No pool as advertised. The “fitness center” was a small room that smelled of mold. Two days in a row my room was not serviced. WiFi did not work. “Continental Breakfast” no fresh fruit and bread was hard and stale. TOTAL RIP OFF!! DEFINITELY WILL NEVER GO THER AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND IT TO MY WORST ENEMY!!

Good overall, but NYS Health Department had closed the pool days before and update about this key feature had not been communicated to prospective guests (though room rates are updated daily)

Desk clerks are unprofessional. The pool was not available. The breakfast was just cereal and prepackaged muffins. The room was clean but the ac unit was falling out of the wall and you could see outside. The bathroom was very very small.

The positive was that eh hotel room was recently renovated and was clean and comfortable. Shower pressure was great. Location convenient to Bethel Woods for a concert. NEGATIVES: The continental breakfast advertised was non-existent. Only "hot" item was waffles, no eggs, meat, etc. as advertised on the breakfast menu board. No individual milk containers. Pool still not open despite several months of renovations. Advertise a restaurant and bar via outside signage, but the clerk said she hasn't seen anyone operating the restaurant for some time. Tried to use mu key to access the gym (no tv) at and after the appointed opening time, but would not work. Got the clerk to open up but she said the timer was operating on a different time zone???? Gym was not accessible at 8:00 despite supposed to open at 7:00.

This is the most D tier hotel - I chose it because it had a pool and breakfast. Pool was closed for "construction", sure. And the breakfast you had to heat yourself. If I wanted to do that I would have stayed at home. The beds were also radically uncomfy.

Pools outdoor and indoor were not available. Bar restaurant was not open. Breakfast ran our of supplies, food, and beverage. Room was clean and employees were courteous. But, what paid is not what we were given.

Usually my stay is really good. This time I paid much more than usual and the room smelled damp. The bathroom shower curtain had mold and so did the toilet.

The hotel needs some refurbishing. There was mold in the ceiling of the hallway.

The facility is old and dilapidated. The room seemed clean but the halls smelled like mold, the pool was empty and cracked, the whole place has seen much better days. We stayed for two nights and no one cleaned our room or brought fresh towels.

The bathroom was filthy, rings in toilet bowl, towels dingy, all the edges of the room floors filled w dirt and dust. Terrible odor as well. Adding a new floor and some lamps doesn’t compensate for filth. Hallways dirty, a cart w soiled towels and sheets left in hallway all day and night causing terrible smells as well as the trash cans on property (outside) overflowing w trash.

Bathroom not very clean. Old coffee cup left in the refrigerator.

The property is in desperate need of remodeling. The floor in my room was coming up so bad, I tripped on one of the planks. Bathroom floor was dirty. Could’ve been mopped better! However, the bed was really comfortable!!

Terrible. Hallway was gross. Big gross bins in the corner. Room smelt musty, ironing board full of stains and walls had scum on them. Door struggled to close and bolt lock didn’t work. Mirror was off the wall. Garbage everywhere outside. Back security door was wide open. Couldn’t leave fast enough.

There were cockroaches dead on the floor. The pillowcases had stains on them, and the air conditioner was dusty.

Room was really dirty. I’m not sure if it was recently cleaned or not but tv has stuff splattered all over the screen, back of bathroom door filthy, dust everywhere tub still had soap scum and hair. Wasn’t about to shower in it. Never have I wanted to exit a hotel quicker homeless people wandering around outside

Very clean and nice but the air conditioner rattled really loud making it hard to fall asleep. Would go back and try a different room :)

Room was decent size and clean but place was under some kind of construction although not while I was there. There was however loud banging noises all night that kept me up. No idea where from. Bed was not comfortable to me but most hotel beds aren’t anyway. Service was good.

I had requested a room on a higher floor which I was given a room on the first floor. Very noisy in the hallway outside my room around 1am-2am. Empty beer cans were seen upon my checkout on top of an ice machine that was labeled as broken. I feel I got completely just pushed to the side as this Days Inn did not even bring the conversation up about the request of a room on an upper floor. Piss poor experience which I had lost sleep over because of the noise.

I'm an egg lover and I really liked your unique approach to breakfast. Eggs were available in cheese omelette form, 2 minutes in the microwave and they were great! Bed was comfortable, very little noise from other guests. I'll be back!

The heater did not work, just blew cold air. The cord for the hair dryer had been cut and put back together with wire nuts. Not a safe condition as it hung over the bathroom sink.

It's in a convenient location, right off the highway and Bethel Woods is less then a half hour away. The building is definitely dated but comfortable.

Fast food options right next door—McDonalds and Burger King. My room was newly remodeled with vinyl planking flooring—much better than carpeting!

