Unable to even enter office area door always locked. Staff communicate thru glass. Parking lot used by undesirables. Room itself was okay clean comfortable

Black mold. Door had a huge gap when shut, dirty towel in bathroom, air conditioner didn’t work, the pool is closed. Terrible experience!! Do not book a room with this facility!!!

Had to check in outside because lobby was being renovated. Ad ertized breakfast not available. Pool closed, roome dirty, carpeting was dirty and stained. No carts for luggage. Had to make several trips in the heat to the parking lot to get luggage. Parking not close to rooms.

Had to wait for 20 minutes to check in as lobby was locked.

Don't stay here. The included breakfast was handed to you in a bag with a granola bar, and a fruit cup, and a Hostess coffee cake. We had an ironing board but no iron. Went up front, cause the phone didn't work, and was told they're no longer required to furnish those. Also, there was no coffee pot in the room either. The ONLY saving grace was the bed was comfortable. People walked through the parking lot all night. Everytime we left and cameback to the room we'd have to walk up front to have our cards redone to gain entry into our room. We did have a fridge and microwave that worked as well. And the tv as well. The pool, HA HA HA, evidentally its not required to be provided now either. It had the black tarp over it and all the lounge chairs were stacked up. And no place to wash any laundry either. Seen and killed 2 roaches, probably came in from the crack in the door jam. Mostly stayed gone unless we needed to shower or sleep.

The room was smelly, carpet dirty. Wall needed painting, the sink stayed stopped up,vthe pool was cover, you could not use it. Continal breakfast was coffee and a couple things if cold cereal. It was a nightmare.

The room was clean and comfortable. However, check in took longer than necessary. Because the motel was being renovated, the office was closed and we had to register through the window. The clerk had to walk from her desk to the window several times during the check in process. The credit card machine was slow as well. Our hair dryer in the room did not work. The clerk said she would tell someone, but no one came to fix or replace it. I was going to a wedding and would have like to blow dry my hair, but had to manage without a dryer.

Property is next to other hotels and plenty of restaurants. Plenty of parking too. AC worked very well!

Check in through bullet proof glass. Shower plumbing missing.

Do yourself a favor and click off this property now!!! The place is absolutely disgusting. We also woke up with bed bug or flea bites.

The room was dirty and out dated.

This property needs to be renovated for the money I spent. I’m very disappointed. I had to take a video. There was cigarette hole in the comforter on one of the beds when I walked in the bathroom the tub is chipped paint all over cigarette burns all along the side of the tub. The bathroom door is filthy. The walls are dirty like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. I have experience and detail housekeeping. I’ve been coming here for years and from what I’m seeing this is cover-up maintenance. The first one I checked in smelled of mold. I did not feel like moving again because I’m tired, but I won’t be renting here again and because I went through a third-party I got charged a deposit and I also probably won’t get my money back. I can’t even take a bubble bath, because the bottom of the tub is chipped to paint that they painted over. I don’t feel like that is clean or safe to my health when I wanna soak in a tub, especially when I put my arms up on the side and there’s nothing but cigarette burns along the tub line. The location is perfect. The staff is excellent, but the rooms are trash and need to be renovated. Most of these rooms have mowed and possible lead in the paint. That’s how old it is. I don’t even feel comfortable taking my clothes off cause I feel dirty.

Room is in bad condition. Smell bad, have a lot roaches, walls broken, roaches everywhere, bathroom bugs and fungus. The experience was horrible. The bad part is they do not refund. This place had to be demolished and make it new.

Room was not clean whatsoever, bed sheet had a blood stain. Corners of room had cobwebs, nightstands had stains on them. Bathroom shower still had hair from previous guest. Overall the place isn’t awful but just know it’s not clean at all!

Bath tub/shower was absolutely nasty! Dirt cakes around thw tub on thw floor. The tiles in the shower were falling off and molded. The walls around the beds had “touch up” paint two toned! Two at service desk and one was very rude. Obviously didn't want to be there.

Stained sheets, stained carpet, ceiling falling apart, portions of the tub were exposed open holes, no hot water and when I talked to the front desk the lady argued with me about it and told me I needed to run it for 30 minutes to let it get hot and if I stay again to ask for a room closer to where the buildings meet. Extremely unprofessional. Furthermore, they are blaming hurricane Helene for for the fact they don’t have cable in any room and have it posted on their door, extremely bad look when the hurricane had no effect on the Charleston area but where I live was devastated. Still people stuck and without power and they are using this event to try to convince travelers that there effects in the Charleston area. Very disappointed in Wyndham for putting their name on this disrespectful dump!!!

It was ok. The bed was nice but needed more light in the room. One of the bedside lights didnt work and the blow dryer didnt either.

The room was comfortable enough for a 1-night stay. There was NO HOT WATER! I couldn't take a decent shower.

Due to the proximity of the airport, there is a lot of noise during takeoff and landing.

No internet or tv working. Room felt and looked dirty.

The hotel was ok. When I arrived, I had high expectations based on the pictures because they look nice. However, I got a king size non-smoking room and my room as soon as I walked in smells like cigarettes, even until the morning. Additionally, I went to shower in the morning and the water was cold, even though I let it warm up for a few minutes and it was all the way on hot. The outlets did not work as well, and I tried multiple chargers that work in my car and in my house. The AC units were also very loud.

