Ich finde den Parkplatz mit €16 pro Nacht etwas teuer. Das Hotel selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen: die Zimmer sind sehr abgewohnt. Das erste Zimmer, was man mir geben wollte, stank nach Rauch (obwohl alle Zimmer Nichtraucherzimmer sind) und die Vorhänge Essern widerlich grau/gelb verfärbt. Ich bekam ein anderes Zimmer. Auch dort die gleichen verfärbten Vorhänge: warum werden die bei Ihnen eigentlich nicht mal gewaschen? Das Zimmer ist praktisch eingerichtet, das Bett sehr gut, was ich sehr wichtig finde. Das Bad ist super klein, aber alles da, was man braucht. Ich hatte mich auf das versprochene Dampfbad gefreut, leider war es nicht an. Da die Sauna an war, benutzte ich halt diese. Schöne Sauna, genauso wie der Ruheraum mit weitem Blick über die Felder. Der Spa inklusive Umkleide war sehr sauber, nur schade, dass es im Spa selber kein Wasser gab. Das gab es im sehr gut ausgestatteten Trainingsraum nebenan. Als ich am nächsten Morgen den Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer benutzen wollte, fahr ich darin eine tote Fliege. Würg! Brim auschecken wurde ich nicht gefragt, ob mir der Aufenthalt gefallen hat. Alles in allem: das Hotel ist ein wenig unpersönlich, Sauberkeit naja, aber sehr zweckmäßig.

As a international Flight attendant of 26 years I have extensive experience with Hotels. I only can say CUDOS to the NH staff and the hotel. They offered amenities that sometimes a Hilton or Marriott would not offer. The room was very clean, modern, quiet and that for a extremely reasonable price. I definitely would stay there again.

Breakfast was fine but exactly the same every day-something most hotels should aim to change by providing the odd addition to the standard fare from time to time. Front desk was helpful. Housekeeping was dreadful: room not cleaned properly and items in bathroom not replaced on three consecutive days. Surely the cleaner can see that paper goods, etc. need replenishing? The hotel is in the back of beyond, with an hourly bus service most of the time which took about an hour to an hour and a half to get into town. The hotel states that it has good public transport links-that is a joke. The alternative is to take the hotel shuttle to the airport (8 Euros) each time you want to head into town from there. The hotel is fine in terms of amenities but needs a makeover: corridors are dirty/scuffed. Were it not for the front-desk staff's helpfulness, I would say that the hotel was a real disappointment.

La habitación era grande y limpia, el personal muy agradable y poder tomar un café de cortesía me parece un detallazo. A la ida no usamos el servicio de shuttle, que era gratis, pero ya se había terminado cuando llegamos y para volver nos cobraron 40€ (8€ por persona), me parece excesivo. Bien ubicado, cerca del aeropuerto.

The hotel is ok, but way less that what I expected. It look like a teen hotel, the ac was not running and the breakfast was ok. At least the staff was nice and compensate us with water and free parking for the ac. The parking is great because it is next to the hotel but it should be free.

Everything was actually good, reception very friendly, however in a twin bedroom for the bathroom to be separated from the bedroom only by a milky glass screen which allowed to see moving shapes was disconcerting, as sharing a twin room does not mean the individuals are necessarily intimate.

Es war ok für eine Nacht. Unten der überteuerte Supermarkt war gut nur 5 € für ein Bier etwas zu viel. Der Zustand der Zimmer war sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Die zimmerkarten haben leider nicht gut funktioniert. Ich würde es so nicht weiterempfehlen. Für das Geld gibt es besseres.

Great hotel about 15 min from airport. They have a shuttle from airport is free the 8 euros each to go to airport. Staff was all great. Uli at front desk was super helpful. He's a keeper. Breakfast was amazing.

La habitación era grande y limpia, el personal muy agradable y poder tomar un café de cortesía me parece un detallazo. A la ida no usamos el servicio de shuttle, que era gratis, pero ya se había terminado cuando llegamos y para volver nos cobraron 40€ (8€ por persona), me parece excesivo. Bien ubicado, cerca del aeropuerto.

Breakfast was fine but exactly the same every day-something most hotels should aim to change by providing the odd addition to the standard fare from time to time. Front desk was helpful. Housekeeping was dreadful: room not cleaned properly and items in bathroom not replaced on three consecutive days. Surely the cleaner can see that paper goods, etc. need replenishing? The hotel is in the back of beyond, with an hourly bus service most of the time which took about an hour to an hour and a half to get into town. The hotel states that it has good public transport links-that is a joke. The alternative is to take the hotel shuttle to the airport (8 Euros) each time you want to head into town from there. The hotel is fine in terms of amenities but needs a makeover: corridors are dirty/scuffed. Were it not for the front-desk staff's helpfulness, I would say that the hotel was a real disappointment.

The breakfast was the worst of my stay. Flies and fruit flies all over the cheese area the cold cuts area the bread and coffee machine. In order to keep the flies away they have small fans running in those areas but could not keep the flies away. When I spoke to the resturant receptionist she told me she will speak with the manager.

Ich bereue es sehr, diesem Hotel nur aufgrund seines bekannten Hotelnamens vertraut und eine Reservierung vorgenommen zu haben. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers ist so schlecht, dass eine Bewertung dafür beinahe Luxus wäre. Das Hotel sollte die Schulung seines Reinigungspersonals dringend und grundlegend überarbeiten. Gerade die Bereiche, bei denen absolute Sauberkeit unerlässlich ist – wie Badezimmer, Handtücher und Bettwäsche – waren in einem inakzeptablen Zustand. Ich frage mich, woher dieses Hotel sein Selbstvertrauen nimmt. Es ist schon beinahe beschämend, dass man die Gäste überhaupt um eine Bewertung bittet. Besonders ältere Hotels benötigen regelmäßige Wartungsarbeiten. Die Klimaanlage war jedoch nichts weiter als Dekoration und funktionierte überhaupt nicht. Auch der Kühlschrank war lediglich beleuchtet, während das Kühlsystem komplett außer Betrieb war. Dadurch war der Aufenthalt äußerst unangenehm und mit erheblichen Unannehmlichkeiten verbunden. Anstatt ständig um Bewertungen zu bitten, sollte das Hotel endlich konkrete Maßnahmen ergreifen und die offensichtlichen Mängel tatsächlich beheben.

Germany is in the middle of a historic heat wave. All air-conditioning are struggling, to include this hotel's. They were very apologetic and comped our breakfast. Great hotel!

Good hotel. Solid amenities. Free water in the lobby, plenty of parking. Staff very kind and helpful everywhere (reception, breakfast, restaurant) – kudos to them. Breakfast good, not as rich as other 4-stars I have been to (no pancakes, limited hot options), but overall fine and nothing to complain about. Downside: my room (614) had an annoying humming noise that kept coming and going. Likely from the ventilation (bathroom or corridor, not 100% sure). Stayed only one night, arrived late and was exhausted, so didn’t bother changing room. Will keep it in mind next time. Would I go back? Yes. Same room? No.
