WoodSpring Suites Algona-Auburn - Seattle South

À l’arrivée en fin de journée, l homme réceptionniste était particulièrement désagréable tout juste poli. La chambre avait une kitchenette mais sans rien aucun ustensiles de cuisine aucun équipement. Pas de café dans les chambres ni à la réception. C’est dommage car l’hôtel est neuf et la dame qui a fait le Check out était très gentille et serviable. L’hôtel pourrait être très bien, la chambre avait une belle vue mais il faut revoir l’organisation

Problems I had during the stay at this near new hotel: Burner not work leaving no way of cooking food, breaker flipped and maintenance can’t fix, hotel said they need an electrician due to warranty. Another room burner turned on but not hot enough to cook food. Each burner ruined 1 meal each. Given 2 wash cloths and 2 bath towels for 4 people. When asked about, was told that is what give each room. Mentioned I had 4 persons on reservation, was still given 2 of each when turned in towels. Hotel has no hand towels for after washing hands. Kitchen has nothing! No paper towels, kitchen towels, potholders, no dish soap, can opener, strainer, etc., nothing! Was told are expected to bring all out kitchen items with us - who packs a kitchen for vacation? Beds were rock hard and since mattresses were new (only open for weeks), owners cut costs on cheap hard beds (on top of nothing for the kitchen and no dishwasher) leaving us with back, neck, hip pains, even with trying to sleep ON TOP of extra pillows for more comfort and sleep propped up. Laundry had a wall mounted vending machine to buy items but no label or window, to no what would be buying. Keypad to get into the rooms area not work for us and others - was told they’ve been having problems with it. When took the evening hotel employee, expressed all the problems we had with our stay, with the employee saying, ‘I’m only going to tell you this one time, I don’t own this hotel, I didn’t build this hotel.

It was nice and great staff then room those had a huge hole in the ceiling over the shower only weird thing but I’ll stay there again!

Room had dirt and other things all over the floor. Hotel has no ice and no blow dryer in the room. That would of been nice to know before I showered. Not sure how it's an extended stay with no items for the kitchen area like serving pieces and such. I won't stay there again.

Place was under construction but otherwise neat and tidy. Rooms are good size for the money. No breakfast but it’s not really a problem for myself. Overall good value