Shower did not work properly, toilet did not work properly, tv went out after ten minutes of being turned on and after explaining I was disabled and to locate a close room on the first floor.... Staff member located my room at the furthest building, on the second floor that you had to walk to. Took five days for deposit to be refunded

There was no noise so that was a plus but the Wi-Fi is horrible and no signal for tv and the rooms need cleaning

We arrived extremely late 4am. They were accomdating for us. However the wTwr was ice cold and we couldn't shower after a 16 hour drive. Owner said leave it running fow awhile. We left it running for 20 minutes atill cold. The next day we listened to the remodeling of the room beside ours. And then dealt with no water, shut off while I was in the shower.

Checked in by an 18 year old kid behind locked door. Room on second floor rough condition. Smoke alarm beeping every 20 seconds. Called in for fix, or room change. After hour wait went to window to return key and young child said he forgot to come fix alarm and that he could not reimburse card and gave me his bosses business card. Wasted two hours sleep trying to save a few dollars

Nothing! Staff and management were rude and un bothered by the way we felt and how mistreated we felt. That just that they were very unprofessional and boasted to us over abd over agsin thay they were a 2 star rated hotel and they didnt force me and my family to stay there. And if we wanted better service we should have paid 250 dollar more to get a better hotel because we are just a 2 star hotel. .I wasn't bothered by the renovating I was hurt by the fact that he gave us horrible rooms Room 133,135,137 knowing the condition of the rooms were uninhabitable. Room 135 was dirty and had black mold in the ceiling while rooms 135 abd and 137 was full of pet urine, whole in.the wall, tissue on our peep hole. Unfortunately we arrived in a Uber with our luggage we were there because my nephew was killed. So we checked in at 2 am entered our rooms and it looked normal to us so we went to sleep the next morning we relied that because of the condition of the rooms. So my husband went to for a refund. He charged us for that which i dont believe should of happened. After traveling we were exhausted also with everything dealing with my nephews funeral. Again we were not informed that the hotel was being renovated it was also not post on there page irrt told when looking online. This is was first time booking with a hotel with bad, and this is the worst experience I have had at Days Inn. If you are in the area because dont book here.

The front desk personnel were very nice

The bathroom was dirty, the light fixtures on the wall were literally falling off the wall. Management at the front desk were terrible. Asked for towels they said they didn’t have clean ones manager said they would bring some but no one came!! Worst experience ever at a hotel!!!

When we arrived to check in at 10pm, the woman had locked the door to the lobby. Outside was a very inebriated man who was attempting to check in. The woman wouldn’t unlock the door (I imagine because she was thinking of her own safety) and after waiting for 15 mins we just didn’t feel comfortable staying. We knew the reservation was non-refundable but didn’t feel like it was worth risking safety to stay so we left and stayed somewhere else.

Wouldn't bother with this property. Upon check in, found bugs in the room. Called the front desk and they hung up on me. Called Expedia to see what could be done - they reached out to the hotel and the front desk hung up on them. Extremely dissatisfied.

Staying at this hotel was a very last minute mistake. I was supposed to spend the night with a relative, but she got a stomach virus. This was the only hotel I could find that had a room available. Now I know why. It took forty minutes to check in. They made us go outside for part of that time. The clerk made me pay an additional $50 deposit or he would not give me a room. I had my confirmation showing I had paid, but he said that was too bad. The room was supposed to be non-smoking. It reeked of cigarette smoke and was so bad I had to wash all my clothes and my suitcase the next day. The same with the person staying with me. Dead and live roaches in the room and bathroom. Mold and mildew in the bathroom.

This was just an all around bad stay. Picked a non smoking room and was still greeted with bed sheets/comforters that had cigarette burns in them and the entire room reeked of smoke. Front desk lady was not helpful for anything.

Went for a concert at the North Charleston Coliseum. It was only a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Lots of restaurants nearby and the room was comfortable. Looks like they are in the middle of renovating.

This property was conveniently located right off the freeway exit. This made travel easy. There is a variety of restaurants located within a 10 mile radius to choose from. There is also an outlet mall located 5 minutes away for your shopping pleasure. There are 2 gas stations across the street and 1 a block away for fillup and late night snacking needs.

Very convenient to tanger outlet,top golf,walmart..and park circle and old NChas 3miles away,(felt safe)....

Best one for the price around here. And in a good area

Sketchy neighborhood, dirty, bed linens had cigarette holes, mattress pad was filthy, bathroom walls and really all the walls look as if they haven't been wiped down in years. Just really dinghy hotel. Front desk was closed so you was outside checking in while not knowing if you was going to be robbed. We left.

It was a nice and cozy stay for.not a bad place to stay at all.and it's near a lot of foods to choose from

No breakfast just some packets of grits or oatmeal & cereal in a container. Room clean but had a smell to it. They did come and cleaned the room while gone between my 2 night stay. Without requesting it. Not much water pressure. Place kinda needs to be updated.

The room was smoke smelly, and very dirty. The breakfast area was torn apart…has been for over 2 years yet they say they offer breakfast which is applesauce and 2 breakfast bars in a sack. Why is Days Inn allowing this?

Property under renovation. Card keys did not work on the last night. Breakfast was not being served. You will get a brown bag with a cup of fruit and a Nutri-Grain bar because I was getting up early. I asked if I could get my breakfast bag the night before and I was denied. in addition, I asked if I could get a different fruit cup instead of the mandarin orange fruit cup and was also denied. I wasn’t very happy. I just paid for three nights and they couldn’t even give me a $.25 fruit cup. I ended up Buying a cup of noodles for one dollar. I got back to the room and there was no way to heat it in the microwave. Why would you sell something that was useless to your guests?
