable and so comfy! We stayed 5 nights in the dead heat of summer and the house was always nice and cool. That’s a huge plus! It was perfectly decorated and clean! There were plenty of extras, games, movies, kayaks, fishing gear, just not enough time to do everything. My 84 year old dad and twin grandsons had the best time fishing every night and we all loved watching the fish under the light. Sadly only the crabs were biting, but the littles thought that was hilarious. If you have ever stayed at Jamaica Beach, then you know the neighborhood is so friendly. We love it here. I have to say out of everything this little home had, the single swing under the deck was my favorite. Every night I found myself swinging in it, it was so peaceful. Definitely will be back! Thank you!

Such a fun place to stay, LOTS to do for kids and adults. My boys fished from the moment they woke up until they fell asleep. House has everything you need plus more. Kayaks were really fun and enjoyed riding their scooters around the neighborhood. Owner communicated wonderful and we had zero issues. We will be coming back in few months for fall break.

LOVED the deck area for relaxing and soaking up the sun! Very clean--rooms were large; kitchen is very well stocked with supplies; lots of storage. In the evening, the green night light on the deck was amazing to watching the "ring of fish" along with other fish with the swings being an added bonus.

We stayed in this home to celebrate my son’s 16th birthday. The kids had a great time fishing off the dock, playing foosball and ping-pong and darts! My husband and I enjoyed relaxing and watching them have the best time! The host was very responsive and eager to make sure we felt comfortable and accommodated. We really enjoyed Jamaica beach and staying on the canal was fantastic!

This is almost like staying at an all inclusive resort. There truly is no need to leave this cabin. Everything you need to entertain yourself is all right here. There is a dartboard, ping pong table, foosball table, a kayak, paddle board, shaded outside patio furniture, closet full of life jackets, beach toys. You can even get a fishing guide to pick you up right from the cabin patio by boat for a fishing trip and drop you right back off (we did). The owner personally texted us frequently to check on us and make sure we didn’t need anything. If your looking for a vacation that doesn’t require a crazy hectic planning schedule and just want to hang out where you are this is the place. Oh, they also, have cruiser bikes, and a fishing light. The neighborhood is super quiet.

My family and I had a very relaxing stay at the property. It was clean and had everything necessary to enjoy time away from our busy life. Paras, was very personable and pleasant. She checked on us to ensure that we were comfortable. We definitely plan on returning!

Wow, what an amazing stay! The house is beautiful, very clean, well stocked, and spacious for everyone. We had so much fun with all the activities available. The kids loved jumping in the water, and using the floaties. We had a family ping pong tournament going. The kayaks and stand up paddle board were a huge hit. Our family really enjoyed hanging out downstairs on the swings, and then eating dinner upstairs on the balcony. We really had the greatest time here. Paras was also an amazing host. He was readily available to answer any questions or make some suggestions. Our family will surely be back to enjoy this paradise. This was by far our favorite stay on the island. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family and I booked this home for a week in July. We live in Houston and wanted an easy vacation on the water. When we arrived at the house, check in was super easy, the house was beautiful and clean, the kayaks and beach supplies were ready! However, our first morning there a hurricane in the gulf turned directly toward galveston and we had to evacuate back to our home in Houston. We were never able to return to the bay house but the property host was very kind and communicative. He helped us get a refund back, even though it meant staying on hold with vrbo for a very long time! Excelllent house and an excellent host!

We spent three nights here over Spring Break. The house was big enough for 5 teenage boys, 2 adults, and two dogs. Plenty of fun things to do (kayaks, ping pong, dart, foosball, fishing) to keep them entertained. It's in a quiet neighborhood on a cul de sac so we didn't have to worry about all night parties from neighbors or people driving by at all hours of the night. Overall, a great stay and would recommend.

Great location. Canal was awesome. Lots of fishing, kayaking and relaxing. Grass and fence was perfect for dogs. House was beautiful and fully stocked with anything you need to make your stay feel like home. Lots of windows overlooking the canal. Highly recommend this place and cute little town.

Our entire family enjoyed this home. It is laid out very well - nice sized rooms and a super great outdoor space. The property manager is very friendly and helpful…providing suggestions and information very helpful to us. We will be back!

