An absolute gem by SeaTac airport! The shuttle service and check-in process was prompt and efficient. After a long day of travel being able to relax with a delicious meal and drink then relaxing in the hot tub surrounded by beautiful nature was the highlight of our trip. The room was very spacious, clean, and had robes as a great little bonus. We will definitely be staying here again for all our future overnight or weekend stops in Seattle.

We wanted a hotel closer to the airport for our last night in Seattle, as we had a very early flight home. Cedarbook was a great option! The layout of the property was a little confusing as we were sent off to the furthest building from the front desk, but the room itself was very nice and comfortable. Loved the free snacks (ice cream, candy) and beverages in the common area, and we had a terrific last supper at the Copperleaf restaurant.

Best airport hotel- did not seem like near an airport. Great security and friendly staff. Well maintained and clean. Loved the snacks, local ice cream, water stations with chilled still, sparkling and hot water all available 24/7. Nice fitness room and walking path.

The property was very nice and peaceful. The air conditioning didn't seem to be working which made the room stuffy and uncomfortable so we didn't get much sleep. Also, there was some mold around the tub and I never like to see that. The complimentary snacks and shuttle to the airport was a plus. The restaurant was nice. When we checked out and was asked how everything was I asked the young lady if they had air conditioning and she said yes and then I told her ours didn't seem to be working. She said she would notify maintenance to have it checked which really didn't help us any but it might work to the benefit of the next guest.

When we arrived our room smelled like cigarette smoke. Additionally the carpet looked old and dingy and the one chair was old, stained and fraying. So for those reasons I would not stay here again. I will say that we were just there for the night before flying out of SEATAC so didn’t experience the grounds although they looked nice and we didn’t eat in the restaurant. Perhaps a NA rating should be added. The staff and service was wonderful and they were very accommodating. They did offer us a room in another building but said it was older. We couldn’t imagine older and since we were getting up and leaving at 6am we just stayed in the room.

Crumbs on the desk, long hairs on bathroom sink and on bathroom wall. Need some QC on the housekeeping. Also, no tv remote in the room so I had to request one from the front desk. Otherwise great and I enjoy staying here.

Overall an excellent overnight stay. It's a beautiful facility and the amenities are very good. The only downside was the very worn and stained carpeting in the room. It seems to be a pet-friendly hotel and while I love that, it also means they need to do more to maintain the condition of the floors/carpeting in the rooms.

After a long day, looking forward to a nice shower. Turned on water, luke warm was the hottest it got. I would have complained but it was nearly midnight and I was tired. Morning it was no better. Again, would have complained but in a rush to leave and it was a one night stay. Very frustrating to pay a lot of money for great room, excellent property but no hot water! Probably wouldn’t return. Also, what is the deal with room service knocking at door at 7:55am?

This is a beautiful hotel and the staff were all very friendly! The rooms are spacious, well-cleaned and the beds are VERY comfortable! The lobby smells amazing, the views are very peaceful and the location is ideal, being a mile away from the airport but also not in the hustle and bustle of town. There is a nice hot tub to soak in and spacious gym to work out in. They have waterfalls and ponds that really make this feel like a retreat. I didn't get a chance to try the Spa or the restraint but both seem to be favored with other visitors. They also provide complimentary snacks 24/7 and each floor has a lobby area to relax in. Some things I didn't like about the property were: no complimentary breakfast, there are no maps that indicate there are trails (I was told just before checking out that there were, but couldn't find them) and the rooms don't have outlets near the beds. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and plan to book again!

The hotel was clean and well maintained, odorless (to me), and filled with beautiful Pacific NW style gardens, which attracted me to the hotel in the first place. The staff were professional, respectful, and attentive to our wants/needs. The only negative about this hotel was the rooms were looking out right on to the pedestrian paths, with no privacy without pulling the blackout curtains shut.

The hotel was clean and well maintained, odorless (to me), and filled with beautiful Pacific NW style gardens, which attracted me to the hotel in the first place. We enjoyed our stay at Cedarbrook. The room was nice, bed was amazingly comfortable. There were beautiful grounds to walk around. Lots of yummy snacks that were free of charge. The bathtub was huge and wonderful and days of lots of walking. The ONLY negative thing we encountered was the room above us was very loud. We were awakened the first morning by what sounded like a herd of elephants stomping around. Lesson learned…don’t stay on the first floor at Cedarbrook Lodge!

Perfect place to stay to catch a flight at Seatac. It's like a little oasis in a big city. Your so close to Seatac there is some Jet noise, but the rooms were super quite.

