The pictures on Expedia are way out of date. There is no longer anything cutsie about this property. One outdated plug is unsucessfully attempting to pull the load of TV, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, clock, and a lamp. Must pull out the counter to plug/unplug until the thing you need will work. It is filthy behind the cabinet, the floors were constantly gritty, the bed was also gritty, and the shower is molded. Maintenance and cleaning are desperately needed. The swimming pool no longer exists. It has been concreted in.

This hotel is on the edge of town, but not "rural" or peaceful. Just not close enough to town to access many restaurants/visitor's center/grocery store. We had no hot water the first night, then the water was cut off the following morning to fix the problem. We were denied a refund. All towels/coffee/needs are self-service. The electrical outlet in the bathroom was dangling outside of the wall. Laundry is at the "sister site" next door, and requires that housekeeping give you access. Don't stay here.

The bathroom window screen was damaged and laying on the ground. The parking is tight with no accomadation for a second vehicle. Three gas grills are available off premisis at the sister Adventure Inn which we used without drama. Arun was running both properties after the Inca Inn clerk moved to Texas and did a great job!

Reasonably quiet in spite of being on the main road which is very busy. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. But the outside had debris near the vending/ice machine. Made the place look dumpy. Management needs to clean this up.

The bed was fine . The shower was ok. The pictures on the listing were misleading. There was no coffebar or continental breakfast. No restaurant either. Amenities are important to me as i travel on a budget. I stringly suggest that the owners update their pictures in various places. I also expected there was s pool but it was filled in eith concrete. This was very disappointing. I wont book there again. .

Pool has been filled in. No chair in small room. Check in was remote and technology had a glitch so took long time. Easy check out remotely. No breakfast there. Room was small but clean. Same for bathroom. Adequate.

There was no one at the front counter. Check-in was via webcam kiosk which made it difficult. No one was available for Check-out. No one answered the kiosk, so I just left my key on the counter and walked out. There was suppose to be breakfast, but I was told it was at another hotel. The bedspread had stains or was dirty. The plumbing and some of the electrical was exposed. Bathroom vanity is pieced together and the mirror is quite outdated and very crooked. It was okay though especially for the price.

I wasn’t expecting new, luxury facilities, but I was expecting cleanliness. I had to grab the extra blanket because it was chilly, and it was visibly dirty. Multiple crunchy stains. There was an old, slightly moldy coffee sachet left in the coffee maker. And though the toiletries and coffee supplies were replenished, the room was never cleaned and the bed never remade during my stay. The “front desk” is a kiosk, so you can’t just go talk to someone about it. There’s no one on site. I know the inn is old. It was there when I was growing up in Moab, so the facilities are what they are, but if you’re a larger person you can forget about showering. I’m not a big person and I had difficulty maneuvering in the shower because it’s so small. The spray took up the entire stall and I couldn’t get it to not hit me in the face unless I moved the shower head to spray on just the walk so I could breathe for a minute. That was what it was but with the crunchy blanket and moldy coffee bag I was really annoyed. The bed was comfortable, everything was pretty quiet, and the location was convenient, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

This property does not maintain cleanliness. There was pink mold in the shower, a sewer gas smell in the shower drain and the white window curtains were dirty with black grimy stains. I know its cheap but spend the extra money to stay elsewhere.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the toilet was already dirty, and there was even a dead bug inside. The towels provided were stained and clearly not properly cleaned. To make matters worse, there were flies in the room, making it feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. Basic cleanliness should be the minimum expectation for any guest, but unfortunately this hotel failed to meet it. I would not recommend staying here until they seriously improve their housekeeping and hygiene standards.

Overall fine, except for the weak shower pressure and half-clogged shower drainage. And no one at the front desk - I was sent to the front desk of the adjacent inn. Not the end of the world, but definitely some room for improvement.

First, the positives. Our room was clean and relatively comfortable and surprisingly quiet for being right off the highway. I'm kind of persnickety about mattresses and I slept well on this one. The motel was conveniently located. The young man who checked us in was friendly and helpful. Now, the not-so positives. We had to check in at the hotel at the other end of the block. It wasn't a huge deal but by the time we arrived, we were tired and just wanted to get settled. Parking was a nightmare. There was supposed to be a spot right in front of our door but that was taken and the lot was full. The second night there were fewer cars. The bathroom, though spacious and clean, smelled like sewer and the paint was peeling off the ceiling. The shower was huge but didn't have a soap dish or shelf to put your toiletries. The hair dryer was mounted right above the toilet, which was at least five feet from the vanity. There wasn't even a hook to hang a jacket on in the room. It's a family owned business and you can tell they're trying. It wasn't horrible but there is room for improvement. If you're just looking for a place to sleep and shower, it's fine.

Inca Inn is an older property, and it shows. Broken windows, damaged rain gutters, and no management onsite - they're located at a property next door, which is a long way when you have to walk there in a thunderstorm to check in or out. The room was 'clean' but there were streaks on the wall around the toilet which was nasty. I could not share this with the clerk because he was always preoccupied - he's trying to manage multiple properties at peak tourist time. Not the cheapest room in town, and certainly not the most expensive. Think 60's era motel with free (insecure) WiFi, and the towels will remind you of gym class in junior high.

