Staff was friendly and professional. The hotel was very clean, organized, and offered ample parking. The breakfast suited our needs. You can walk anywhere from 0.2-1 mile and have a plethora of dining and shopping options. I recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again if I’m ever in the area.

I had some specific needs during this business trip, and the staff was extremely accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower water pressure was amazing. Hotel was convenient to every place I needed to be. I would absolutely stay here again.

Curtains in our room were dirty, something white on them and something on the wall near the window. :( Had those things been taken care of before our stay there’d be nothing negative to mention.

We arrives to a stain on the sheets. They gave us another bed spread at the front desk. They also had a stain on a sheet. If you looked past the sheet cleanliness they were like sandpaper. Must have been a very low thread count. The breakfast the next morning was very generic and unappetizing. This had been our second stay and is now our last.

The hallway had a very foul odor, primarily body odor. The room was in good shape and clean and it was quiet, but the hallway really wreaked, both in the evening and the next morning. Right across the street from the Dow chemical plant so if you’re here for Dow, it’s great. Otherwise, I wondered what respiratory effect I’d be taking with me.

Last minute trip due to illness in the family and didn’t arrive until 1am because we had a 7 hour drive. Upon arrival there were 3 people in the parking lot screaming at each other! Not a very good neighborhood! Then wanted to take a quick shower before bed. The bath tub had not been cleaned and had hair in it and was dirty! Had to clean it myself. The ac was off so it was hot in the room and when we turned it on it was making really loud sounds. The room smelled like mildew and stale air and was not pleasant. Needless to say we were too tired to complain to staff after the drive and just went to bed. My Mom is dying and will be returning to the area soon but will most definitely not be staying here again!

I read the previous reviews and wondered why so many people commented on cleanliness. When I got to the hotel I was struck by the fact that the entire building is absolutely spotless! I kept looking for imperfections but found none. And as others have said, the management and staff are happy people. They are kind and helpful and make the customers feel wanted. We had zero complaints about our stay. Thank you!

Very small room, the bed takes up almost all of it, closet only a foot wide, BR had the right amenities (soap bars and bottle shampoo) but barely any countertop space, alarm clock with non-shadow casting numbers was appreciated. Worst part was very thin walls and ceiling/floor. Next door had multi-room visiting with constant door slamming and loud talking until nearly midnight. Then 3am Big Foot above stomped around until slamming the door to leave at 3:30am. Thus I got very little sleep.

Room was crazy small. Just enough room to get around the bed. But it was very clean so that's a plus. We like to unwind, watch TV before going to sleep. You couldn't see the TV from the bed. There was a bare wall across from the bed. TV was off to the right. Person on the right could lay on their side to watch but person on the left had to prop up to see over you. It wasn't comfortable and it was very awkward. But... I guess thinking about it, if the TV was on the wall across from the bed, you wouldnt have enough room to walk around the bed, so there's that... Bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was totally fine. Muffins, cereal, toast, yogurt. There was a waffle maker. What you would expect from a continental Breakfast. Wasn't the best place we've stayed, but definitely not the worst.

This was a very nice, clean hotel. Rooms were small but beds were super comfy and the shower was amazingly powerful! This was the perfect place to get a good night's rest.

Everything about this property was great until about 90 minutes before check out. At that point house keeping began knocking on our door every 15-25 minutes. The first time, okay they didn’t know we were still in there. Every time after that came across more as a means to push us out. When we were leaving our room to load our car a woman on the house keeping team literally asked us if we were checking out. It was 15 minutes prior to checkout time, our arms were full of things, and they had already knocked 4 times! I’ve never felt so rushed to leave a hotel before.

Late check in, staff was awesome. Can’t complement the young lady strongly enough. The hotel was clean, modern and in excellent condition. This location will be on my list of places to stay in the future.

On check in, there was no one at the front desk to check me in for 10 minutes because 2 was outside. A woman came in and clocked in and that was when I was checked in. Other than that, out stay was great, employees was friendly. When we left on morning 1 and came back our room was cleaned and towels restocked. Beds was comfortable and the kids had lots of room to play. They loved having the sofa in the room.

I reserved a room for my daughter 19, who was driving from Michigan to Virginia for an internship. After 7 hour drive they refused to let her check in, because she is not yet 21! However, my credit card was charged anyway! She had to drive a couple of more hours to come to Virginia, where such restrictions do not apply! Staff was extremely unhelpful

Friendly staff and helpful when checking in. Some staff seemed to smoke right outside the front door so that was a bit inconvenient. But overall, a good place and we will stay there again.

The lobby smelled of cigarette smoke. Stepping into the elevator it smelled of marijuana as did the entire hallway walking to our room at the end. Hotel is next to a railroad track and it happened to have several trains go through overnight.

The hotel itself was excellent. Zero issues with our room or the staff. Price was good also but I believe that is a reflection of the area it is in. The area surrounding the hotel is industrial and lower income residential. Lots of trucks. Only one restaurant across the street. Not one of the best Hardees I have been too either. Only good thing is it was open 24 hours.

The room had a mildew odor upon walking in but appeared clean once we got air on it went away so maybe just musty...definitely needs new pillows they were covered in sweat stains and drool when you removed cases. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was all carbs need soon hot protein options.

You could be better on breakfast buffet. There was hardly anything to offer and we went down like 45 minutes before it closed and everything was pretty much empty. Nothing to choose from.

Excellent staff. Breakfast limited in offerings. Room smaller than anticipated, don't plan to spend time in it. Dining means driving except for Hardees in front. Great Shower. Microtel idea is to be sensitive to expenditures. OK but such hotels in Europe offer more variety in dining. Felt safe in area.

The rooms are clean, but very small. The bed was good, the shower was excellent, great water pressure. The breakfast was the low point, not many choices, the only hot things are oatmeal or waffles, which you have to make.

The room smelled musty, but the A/C worked well. There needs to be some shelving or hooks in the bathroom. The room was OK but make sure you bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and bath wash. This was a nice hotel but bare bones.
