Poor WiFi, slow speed and had to constantly sign back on. Also water running onto sidewalk and parking lot made for messy footing into the room. Staff was very helpful but no microwave in the room and had to use the only in the lobby area.

Wireless was not secure on my computer or phone. The pool was closed, even though this was a selling point on the website. No complimentary breakfast, just coffee and juice available in the office in the morning. The place is showing its age, although it has been well maintained. I took it for the price, and for one night was adequate. You get what you pay for.

Swimming pool was closed. Otherwise, room was clean and staff was polite and accommodating.

They tried to tell me I reserved a room with 1 bed and I had to show them my booking for them to give me the room I reserved. I would never call what they offered a fitness center. And no breakfast items were offered. There was a box of nutrigrain bars on the front desk

Excellent just 2 inconveniences, 1 not microwave 2 the 14 days policy: after 14 days you have to leave the premises for 24 hours. Never seen nothing like that before.

Nice clean room. No continental breakfast. POOL IS CLOSED. NO REASON GIVEN. Staff said it has been closed for a long time.

The hotel is excellent, the only inconvenience is not to have microwaves in the room specially because of the weather, it’s been raining and cold and needs to go to the main office to use a microwave, otherwise, 10/10

There were roaches in my room and the toilet ran on and off all night.

Did not like cleanliness of the rooms and felt a little unsafe since had to be let in (doors locked) to the main foyer.

If you need a clean and quiet motel, this place fits the bill. Nothing fancy but it is not a run down motel. It is kept in good condition with obvious remodeling going on.

The floors and the carpet was so dirty my feet were black.

We were pleasantly surprised. The housekeepers cleaned our room each day. They changed our towels and washcloths each day and made our bed. They were very friendly. We have stayed at a hotel in Syosset and, not once, in our 4 day stay, did they clean our room, change our towels or make our bed. We will definitely stay at Days Inn next year.

Not the great room my king size bed had 2 twin box springs and it was squiked...the room was winter cold.

The rooms were clean but our pillowcases smelled faintly of smoke. We didn’t have any hot water and upon calling the front desk we were instructed to let it run for awhile, which we had already done. After about 15 min of running and the call to the front we finally had hot water but it was either too hot or too cold, could not adjust very well. Also, pointless to fill out the pre check in email that you receive because you still spend 20 minutes checking in and giving them the same information over again.

It was a lot of money for a tiny room. Mirror covered in adhesive spots I'm assuming. Tiny bed for over 200$ a night

Was charged twice for my stay by the property, if I had not checked my statements I would not have caught it in time to handle in person; it was fixed but shouldn’t have happened in the first place. They decided to charge me themselves even though the reservation was made and paid through Expedia. The room itself was pretty bad. The floors creaked all over the entire room. I could not do my makeup while my boyfriend walked around the room because the floors literally shook with every movement. The front door constantly sounded like it was being opened from the outside, definitely from the wind but could be fixed with better doors. They also let in sooo much traffic noise from the street. The bathroom sink never stopped running; you would have to put it at the exact right angle for it to stop completely, which wasn’t completely closed. The lip up to the bathroom was so incredibly high that both of us smashed our toes on it the first night, for me to look down and see it was completely unfinished as well (broken cement). Nightstand was warped from water damage. Oh yeah, and the toilet only flushed all the way only if you held it down for a solid 30 seconds. Not many people stayed at the hotel at the same time as us, but those that did on the nights that we did, I was up all night listening to how loud they were from their rooms next door. Convenient location for our wedding weekend at the Fox Hollow but I definitely wouldn’t recommend for a comfy stay.

This property is a very run down Day’s Inn motel. Inside the roomhas a fairly new bed and furniture. The shower didn’t work right mixing hot and cold water was non existent it was either hot or cold. shower didn’t work. Window curtains do not provide a lights out totally dark experience. AC temp control need calibration. I had to set it to six degrees cooler than the temp I wanted to get the right temperature. The most redeeming Other than location this motel has nothing going for it. while they take Apple Pay and Google pay, they prefer if you insert a credit card hmmmmmm. That smells of some Tito’s of scam. I didnkt let them do this and insisted on Apple Pay for security reasons. Anytime some says use a chip instead of tap and pay. I get a little freaked out. Why? Why do you need a chip read?

I wouldn't bring anyone there, cable wasn't consistent, drafty door, you get what you pay for. Area was great for being out. Clean and simple for qiuck stay.

The management is horrible! They refused to accept the Expedia rate which they told me at checkout when they over charged me by $100

This property is absolutely disgusting. The floors are always wet, the rooms smelled terrible. They double charged for the hotel refundable desposit and it has been over two weeks it has not been reflected back in my account. The staff behave very unprofessionally and unfairly, instead of serving the customers or listening to any concern or complaint from customers.

The clerk at the desk in the day between 9am and 2pm was very rude and disrespectful and was not helpful at all

Check in was terrible, they charge a $100 deposit and their machine wasn’t working so he charged my debit card like a credit card so they will hold my money for a week, the window to the room lock was broken on the ground floor so and window could be opened from outside, they had questionable people with ski masks on walking around really late, was told I would have a noon checkout being that I didn’t get there until 1 AM only to be called at 10:45 to check out

This was horrible. They would not honor the Expedia price. They would not honor anything we were promised. They were rude and obnoxious

They gave my ex husband the key to my room without calling me and almost had me killed.

Good stay, did not like having to put $100 on my credit card when I arrived, as a room deposit and being told it would be credited back to my credit card in a few days

Great stay and hospitality

First, don't have a very disinterested young person, that lacks any customer service skills and simply doesn't care who looks like he hasn't showered in months at the front desk checking people in. I wanted to check in what amounted about to an hour and 20 minutes early, and got this response "uh yeah check-in is at 3" and then attempted to charge me 75 dollars for an early check-in??? I think this speaks for itself but basically for $75, you guaranteed that I will never spend my money there again nor recommend anyone to do so, over and early check-in.... an early check in .... Uh yeah real good customer service and business acumen.

Typical motor inn, with rooms directly opening onto the parking lot. But the finishes were fresh, the location was convenient and in a nice stretch of retail and restaurants, and the room was well laid out (the bathroom sink sat outside the bathroom, so a guest could get ready while another guest showered or used the bathroom. Nice, affordable find.

We went through the entire check-in process online and then the front desk was asking us to do it again like they had never received anything and I had to remind him that we were sent the info prior they charge $100 per room for a deposit which is astronomical for the state of the rooms That’s over half of what we paid for a deposit. The breakfast that they talk about is nonexistent.

Poor internet connection and service. Most staff not very good, no friendliness, nor making you feel at home. NO BREAKFAST EXCEPT GRANOLA BARS AND COFFEE. Advertised a breakfast. Finally no swimming pool available. It’s summer!!!

Hotel needed a refresh of carpet paint and the breakfast was a coffee and a nutrigrain bar. The parking lot was not safely properly lined the outside lights shone in the rooms windows.

They advertise breakfast but its just coffe and granola bars, which was disappointing. So we had to purchase breakfast thankfully there were dinner's aroung. The place can do with some updates and when I went to check out the female clerk was questioning me in reference to another group that was there and she was distracting of some sort .

The manager/owner treats the customers like trash. The attendants are all great as well as the other staff. Breakfast is technical. Nutrigrain bars and They have juice and coffee for two hours 8-10 and then they unplug it and remove the creamer, sugar and even cups. Owner threatened to charge a customer for taking two nutribars for breakfast lol. Ice maker broken indefinitely.

Stayed one night. Room was clean. Breakfast was subpar. They offered coffee, juice and protein bars.