Great place and very picturesque. Safe and convenient. However my room was never cleaned and I stayed there for 5 nights. I requested housekeeping 3 mornings in a row and came back to a hotel room that was never cleaned. I know a few others who stayed at this hotel during the same time as me who had the same issue.

Prior to arriving I used the airport phone to call Cedarbrook Lodge for a shuttle. The Cedarbrook code to call from the airport wasn't working so I used my cell phone instead. The shuttle took over an hour to arrive. The hotel is very, very close by. When I arrived, the elevators were all broken and my room was on the 5th floor. The staff didn't think that was a problem but for me being 80 years old and problems walking up and down stairs, it was a HUGE problem. I booked a Deluxe King with a Balcony and they then said they can move me to 1st floor but it wasn't a deluxe king as was booked originally and the new room was less expensive. This was booked through hotels.com so I got on the phone with them and they spoke and emailed staff at Cedarbrook Lodge per the request of the front desk person who spoke to them. The request was to ask for a refund of some sort for the inconvenience and for being switched to a less expensive room. The front desk staff told me the new room was less expensive b/c the views were not as good. However, the staff has refused to compensate me anything for the difference in cost of the less expensive room, the inconvenience of elevators being broken as well as the inconvenince of watinig for the new room which took over an hour to get in. This is not good service and considering I spent $500 for one night, I was very dissapointed. The hotel is expensive and they should have issued a refund of some sort. Very bad customer service. Won't book again!

Prior to arriving I used the airport phone to call Cedarbrook Lodge for a shuttle. The Cedarbrook code to call from the airport wasn't working so I used my cell phone instead. The shuttle took over an hour to arrive. The hotel is very, very close by. When I arrived, the elevators were all broken and my room was on the 5th floor. The staff didn't think that was a problem but for me being 80 years old and problems walking up and down stairs, it was a HUGE problem. I booked a Deluxe King with a Balcony and they then said they can move me to 1st floor but it wasn't a deluxe king as was booked originally and the new room was less expensive. This was booked through hotels.com so I got on the phone with them and they spoke and emailed staff at Cedarbrook Lodge per the request of the front desk person who spoke to them. The request was to ask for a refund of some sort for the inconvenience and for being switched to a less expensive room. The front desk staff told me the new room was less expensive b/c the views were not as good. However, the staff has refused to compensate me anything for the difference in cost of the less expensive room, the inconvenience of elevators being broken as well as the inconvenince of watinig for the new room which took over an hour to get in. This is not good service and considering I spent $500 for one night, I was very dissapointed. The hotel is expensive and they should have issued a refund of some sort. Very bad customer service. Won't book again!

Everyone in the lodge were great and kind. The evening shift manager Chelsey was amazing. She helped us with our family of 4 for a smooth checkin and even the checkout was great. Excellent stay and we will highly recommend this place to our friends and family.

When I called for the shuttle bus the lady was not very patient or particularly friendly, I had never been the Seattle airport before so I had no idea how it all worked. When I got to the property all other staff members were very nice and the property itself was beautiful. The coffee machine in my room needed cleaned or descaled it had brown bits coming out of it and did not taste right, thankfully there is free coffee in reception area. Other than that it was a perfect place to rest and reset before my next flight. Would stay here again.

Fantastic stay! We love this hotel. Jordan at check in was outstanding. Comfortable room. We enjoyed the fireplace and snacks. The gym is amazing. State of the art equipment. Spotless gym and locker rooms. Outstanding in every way. We will be back soon!

This was just one night at the end of our holiday and I didn't want to stay in a typical airport hotel. Cedarbrook Lodge was a great choice, lovely gardens to wander around, lovely building, the staff were great and very helpful and the shuttle to and from the airport worked perfectly. I could not have asked for a better end to the holiday.

Free snacks like ice cream chocolate and the restaurant food is delicious. But if your doing room service you will have to go to order then go to the restaurant and pick your food up yourself and take it back to your room. The walk is not a short one the hotel is pretty big

We showed up to this hotel three of the most exhausted people that got off a cruise ship and made their way to their hotel to see if they could at least let us store our luggage until we checked in. When we arrived, the property was absolutely beautiful and the staff was very welcoming. They let us check in way sooner than we ever expected and we are forever grateful for that. The hot tub was relaxing, the room and bathtub were huge and the overall property was simply amazing. Hands down, we would stay here again if we ever come back to Washington.

We stayed at Cedarbrook after getting off of a week long cruise. We wanted to be close to the airport because we had an early flight out the next day. The property is beautiful and very peaceful. We didn’t have a car so our Uber driver dropped us off around 10 am. We found this nice Oasis that’s just a few minutes from SeaTac airport! We were able to check in early! The staff were all wonderful, the restaurant and bar were very nice and the food was great!
