It was a very unpleasant time. The staff was acting like they couldn’t give me more towels when my room only came with one towel and I had me my wife and my three children. Which we all had to use the same big tile until the staff had changed and the guy had helped us but the black lady didn’t My wife had indicated that maybe she was racist and didn’t like a biracial relationship. And this was our first time at this location and we don’t eat pork so all they have was pork sausage so it could next time maybe include turkey sausage for those who does not eat pork. My room was 222 and the bottom flooring was coming off as well as the door handle was broken on the closet. One of my children almost cut their finger trying to open the closet, so I probably won’t be staying at that location ever again. as well as there were maybe children that was knocking on the door and running off almost the whole night and really couldn’t get any sleep.

When we got to our room we noticed that the toilet had not been cleaned and there was hair in the bath tub. We called the front desk and told them and they said they would have someone to come clean it the next morning. We left and when we came back the only thing they did was clean the tub and put new towels in the bath room.
