Newkings Boutique Hotel

Nice Hotel and Staff in a great location with Unresponsive Management. We booked a 2 Bedroom Suite during a Heat Wave and could only use one Room due to an inoperable Air Conditioning unit. I was told their Maintenance person would try to make a repair for 3 days straight and no one ever showed. I emailed the Manager named Mario who still has not replied in over a week.A most unfortunate situation.

When we initially arrived, we were advised that it was too early to check in, which was fine and they stored our luggage, after looking up our booking on the system. We then returned some hours later to find that the hotel had overbooked and we had been moved to another hotel with an inferior room to that which we had booked and paid for. Having stored our luggage, we then had to move and incurred extra parking charges, which would not have arisen, had they advised us of the hotel change when we initially arrived. We did make contact with the hotel to voice our disappointment after our move, but got no reply and no apologies

Hey. Hotel was not bad. I just found a cockaroach in my room and when I told the reception - they just gave me a bottle of doom!