We thought we had scored either the best room in the property, or the worst. Right in the back corner, with a pathway and stairs leading... somewhere. Not sure whether it was a public access or not. But is seemed like it wasn't, so being right back from the road meant our room was lovely and quiet. The room was nicely furnished, and relatively modern, and the bathroom sparkling clean, although the drain had issues with blocking up (which we forgot to mention on checkout). Great WiFi, which is always a bonus, and pretty much right on the main thoroughfare of town, with access to pretty much whatever you need.

Pros: Spacious clean bathroom, provision of amenities, complimentary coffee, good wifi, convenient location. Perfect for one night stay. Cons: lack of shelves / hangers, a bit noisy, as it’s close to the road. No water.

Nice surprise when I checked in, the guy in the front desk went out of his way to make sure my room was acceptable. He was very friendly and helpful. Room is clean and everything works. If I ever come around this area again, I will certainly check in here.

Staff was fantastic during our stay! One of the nights the power went out throughout the surrounding three counties, and the staff at the front desk did a great job of helping us get into our rooms even though the system was down.

No in person check-in. Check-in done remotely via a video kiosk. Very impersonal and I did not care for it. Motel is noisy and room curtains do not block out the bright lights coming from the parking area. I would not stay here again.

No staff available on site- check in and communication is resumed te from Philippines so you can only speak to a screen. Stained upholstery in room, plugged shower so you stand in dirty water, outlet in bathroom not working Was VERY disappointed- not large cute re-vamped motor inn that we expected. Parking an issue so my mother ( who has mobility issues) couldn’t go to car since far from room. Totally impersonal- will never go here again. The guy on the video was nice- just the whole set up here is really not customer oriented at all.

There was no one at the front counter. Check-in was via webcam kiosk which made it difficult. No one was available for Check-out. No one answered the kiosk, so I just left my key on the counter and walked out. There was suppose to be breakfast, but I was told it was at another hotel. Hotels.com lists a restaurant as an amenity, but that is clearly false. Rooms have a rats nest of wiring and broken outlet covers. Parking was insufficient with people parking trailers in spots and parking in walkways. Not worth what they were charging.

If I had the option, I would rate this as a 3.5. On the plus side, the remote kiosk was not working, so I got checked in by a pleasant and efficient human. The room was clean and fairly comfortable. WiFi was absolutely awesome. Breakfast in the Adventure Inn lobby was pretty good for a budget motel. On the negative side, 2 of the lightbulbs were burned out, light switch by the door was broken, no plug for the drain in the sink, and heater lamp in the bathroom didn't work. The place is a bit dinged up, although some things have been modernized. I got a fantastic rate for the room, so it was all good, but otherwise I would probably stay elsewhere.

There were 2 things that I found frustrating. The first was that when you google the Inca Inn, it shows there is a pool and included breakfast. (I specifically set my Expedia filters to include a pool and breakfast). Inca Inn showed up as having both and I booked a room because we prefer to support local/small business owners. It wasn’t until after I booked (non-refundable through Expedia), that we saw a review saying there wasn't a pool. I called and sure enough the front desk confirmed this. I'm normally not picky, but with almost 100 degree heat and 2 kids in haul, yes I wanted a pool. Secondly, you have to check in/out and eat breakfast a block away at their sister motel. There is literally no reason for this outside of it being a convenience for the business owners. Everything was clean and the staff was nice, but I felt mislead by both the owners AND Expedia. Do better and tell the truth. If you don't offer an amenity, just say so.

You have to check in next door at Adventure Inn. No one at Inca Inn entrance but has instructions to go next door. They need to combine the 2 places. Breakfast is also next door at Adventure Inn. Just a little confusing. Rooms are clean enough. Staff nice and mean well.

The property itself could use some work, and the check in at the neighboring hotel late at night was a bit tiring for exhausted drivers. However, the Middle Eastern restaurant had great food and the convenience was great. I would stay here again, esp. in seeing how expensive the other nearby hotels are.

Moab, UT is a surprisingly vibrant town with galleries, souvenir shops, restaurants and sporting and recreational activities and tours. It is the gateway to Canyonlands National Park and Arches National Park, both amazing and spectacular. The Inca Motel is right in the middle of it all. Clean, simple and easy parking, the Inca was affordable and a great choice to explore Moab and the National Parks. Very happy with our choice to stay there!

It is the gateway to Canyonlands National Park and Arches National Park, both amazing and spectacular. The Inca Motel is right in the middle of it all. Clean, simple and easy parking, the Inca was affordable and a great choice to explore Moab and the National Parks. Very happy with our choice to stay there!

This place is disaster and a real safety issue. And all my use of traveling, I have never walked out of a hotel that I have paid for the room and this one. I did. I will be fighting for a refund. The sockets are broken and hanging off the wall. The stairways the stairs are all broken. The lights have no light bulbs and the shades are all broken. The cushions on the chair are all torn apart and the stuffing coming out.I've never seen a hotel in. And there are no amenities, the pool is empty.The hot tub heavy rocks in it and they do not leave you even a bar.So.
