Check in staff was really nice. Hotel is close to tons of food places and a huge mall. The parking lot was just redone. Room was clean. Very pet friendly.

I have been here before and the room and facilities are very adequate. There is a part of the driveway/lot that really needs repair. I would suggest that every bathtub has a grab bar, not just in handicap - I wouldn't want to waste a handicap room on me, but would like the safety of a grab bar in the shower. I like that the breakfast bar has a variety of options. The location is very favorable with lots of eating, shopping options and close to the interstate.

The pool was under “mantice” I’m assuming that was “maintenance”? The refrigerator had issues and was buzzing sooo loud I couldn’t sleep, had to switch rooms from a single king bed that I booked to a double queen bed, my keycard didn’t work to open fitness room, had to vocally yell for someone around front desk for minutes until someone came and “his card” worked to unlock the room, the breakfast was almost nonexistent with watered down OJ And when I asked for any type of compensation I got a “we can’t do anything because you booked through a third party website”? DO NOT STAY HERE, go ANYWHERE ELSE I’ve stayed in many hotels around the country and this was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had, I would never even consider this again

Our stay was great , dog friendly I was able to bro my GSP, the bed was very comfortable. One problem was that I had gotten an email a week before our stay starting they are are doing work on the hotel (on the outside and in the lobby). The construction people had garbage all over the grounds (they didn’t pick up the styrofoam board, ect and my dog always wanted to eat it) outside cold have been cleaner by the workers or the contractor company they hired

I liked the very basic fitness center though the TV is mounted behind the machines so you view TV in mirror. Backward set up. Pool is small. No hot tub. Breakfast was fine, lots of choices.

Very clean!!! Breakfast was wonderful! Window shades helped make the room darker. The desk people were friendly and helpful. We travelled with our dog, and he was welcome in a very nice room with a reasonable fee!:) Would definitely stay again!

I received a message after making an non-refundable reservation that the property was going through some renovations but my room should be fine in a renovated area. When i arrived at the property I was shocked to see the entire exterior of the building torn off, half the parking lot full of construction equipment, and the lobby and entrance all torn up. Although the room was fine with exception of some staining in the sink perhaps from paint or stain, the elevator was dirty from construction. This place should be shut down during this kind of remodeling or the remodeling should be more limited while people stay there. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel

My only plus was the comfortable bed, the pleasant check-in staff and the convenient location. The elevator had cereal in it the entire time we were there. Never cleaned. The tub/shower had a pink scum around the edge, so it couldn't have been wiped clean for weeks. The breakfast was horrible. They had the capacity to do so much more. Half the entree of eggs, biscuits and gravy were empty. The other option was the pancake machine which had at least 5 kids lined up to use it. It was a crowded set up.

I understand it's under construction but that's the facade of the building per the email the sent me day of. The tiles were cracked and missing grout, there was mold on the curtains and the fabric at the top, the room smelled moldy, the fridge was warm, and the heat/AC unit rattled constantly. While the bed was comfortable, breakfast was good and the desk staff friendly, it didn't make up for that

Room was spotless. Check-in was easy and staff great. We enjoyed our stay. The bed was a bit high for a wheelchair user, especially if you were on your own. Realize most people equate a higher bed with luxury.

There were people appearing to be dealing drugs in the parking lot. Nowhere to park. The person at the front desk had no idea what was going on. Our room had no number on it. There were fruit loop crumbs in the elevator. The bathroom in our room wad FILTHY. Curly hair everywhere. Disgusting

Nice hotel with a fantastic breakfast!! The room was clean. The bed was really comfortable!! Was happy to have an exercise room. My only complaints were that our room was on 3rd floor next to the elevator. It was pretty loud. The halls were warm & humid and our pillows were awful. I would for sure stay again if in the area but request to be away from the elevator.

Room clean and comfortable. Bathroom small but shower pressure great. Wish shower had a grab bar. Bed and pillows comfortable for but window shade/drapes allowed a lot of light from parking lot light to come in room making sleeping difficult. Powered through for one night stay.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The windows were old and wouldn’t seal completely. It was windy and I heard a non-stop high pitched whistle for the entire stay. The elevator was dirty. The hallways looked run down. The area of the lobby that had been updated looked very nice.

The staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious and checking in and out is very easy. The only thing we didn’t like are the pillows. They’re too small and a bit too firm. Otherwise a great stay.

The front counter personnel were amazing! I spoke with Jessica because I needed to adjust my stay and she was so helpful and polite. She also checked us in and was very friendly and gracious. All employees here that we encountered we friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Over all very nice stay clean comfortable beds breakfast variety super. Only hang up that didn’t affect rating was request to pre-checkin on email asking for picture of ID and credit card.

