Hotel advertised a bar and evening dining which was unavailable during our stay. We checked online to make sure what services were available and were disappointed not having a bar to meet friends. We were in town for a funeral and unfamiliar with the area which is why we chose this hotel.

The staff were very helpful. The hotel was booked the whole time we were there but they still helped us as quickly as possible. We were in the room ajouning the pool and there was a high pitched sound that would is up we had to wear ear plugs. Stayed 6 nights. They are renovating so that may account for it.

After spending nearly $200 for one night I would expect a free breakfast. Nope. Not happening here. Also, a real bar where we could hang out and unwind at the end of the day. What they call a "bar" is a counter top with a few stools. When I stated that every hotel we've stayed at for 20 years offered free breakfast, the concierge seemed incredulous. We will not be staying with Courtyard Marriott again.

I needed a safe and clean space to stay for a night. I booked pretty late, and the room was ready very quickly. I arrived to be greeted by a very friendly and professional staff member. The lobby was very quiet and beautiful. I received a nice little bag with snacks and water. My room smelled very good and was very clean. I really enjoyed my stay, and I will choose this location if I'm ever in the area again. Thank you!

We were told the bistro was out of food the night we arrived. We found out in the morning from the manager they were not out of anything, the employee just didnt want to cook. The hot tub was 1/2 empty. The restrooms were disgusting. Not a great trip....

The hallway carpet was gross, but the room was nice. The breakfast was half as good as the offerings at the Wawa down the street and was twice the price. I optimistically went for the hotel breakfast the first morning but got a microwaved hard roll with a from frozen egg and cheese for $13 and learned my lesson.

My overall stay was pleasant, the hotel was clean and quite however, it was stifling hot in the building and room. The thermostat was set to 78 when I arrived and I turned it down to 72. The temperature never went below 75 my whole stay. The lady at the front desk ended up being helpful but she was on the speaker phone sorting something out and didn’t acknowledge me until she was finished with her call, 15 minutes later. The location is good as there’s tons of food and shops around.

I drove 5 hrs to attend an event in Waldorf, Maryland yesterday. I originally had another hotel booked, but when I arrived at that hotel, it was an absolute disgrace of how unkept the hotel was, the conditions and nonexisting customer service. I booked that hotel because of the close proximity to the event that my daughter and I had to attend; however, after that horrific experience, I decided to find a hotel brand that I trust - The Marriott brand. I quickly went online and booked a room at the courtyard Marriott in Waldorf. Although this hotel was a little further than my event destination, I was happy that they had availability. When I arrived at the hotel, I was excited to see from the outside that this was definitely the type of hotel that I would stay in. It was well kept and clean on the outside. Upon entering the hotel, my daughter and I were greeted very professionally with a smile by the rep at the counter. He got us checked in and gave us pertinent information to make our stay enjoyable. It was a refreshing feeling being treated like valued customers and seeing how clean and refreshing the lobby area was. Our room was on the second floor. On the way up, I was a bit nervous about the elevator because it made weird sounds and sounded like perhaps the door needed to be “greased”; it took a while to close and had a scratchy, dragging sound. The room was nice, clean, smelled good, and the beds were very comfortable.

I drove 5 hrs to attend an event in Waldorf, Maryland yesterday. I originally had another hotel booked, but when I arrived at that hotel, it was an absolute disgrace of how unkept the hotel was, the conditions and nonexisting customer service. I booked that hotel because of the close proximity to the event that my daughter and I had to attend; however, after that horrific experience, I decided to find a hotel brand that I trust - The Marriott brand. I quickly went online and booked a room at the courtyard Marriott in Waldorf. Although this hotel was a little further than my event destination, I was happy that they had availability. When I arrived at the hotel, I was excited to see from the outside that this was definitely the type of hotel that I would stay in. It was well kept and clean on the outside. Upon entering the hotel, my daughter and I were greeted very professionally with a smile by the rep at the counter. He got us checked in and gave us pertinent information to make our stay enjoyable. It was a refreshing feeling being treated like valued customers and seeing how clean and refreshing the lobby area was. Our room was on the second floor. On the way up, I was a bit nervous about the elevator because it made weird sounds and sounded like perhaps the door needed to be “greased”; it took a while to close and had a scratchy, dragging sound. The room was nice, clean, smelled good, and the beds were very comfortable.

We were told the bistro was out of food the night we arrived. We found out in the morning from the manager they were not out of anything, the employee just didnt want to cook. The hot tub was 1/2 empty. The restrooms were disgusting. Not a great trip....

Hotel advertised a bar and evening dining which was unavailable during our stay. We checked online to make sure what services were available and were disappointed not having a bar to meet friends. We were in town for a funeral and unfamiliar with the area which is why we chose this hotel.

The hotel was good and our room was very spacious but we tried to get breakfast that morning and the lady at the counter was taking orders and had to make the food but she was new and was very honest with us that she didn't know how to make half the food and it would take longer than 30 mins (which we didn't have at the time), so we just left and got something along the way. Not sure why they put her in that position vs training her properly but that was disappointing as we were looking forward to grabbing breakfast there.

The hallway carpet was gross, but the room was nice. The breakfast was half as good as the offerings at the Wawa down the street and was twice the price. I optimistically went for the hotel breakfast the first morning but got a microwaved hard roll with a from frozen egg and cheese for $13 and learned my lesson.

It’s crazy how I got this hotel through this website only to find out that even trying to cancel it multiple days in advance, I would not be issued a refund and only to arrive at the hotel to find out that the hot tub and the pool was currently unavailable for use. That was the whole purpose of us choosing this hotel will not be staying again.

If you're just driving through for a night it may be fine. I recommend asking for a room that isn't joining as the walls are very thin and you can hear and smell everything from the room next door. The room beside us waa very loud, so much so I thought people were fighting and yelling in the hallway in fron of our door but it was just the joining room. The TV volume overshadowed our TV volume. The guests next door were smoking cigarettes and Marijuana which made out room smell like both of those. We did alert the staff to the issue and requested to move. The staff were understanding and helpful and relocated us. The amenities were iffy as the pool was closed and unaccessible. The workout room was accessible but the key swipe was broken and the staff assisted with entry. As I said it can do if you are just passing through. But you may encounter an issue or 2.

There was hair all over the bathroom floor, we had no power early in the morning for about an hour or so, the shower water was warm not hot at all, there was a sign that said the pool is closed until further notice. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND
