Enjoy staying here when in the area ,located to everything and so close to springfield. The pool area is great and well taken care of. Breakfast is great and multiple choices.

Everything was pretty good. My only complaints are; The water in the pool and jacuzzi wasn’t very clean though, and there were clumps of hair floating throughout the pool and jacuzzi. To the point I started cleaning it out with the cleaning net like a pool guy. But even then the water was cloudy. Now I realize that this may have happened from a particular individual or family, as there was a large family present and it seemed pretty busy at the time, so I can’t say for certain that this is an all the time thing. The other is that there was a lot of noise from the people next door and from the floor below us. Kids crying a lot of banging and this went on both nights until 3:00am. Our room was clean, the breakfast was good. Staff was very nice. As a Gardner and landscaper by profession I appreciated the gardens and landscaping. Didn’t see any litter everything looked very nice. All and all it wasn’t a total unpleasant experience.

Our stay was quite nice and welcoming. It was our second stay here. The pool was freezing and not heated but indoors. The hot tub needs to be drained and refilled every day as the usage was a lot but the hair and gray water were not welcoming.

Very clean, staff was extremely pleasant and attentive. Pool seems to be busy often. Plaza across the street with grocery store and plenty of restaurant options nearby. The free breakfast was nice to have! I can see why the ratings are so high here.

Convenient location for our purpose but it’s become tired. Rooms are clean, however the air vents are full on dust so lots of sneezing when the blower turns on. If you have any down time and are hanging out in the room, there is no comfortable place to sit. The one chair in the room requires three bed pillows at your back to put your feet on the floor. And there is only a place for one person to sit unless you use the desk chair or the bed. The bed was ok, but we both woke with back aches each morning. Housekeeping staff was rude. We were run over twice by a housekeeper wheeling a cart. All we got was a “whoops “. Front desk staff were friendly. I’ve stayed at Hampton Inn’s all over the country when I was working but this one is not what I expect from the chain. We’ll be looking for some where new for our next trip as we come to Enfield a couple of times a year.

Room was need of updating. Front of AC unit literally fell off while watching tv in bed. We told housekeeping and front desk. Neither were surprised - said it happens all the time! Luckily, it didn’t fall off in the middle of the night as it was loud when it fell. Toilet barely flushed.

Computer not working at front desk and only one person at front desk. Had to wait almost 30 minutes to check in. There was a housekeeping employee who came to the front desk to complain about his break and seemed annoyed that he was asked to bring towels to a room. All of this made a poor first impression as we waited for our room. The room itself was clean, nice and quiet. Breakfast was fine

I love the way that the staff was always willing to go beyond to meet my family needs. The staff’s response to whatever need we might had was always one of assurance and a pleasure to help us. Very friendly staff, very welcoming and helpful. Kitchen staff was always available to assist us and answer our questions. Will definitely make it one of our family best place to stay.

I have to say I stay from 7/13/24 2 nights I arrive at 2:50 pm by day and time management should know the name of that receptionist very bad attitude not profesional and very rude..I made a complaint no one has contact me and I know a person like this must have more complaint I love Hampton Inn Hotels never got treated so poorly and disrespected ..it is sad that this employee damage all the good that the hotel has..The rest of employees are very profesional very attentive and the hotel is excellent.

It was very noisy, check in - no one was there . Misleading sign on how to contact staff . So waited 5 minutes , when staff member showed up , they informed Me the message was not accurate…. Not sure what I would have done if they had not showed up in the 5 minutes

Receptionist was short staff treat me poorly had problems with check in and this person mad telling me how much she hate third parties that is always an issue it was a real bad experience a representative from Expedia call this receptionist she also give her a bad attitude won’t let her or me talk not trying to solve the problem I want to thank Expedia employees they all help me and did not leave me till we find a solution than you

The hotel was in a great location off the highway and close to a lot of options for food and shopping. We could drive to everything we needed in a few minutes. It was in its own parking lot so it felt a little removed from the busy area once we were in our room. I would stay there again.

This my 4th time staying here with my children and our friends. Great option for families visiting Six Flags. Nice clean rooms, great breakfast buffet and pool/hot tub. Very affordable and conveniently located next to food and shopping options. Highly recommend.

Loved the beds, shower water temp and pressure and hot tub temp. Hot tub jets were a bit violent yet ineffective. Breakfast offerings were skimpy for vegan and non-dairy folk, but we managed. Also had to use my emergency supply of stevia. Staff was friendly and helpful and even helped us get into our room early after our redeye flight arrival. Would definitely come back next time I need a place in the area.

Clean! I had a uv flashlight. no glowing substances anywhere. staff were pleasant and helpful. the only complaint I have is the breakfast. If you have any food allergies or intolerances or are vegetarian/vegan, im sorry but there are NO options for you at this breakfast.

Great location close to every store/restaurant/bank you could need. Right off I-95. Very nicely landscaped outside with lots of flowers. Common areas and the room were well-maintained and clean. AC kept up with the unprecedented heat wave (freakishly 100+ degrees F). We left two electronics and they called us within an hour to tell us! All the staff we interacted with were nice and helpful. We didn't eat breakfast or use the pool.

We had 2 adjoining rooms, and it was spacious! The rooms were updated, clean and the hotel had great amenities. Awesome location to lots of shopping and dining.

Instead of cleaning our room, they hung a do not disturb sign on our door. When I asked the front desk about it, they said there was nothing they could do.

It was a great visit. I was particularly happy to use the workout room, the pool and the hot tub. Two small criticisms: The windows that surround the pool are pretty dirty, and the whirlpool jets in the spa seem too strong for such a small pool. Oh, and obviously it was inconvenient to lose access to the elevator during the power outage. All the staff, from the front desk to the housekeepers to the breakfast attendants to the young man who carried our heavy suitcases down the stairs to our car when the elevator wasn't working, were awesome. Thanks!
