Rob’s place is a wonderful bolt hole for exploring the surrounding areas of West Sussex. The flat is extremely clean, and very beautifully decorated. It is extremely well stocked with everything you need , and more. The welcome gift basket and all the extras such as all the toiletries were so thoughtful. Rob shows a lot of care and thought giving visitors all the information they could need about everything, and is always on hand to answer questions.Beach, pub & shop a couple of minutes walk away.Highly recommend this property , and rob as an excellent host. Thank you.

What an amazing place to stay. Rob was great with communication and the apartment has everything you could need.I stayed for work and plan to stay many more times. So much better than a hotel and such a quiet and peaceful space. I have recommended to my friends and colleagues to use when in West Sussex.
