Hampton Inn & Suites Lebanon

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and good variety. The room seemed to be dated along with the bathroom. While the room was not bad, it did need some remodeling.

Worn. Needs updating

The red couch and ottoman had stains everywhere to where you didn't even want to sit in the couch . If t You stay here then request the front side of the hotel as the back of the hotel faces I-40 and it is so loud! Hard to sleep through the night it was so loud from all of the 18 wheelers passing by

The room was very nice. We got the top floor as requested. The breakfast was good. Wish they had more than one meat option. The staff was great. All employees we encountered were very friendly. The hallway carpets are worn & badly need replacing before someone trips & falls.

Outlets and lights did not work. Receptionist was obviously under the influence of something and sent us into an occupied room.
