Hampton Inn & Suites Cleveland Mentor

El servicio al cliente fue excelente. Desde la bienvenida, desayunos, localización etc. Definitivamente me volveria a quedar. El unico fallo que tienen es que no nos reemplazaron toallas y no entraban a recoger la basura al cuarto.

Clean, quiet, comfortable beds, good breakfast, restful. All we needed for a fun weekend with grandchildren, daughter and son-in-law.

Breakfast was great. Room was big and had a great bed. Staff are very helpful

Top Marks go to the staff. Everyone one I came into contact with was about proving quality customer service. With a shout out to Vinny and Cheyenne, thank you for helping to make my stay great. The room was very clean and quiet. The bed was what I needed after driving 6 hours. The breakfest was very good with great selection. I definitely will be making my reservations with Hampton Inn & Suites Cleveland Mentor next time I'm in the area. Thank you for a great experience.

The TV SYSTEM IS ABSOLUTELY Horrible. Front desk was very helpful but I had to call multiple times for an explanation on how to tune the channels. Worst interface I’ve ever seen.
