You can enjoy a large open-plan living area which provides a warm and inviting space, complete with a snug sofa and a separate dining area, making it ideal for slow breakfasts, evening meals, or planning the next day's activities. A well-equipped kitchen gives you the freedom to prepare home-cooked meals whenever you choose, whether it's a hearty meal after a long walk or a simple snack before heading into the village. The three bedrooms offer a restful haven, dressed in soft, high-quality linens, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep throughout your stay. Two well equipped bathrooms provide all the essentials, with fresh towels and thoughtful touches to help you settle in effortlessly. The patio and garden are easily accessible through elegant French doors from the open-plan kitchen and dining area, perfect for seamless indoor-outdoor living. The garden itself is level and beautifully maintained, sitting slightly elevated above the patio by approximately 40cm, with a low stone wall and flagged edge providing easy access and a touch of character. Guests will enjoy convenient parking for three to four vehicles on the spacious forecourt at the front of the house. A wide, paved pathway along the side of the home leads to a charming enclosed patio and a private garden at the rear. A level, tarmac public footpath from Hardy Meadows leads straight into the heart of Grassington village—just a leisurely 250-metre stroll. For nature lovers, the River Wharfe and picturesque Linton Falls are only around 600 metres away, easily reached via the Yorkshire Dales National Park car park opposite Hardy Meadows. Whether you're exploring the charming village or taking in the stunning riverside scenery, everything is just a short, pleasant walk from your doorstep. The village is compact and walkable, with Hardy Meadows just a short stroll from the main square, shops, pubs, and walking routes. Most everyday essentials and scenic spots in the village can be reached within minutes. For those venturing further into the Dales, travelling by car offers the greatest flexibility. Well-maintained country roads connect you to nearby highlights such as Skipton, Bolton Abbey, Malham Cove, and Linton Falls. Parking is available throughout Grassington and at most popular trailheads and attractions. If you prefer public transport, regular bus services run between Grassington and Skipton, where you'll find onward train connections to Leeds, Bradford, and beyond. This makes it easy to explore the region even without a car. Grassington is also a fantastic destination for walkers and cyclists. Numerous footpaths and bridleways begin right from the village, leading you through riverside paths, open countryside, and classic Dales scenery.
