Hotel clean and well maintained. Room was spotless with a great view over the lake. Underground parking gets the car off the road with lifts directly to reception and rooms. Staff were most welcoming but especially Mauro in the restaurant/bar. Food in the restaurant was excellent but found the menu a little restrictive when staying for a few nights. Outside pool area very nice with pool bar, but unfortunately can be affected by vehicle fumes as near to main road.

Hotel is outdated and I wouldn’t say they have spa. Only indoor pool and outdoor pool. We had lunch at restaurant and food quality was very poor. Sea food in pasta was tasting for freezer. Location is nice and they have good garage for car but this were the only positive things.

Der Wellness-/SPA-Bereich war insbesondere bei schlechtem Wetter wirklich Gold wert. Unser Zimmer (Balkon mit Seeblick) war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Der Hotelkomplex erschien uns insgesamt etwas abgenutzt und renovierungsbedürftig. Die Essensauswahl (Frühstück und Abendessen) fanden wir eher enttäuschend. Da sind wir Besseres gewohnt.
Der Wellness-/SPA-Bereich war insbesondere bei schlechtem Wetter wirklich Gold wert. Unser Zimmer (Balkon mit Seeblick) war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Der Hotelkomplex erschien uns insgesamt etwas abgenutzt und renovierungsbedürftig. Die Essensauswahl (Frühstück und Abendessen) fanden wir eher enttäuschend. Da sind wir Besseres gewohnt.

Bella camera elegante e ristrutturata con vista lago. Piscina con lettini idromassaggio, in cui avremmo gradito l’acqua con un paio di gradi in più di temperatura ma tutto sommato ben tenuta. SPA con accesso a saune e bagni turchi da pagare extra di circa 20€ che abbiamo pagato volentieri. Colazione buona e varia

Grande chambre très bien équipée avec un balcon vue sur le lac. Présence d'un parking sur place. Possibilité de restauration le soir, le petit déjeuner est correct. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel

Hotel ist sehr schön am Iseo See gelegen. Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut :-) Aussen-und Innenpool sehr schön angelegt. Sauna kann leider nur gegen einen hohen Aufpreis genutzt werden. Hotel könnte langsam aber sicher einen kleine Auffrischung benötigen. Alles in allem aber sehr schön.

Abbiamo passato una notte molto piacevole in questo hotel. Bellissima la zona spa, molto grande e pulita. Piscina meravigliosa e davvero ampia. Colazione con grande varietà di cibo e tutto molto curato. Abbiamo anche cenato molto bene; servito ottimo.

The hotel and pool was quite fine, personal was also ok, sometimes a little unfriendly, a smile helps a lot! The room cleaning was not good! Bed was done nicely but no exchange of pool towels, no exchange of any bath amnesties and also no cleaning of the used spoons! Breakfast was very good, nice choice of sweets, sausages and cheese!

Hotel molto bello con camera pulita e silenziosa, piscina interna ed esterna con vista lago affascinante. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante e i piatti erano buonissimi. Personale Cordiale dell'accettazione, al ristorante, al bar. Ci torneremo 😊

On Monday the 17th a day before our departure from the hotel the cleaners never bothered to clean the room claiming that we had on the door the don’t disturb sign which was not true. We removed the sign at 11.30 when we left the hotel. The reception offered a clean towels but after demanding that the room has to be cleaned they called the chambermaid to clean the room. Also they called the plumber to to fix the hand basin block.

Rispetto a qualche anno fa le condizioni e i servizi della struttura sono peggiorati, a fronte invece dell'aumento dei prezzi. Il check in è stato veloce, ma non particolarmente cordiale; la camera superior con balcone vista giardino in realtà era semininterrata, con una bella ragnatela proprio sopra il letto e con odore di chiuso e di scarichi nel bagno. All'arrivo in piscina abbiamo trovato solo due sdraio libere, senza ombrellone e un gruppo numeroso di stranieri che ridevano sguaiatamente, bevendo in abbondanza e ascoltando musica etnica ad alto volume con una cassa portatile di loro proprietà. Solo più tardi è intervenuto il personale dell'hotel per fare cessare le molestie nei confronti degli altri ospiti. Inoltre la griglia di scarico della piscina era ostruita, creando un allagamento sul perimetro e la vasca per la pulizia dei piedi all'ingresso non funzionante. Qualche anno fa la struttura offriva gratuitamente l'aperitivo agli ospiti, mentre questa volta oltre a non avvere offerto nulla, mi hanno anche chiesto un supplemento di €10 per il parcheggio adducendo che era dovuto al fatto che avessi prenotato con Expedia, anziché direttamente in struttura. La posizione della struttura è comunque bella e la qualità del sonno buona.