This place and host are an absolute gem ! The house was super clean and well stocked. Both decks are set up nicely and well kept. Our little dog loved the fenced yard . There are two grills to use, porch swings, ping pong,darts,and foosball in the garage if the weather isn't cooperative. There is a jetted tub in the master if you need to soak you're old bones! I did! 😂 The host is super kind and helpful. We caught a few specs off the deck. I would highly recommend this rental! Signed.... One happy camper!

This is an amazing property that allows you to truly enjoy an island getaway. The property owner is very responsive (even reached out and let us check in early!) and was available to assist with any help needed. We gathered on Galveston island for a much needed reunion with old friends. The property is so clean and welcoming- a great place to simply relax on the deck but also plenty of things to do like ping pong or foosball in the garage or a movie night in the living room. This is an amazing property that allows you to truly enjoy an island getaway. The property owner is very responsive (even reached out and let us check in early!) and was available to assist with any help needed. We gathered on Galveston island for a much needed reunion with old friends. The property is so clean and welcoming- a great place to simply relax on the deck but also plenty of things to do like ping pong or foosball in the garage or a movie night in the living room. Location is fantastic on the quiet west end of the island. We so enjoyed our time here with friends and would not hesitate to come back!

Such a fun place to stay, LOTS to do for kids and adults. My boys fished from the moment they woke up until they fell asleep. House has everything you need plus more. Kayaks were really fun and enjoyed riding their scooters around the neighborhood. Owner communicated wonderful and we had zero issues. We will be coming back in few months for fall break.

My family and I booked this home for a week in July. We live in Houston and wanted an easy vacation on the water. When we arrived at the house, check in was super easy, the house was beautiful and clean, the kayaks and beach supplies were ready! However, our first morning there a hurricane in the gulf turned directly toward galveston and we had to evacuate back to our home in Houston. We were never able to return to the bay house but the property host was very kind and communicative. He helped us get a refund back, even though it meant staying on hold with vrbo for a very long time! Excelllent house and an excellent host!

Our host, Paras, was incredible. We received detailed information which made the check-in process easy along with detailed information about bringing our boat. Home was very clean with a great amount of space. Our family had a great time. Will definitely be back!

We stayed in this home to celebrate my son’s 16th birthday. The kids had a great time fishing off the dock, playing foosball and ping-pong and darts! My husband and I enjoyed relaxing and watching them have the best time! The host was very responsive and eager to make sure we felt comfortable and accommodated. We really enjoyed Jamaica beach and staying on the canal was fantastic!

We stayed at Water's Edge this past week for our summer vacation and everything exceeded our expectations! There was no shortage of fun things to do. We spent three nights here over Spring Break. The house was big enough for 5 teenage boys, 2 adults, and two dogs. Plenty of fun things to do (kayaks, ping pong, dart, foosball, fishing) to keep them entertained. It's in a quiet neighborhood on a cul de sac so we didn't have to worry about all night parties from neighbors or people driving by at all hours of the night. Overall, a great stay and would recommend.

Great location. Canal was awesome. Lots of fishing, kayaking and relaxing. Grass and fence was perfect for dogs. House was beautiful and fully stocked with anything you need to make your stay feel like home. Lots of windows overlooking the canal. Highly recommend this place and cute little town.

Loved the location and the canal home was great for fishing. The owner had excellent communication with us throughout our stay. Any issues we had were quickly addressed. The kitchen needs some updating but other than that it was a great stay and would definitely book again!

Paras really thought of everything on this property. Feel like laying out? The upper deck is perfect. Feel like sitting in the shade on a swing while the family kayaks and paddle boards? The lower lounge is perfect. We forgot our pack and play and found one in the master closet - in clean condition! Quiet and lovely neighborhood. The grocery store 5 min away has everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay.

My family and I had such a great stay at Water's Edge. It was clean, it was comfortable, great location on the canal, and so many amenities and activities - ping pong, darts, kayaking, paddle board, etc. Water's Edge had everything we wanted for our stay and more! So fun! Stores and restaurants close by too! The host was extremely quick to respond to a few questions I had and very helpful. I would definitley recommend Water's Edge!

Great property. We were there during a tropical storm the neighborhood took on lots of water from the storm surge but we were high and dry at this residence. Kids loved watching the fish at night!
