The room was clean and the front desk worker was polite. The beds were comfortable and the shower was phenomenal. GREAT water pressure. Be aware that currently the facility is under renovation so some oddities should be expected. Example, the pool area was open but was being used as a storage facility for bikes, ladders and other odd items. We did not swim as a result. Breakfast was decent! Overall a good stay.

pool was closed and we specifically got the hotel for a pool for the kids. when I got there I had to go outside out back to find somebody waited out front for 15 minutes and called the property and nobody showed up. tv remote would not work. they tried three different things and finally sent a new remote. when we went for breakfast the orange juice wasn't working. the apple juice wasn't working. the waffle maker wasn't even plugged in. none of the chairs were set down for the morning. they were still up for cleaning. it was no forks out. staff is absolutely terrible here. pretty much oblivious and did not care.

The entire hotel is under construction and there was stuff EVERYWHERE! Breakfast was gross. I stay at that hotel quite often but they are apparently under new management and lost a customer.