Positives : We loved the position overlooking Lake Iseo - if you like walking its 25 mins into Predore (mostly pavement) to the local ferry terminal or 50 mins the other way (all pavement) into Sarnico - great place at the end of the lake for eating/shopping. We stayed in the Rivale junior suite with was lovely and spacious and the air con was fabulous and much needed ! Breakfast buffet decent but same every day. Even though it was August it felt fairly quiet. Negatives : Staff are really uninterested and do not engage with you. Reception / bar area was eerily quiet ! Room was cleaned daily but not hoovered, and sometimes the mini fridge was filled and sometimes not ! We did not really use the large terrace off the room as it wasn't particularly sunny and attracted mosquitos ... Only ate once in the hotel restaurant as it has very limited menu and no ambience - food was decent to be fair but preferred to eat out. Outdoor pool was clean but noisy radio music played at weekends (only time when the snack bar is open) so best to choose a room away from the pool area for peace and privacy Not the best choice hotel if you don't like walking / cycling and don't have a car !

L’hôtel est très bien situé en bordure du lac. Personnel agréable aussi bien au restaurant qu’à l’accueil. Le restaurant est très bon. Chambre sympa et toujours faite proprement. Un bémol sur le spa. Très belle piscine et aménagement très bien. Mais un spa doit être réservé aux adultes. C’est un lieu de détente et l’on recherche généralement la tranquillité. Il n’est pas normal d’avoir des enfants d’environ 5 à 6 ans qui sautent dans l’eau et crient !!!!! Et jouent à la poupée barbie dans l’eau. Ce n’est pas une piscine municipale!!!! Et aucun personnel pour faire une remarque. C’est dommage.

Grande chambre très bien équipée avec un balcon vue sur le lac. Présence d'un parking sur place. Possibilité de restauration le soir, le petit déjeuner est correct. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel

Positives : We loved the position overlooking Lake Iseo - if you like walking its 25 mins into Predore (mostly pavement) to the local ferry terminal or 50 mins the other way (all pavement) into Sarnico - great place at the end of the lake for eating/shopping. We stayed in the Rivale junior suite with was lovely and spacious and the air con was fabulous and much needed ! Breakfast buffet decent but same every day. Even though it was August it felt fairly quiet. Negatives : Staff are really uninterested and do not engage with you. Reception / bar area was eerily quiet ! Room was cleaned daily but not hoovered, and sometimes the mini fridge was filled and sometimes not ! We did not really use the large terrace off the room as it wasn't particularly sunny and attracted mosquitos ... Only ate once in the hotel restaurant as it has very limited menu and no ambience - food was decent to be fair but preferred to eat out. Outdoor pool was clean but noisy radio music played at weekends (only time when the snack bar is open) so best to choose a room away from the pool area for peace and privacy Not the best choice hotel if you don't like walking / cycling and don't have a car !

Ho dato poche stelle perché, mi è stata assegnata una camera per disabili, definita superior con balcone, prenotata verso fine febbraio, e quando ho chiesto di cambiarla mi hanno proposto un pagamento di 85 euro in più. Dopo una bella discussione, siamo scesi a 50, ma comunque ho ritenuto questo comportamento scorretto. La stessa camere era stata propinata ad una mia amica tempo fa. Ovviamente non tornerò più e consiglio di verificare attentamente in fase di prenotazione.

L'hotel è posizionato molto fuori rispetto al paese. È una bella struttura, le camere sono spaziose, pulite, fornite del necessario e ben arredate. La colazione abbondante e varia. Il parcheggio è a pagamento, ed essendo così fuori psese non si ha molta scelta. La reception un po' restia nel dare le informazioni di base, ci vorrebbe una bella formazione sull'accoglienza del cliente, mai dare per scontato i servizi offerti... non deve essere sempre il cliente a chiedere, semmai sceglie tra le varie proposte.