The hotel placed a hold on a credit prior to us getting there. When they asked how I was paying I have them another card and the proceeded to place and extra hold along the the hotel charges. When asked about it they kept blaming expidia and the banking institution. After an argument and nasty attitude from them we decided to check out 2 hours later. We never even opened the door to our room. When asked about a refund again they said they couldn't do anything to get in touch with expedia. When I got in touch with expedia, expedia reached out to them regarding the refund but the hotel refused! That was my experience with them. My friend had her card swiped on someone elses account which resulted in extra deposits held on her card aswell! SHOCKER!🙄

The property is being remodeled and should not be open. It\'s dirty, smells, and is like a construction site. The staff is unprofessional. The girl at the desk had a bagful of fast food spread out around her and said, "I think your room is that way." The next morning someone who appeared to be in charge of something was scolding a member of the cleaning staff for leaving the garbage in some room, saying it was smelly." The indoor pool is partially filled and clearly closed but with disgusting water. The hotel is a mess and should be closed.

The room was clean. Check in took 45 minutes. The male receptionist took 2 deposits from me: $300!! It should have been $150.00. The cleaning woman, Katherine, was the only shining light at this facility. Management has to get it together. Would not stay here again.

Friendly front desk staff. When I was checking in, their system shut down but they were able to get us in without an issue. They handled themselves with professionalism. The room was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Would stay again. Nice condition, clean and friendly staff. Had a glitch with my booking that they didn't have to honor and they did.

Disappointing Stay – Needs Serious Upkeep We stayed at this hotel mainly because there weren’t many options in the area, and it was about 25 minutes from where we wanted to be—so location-wise, it was manageable. However, the experience itself left a lot to be desired. The property feels like it hasn't been cleaned or updated since it was built—possibly 50 years ago. The room was very outdated, and the air conditioning unit was concerning; it gave off a musty smell that made me suspect possible mold. The screens on the windows were all cut, and dirty. Check-in was also unpleasant. The woman at the front desk wouldn’t even make eye contact and was very short with me—not welcoming at all. The only positive interaction I had was with a housekeeper I met in the hallway; she was kind, and I ended up using the bathroom cleaning spray she had left behind because I didn't feel comfortable using the bathroom as-is. Needs major renovations and perhaps staff training. I will say however when I checked out the man on desk was pleasant.

The check in was extremely slow, (we found out later) new employee. Same new employee was in charge of restocking the breakfast bar (but didn’t know?) After they clocked out the next employee had them come back and show what they missed. Frozen breakfast and out of milk. Not to mention at check out the new employee charged my card for over $500?

Fit the bill for our purposes. Up to date rooms and easy access to highway all at a reasonable price

The property was convenient for us in its location. Also, there were many dining choices nearby.

I like that it was just off the highway, with gas across the road and a few places to eat within walking distance.

Convenient Location to the casino and decent price. Very quiet during this timeod year also.

It's in a convenient location, right off the highway and Bethel Woods is less then a half hour away. The building is definitely dated but comfortable.

Only stayed 1 night. Very clean and comfortable. We will reserve for other Festivals at Bethel Woods.

Knowing how old the space is, and the life it's had - it's an excellent place to stay when you're in the Liberty area. The cost was reasonable. It had more amenities than I took advantage of. My review is more of a reminder about your location - you're in a smaller town that isn't always hosting tourists. There isn't a pantry/market - there's a vending machine for drinks. There aren't name brand amenities, so bring your liquids! But there is a McDs and BK in front of and next to... a gas station if you want to pick up your own provisions (water), and the diner is walkable and deeeelicious. You have a fridge and microwave. I appreciated the coat hangers above the shoe bench, and the room was spacious. Bathroom was small, but I have yet to be in a big bathroom in NY :) the town itself is quiet, and this was a lovely place to lay my head while I was visiting.

Property looks horrible on the outside, terrible area. Room wasn’t too bad though, smelled and looked clean. We only stayed here because it was convenient and near Bethel Woods, where we attended a concert.

What a pleasant surprise to walk into a newly renovated room. The beds were the best I\'ve ever experience in a long time. A very convenient location easily accessed from the highway. There is also a restaurant "Casi\'s Family Diner and Restaurant" Excellent from food to service. I highly recommend both

The steps was covered in chips, ice maker didn't work and couldn't identify the continent of which that continental breakfast was from....

The room was well thought out with all the convenient additions--refrigerator, coffee maker, etc. My room was clean and fully supplied. The breakfast, which was free, could use a bit more attention--the coffee ran out and some of the listed breakfast items weren't available, but there was a nice selection.

Great place to stay, very quiet and clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast station was more than outstanding

There was a lot of construction going on. The pool was under construction. The breakfast was minimal. There was no fresh fruit. The bar/restaurant was never opened.