We had a very late check in and I called ahead to let them know. When we arrived close to midnight it was a very slow check in. Once we were given our room we went up only to find out 2 people were sleeping and occupying the room already. This was a very dangerous situation that we were put in! We went downstairs to tell him that we were assigned an occupied room and he spent 20 minutes telling us how this could happen. Finally getting to a new room around 1230 am. I have never been put in a situation like this before. The hotel itself offered me nothing but to trust them for staying again sometime.

I stayed here a few days previously and really liked it, so rebooked for the night before flying back home. I arrived a little after 2 pm and checked to see if I could get into my room a little early. The condescending front desk person proceeded to lecture me that I was not an Honors member etc; I interrupted her and said is my room available or not? No. Okay. I returned a few minutes after 3 and then had to wait for about 10 minutes to check in via the same person as she had to enter items into the system before she could do check ins. Then as an after thought she told me when breakfast was served. Then as I was leaving, where the elevator is. Nothing about the pool or snacks and beverages available in the lobby like the very friendly clerk at my visit a few days earlier. Had this been my first visit, I wouldn’t have rebooked b/c of the clerk. The hotel is nice, all the other staff I met are nice, the rooms are comfy and good amenities throughout. BTW, I travel a lot and have never been refused access to my room a little early from other hotels on the few occasions I’ve arrived a bit early. In fact, the front desk has been quite gracious and helpful about it at other hotels.

BTW, I travel a lot and have never been refused access to my room a little early from other hotels on the few occasions I’ve arrived a bit early. In fact, the front desk has been quite gracious and helpful about it at other hotels.

The room they originally assigned to us was occupied. We had to wait over an hour for a reassignment even though peope came in after us and were given a room. It was late and we were tired, we weren't very happy about this.

Despite almost no one staying at the hotel, we arrived early and were denied early check-in unless we paid an additional fee. So we sat in the lobby for 2 hrs until 3:00.

We had an early flight out of Appleton. The staff made us up a breakfast package that we were able to take with us. That was really a nice surprise.

It was perfect for what we needed. A clean place to rest our heads before our early flight at Appleton Airport. Didn’t spend much time here but the staff were super nice and friendly! Definitely would stay here again.

In town for Bengals vs Packers game. This hotel had the best price and was in a great location. Check in was very easy and the front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean. Had a hot breakfast every day. 45 minute drive to Lambeau Field. I was sent an email after checking out. Would stay there again.

The room was clean, except for a couple of places. A hair was in the sink when we arrived. There was also a couple of pieces lint(?) in the bathtub. One lampshade on the bedside table looked worn/dirty. Staff was very friendly. Elevator floor was dirty at check-in and again the next morning. Some breakfast items were either unavailable or only available at the front desk. The potatoes were inedible. The hotel is going under renovations, so that may have accounted for some things. We stayed 1 night. Safe area. Easy access to I-41.

No toilet paper nor gair conditioner in room. Breakfast horrible. Bad orange juice and spoiled milk. Asked to hold a piece of luggage due to flight delay. Front desk needs classes on customer service. Also under renovation, which was never stated prior to booking.

My only plus was the comfortable bed, the pleasant check-in staff and the convenient location. The elevator had cereal in it the entire time we were there. Never cleaned. The tub/shower had a pink scum around the edge, so it couldn't have been wiped clean for weeks. The breakfast was horrible. They had the capacity to do so much more. Half the entree of eggs, biscuits and gravy were empty. The other option was the pancake machine which had at least 5 kids lined up to use it. It was a crowded set up.

Everyone was nice, and our room was very clean, which is tops for me! They were out of coffee both mornings we were there, which I thought cld have been remedied by a trip to the grocery store, at least for the second morning. So maybe just more problem-solving needed, but otherwise a nice, comfortable stay.

The hotel is under construction. There was no continental breakfast. Our bathroom had a little bit to be desired as the tub surround was peeling and the toilet seat was broken. The front desk staff was wonderful.

The breakfast was basically empty by 8:30 each day. Most days it was not fresh or nothing left. The last day we stayed the breakfast was good, hot and full. But, that was not the case the other days of our stay. Construction of building going on without being informed before our arrival. Only main door to get in and out. Parking was a bit of a challenge. Rooms were good, beds comfortable.

I had pointed out to the desk person about the accessible parking. She said let me come outside with you and tell me what was wrong. I did and she immediately got what needed to be done and she then proceeded to walk around the building and could see that the accessible parking needed much improvement; especially the front entry way. She stated she was going to write to the head person so they would understand what needed to be done. All the staff was very helpful and easy to talk with.

Overall this was a decent hotel. We stayed 3 nights. The A/C in room 216 did not work. The usb ports were all trashed. The light by the bed flickered with a bad short. The shower curtain was too small. The staff graciously moved us to Room 116. Much better! The breakfast offerings were great, and warm! Be aware that the entrance to the motel is very tricky. Almost dangerous due to the busy intersection out front.