Positives : We loved the position overlooking Lake Iseo - if you like walking its 25 mins into Predore (mostly pavement) to the local ferry terminal or 50 mins the other way (all pavement) into Sarnico - great place at the end of the lake for eating/shopping. We stayed in the Rivale junior suite with was lovely and spacious and the air con was fabulous and much needed ! Breakfast buffet decent but same every day. We very much enjoyed our stay in this hotel . The room was spacious and the view of the lake from the balcony was stunning . Staff were helpful . We hired a car to enable us to explore the area but it isnt really necessary in order to enjoy the surroundings. Would definitely return to this hotel . Anne and David Selfridge

Hotel clean and well maintained. Room was spotless with a great view over the lake. Underground parking gets the car off the road with lifts directly to reception and rooms. Staff were most welcoming but especially Mauro in the restaurant/bar. Food in the restaurant was excellent but found the menu a little restrictive when staying for a few nights. Outside pool area very nice with pool bar, but unfortunately can be affected by vehicle fumes as near to main road.

Parfait pour quelques jours à ISEO. Tout à fait ce que nous recherchons (vue, surface de chambre -avec une salle de bains un peu petite mais une belle douche - piscine à bonne température, le petit déjeuner très bien - même pour mon épouse...- spa, pking, service de la réception réactif). Deux petits points, l'hôtel est seulement à qq mètres du lac mais une route en sépare et les qq motos sont trop souvent bruyantes... Heureusement les chambres sont tout à fait silencieuses fenêtres fermées. Ayant dîné le soir de notre arrivée, par facilité, dans le restaurant de l'hôtel, le service est aimable, mais la carte très courte et les plats très moyens.

Hotel is outdated and I wouldn’t say they have spa. Only indoor pool and outdoor pool. We had lunch at restaurant and food quality was very poor. Sea food in pasta was tasting for freezer. Location is nice and they have good garage for car but this were the only positive things.

Der Wellness-/SPA-Bereich war insbesondere bei schlechtem Wetter wirklich Gold wert. Unser Zimmer (Balkon mit Seeblick) war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Der Hotelkomplex erschien uns insgesamt etwas abgenutzt und renovierungsbedürftig. Die Essensauswahl (Frühstück und Abendessen) fanden wir eher enttäuschend. Da sind wir Besseres gewohnt.

The best thing about this hotel is definitely the staff. Fast check in, helpful team and very kind waiters at breakfast. The location is great, right in front of the lake, and our room had an amazing view. The underground parking is huge and free, which is a big plus. Breakfast was good, especially the coffee and croissants. And that's pretty much it for the positives. The hotel is very big but clearly hasn't been renovated for a long time. When we arrived there was a strange smell in the corridors and also in our room. It honestly smelled a bit like a hospital and was not very pleasant. The room was big and so was the bathroom, but everything felt old and tired. Even the shower had a strange issue and was spraying water onto the ceiling. We also tried the pools and spa. The outdoor pool is nice and big, with a great view of the lake. It is not heated, which was actually nice because it was very hot outside. The indoor pool is heated and has some nice water jets, but there was so much chlorine that it was difficult to enjoy. The sauna situation was also quite funny. One sauna was apparently reserved for VIP Level 2, whatever that means 😅. There are other saunas and a hammam, but you have to pay extra to use them. For a hotel charging around 200 euros per night, I find it quite strange that some facilities are not included. For me, this is a four star hotel from the seventies, not a four star hotel in 2026.
The best thing about this hotel is definitely the staff. Fast check in, helpful team and very kind waiters at breakfast. The location is great, right in front of the lake, and our room had an amazing view. The underground parking is huge and free, which is a big plus. Breakfast was good, especially the coffee and croissants. And that's pretty much it for the positives. The hotel is very big but clearly hasn't been renovated for a long time. When we arrived there was a strange smell in the corridors and also in our room. It honestly smelled a bit like a hospital and was not very pleasant. The room was big and so was the bathroom, but everything felt old and tired. Even the shower had a strange issue and was spraying water onto the ceiling. We also tried the pools and spa. The outdoor pool is nice and big, with a great view of the lake. It is not heated, which was actually nice because it was very hot outside. Slidt hotel som helt sikkert har været lækkert engang men trænger til en opjustering. Morgenmaden var god men spiste i restauranten om aftenen og det kan ikke anbefales.
