A few things that we felt was lacking. Ice maker did not work. No dishwasher and no oven. No sponges or dish towels in kitchen. Only 7 chairs to sit at table. House itself was not very clean and the outdoor areas were actually filthy. We spent quite a bit of time wiping down everything with germicidal. There was no hand soap in bathrooms. We went to Homegoods and grocery store and left quite a few things for future guests. There were no lounge chairs outside. Outdoor speakers and lights for jacuzzi were not working along with a few jacuzzi jets. Overall the house worked out fine for us after we added some things to kitchen. But having 9 people with no dishwasher or ice maker was not great.
