Hyatt Regency Amritsar Hotel & Spa

The overall stay was good, we had all the useful amenities and the staff were very helpful. It was easy to arrange cabs and they had a free shuttle to the Golden temple. However cleanliness could have been better, it's a dated hotel on the inside and so surfaces looked old and unclean. There needs to be more attention to detail when cleaning or prepping a room. We loved that there was a beautiful mall right next to the hotel at walkable distance.

Cooperative and helpful staff both at check in and dining. A bit of cleanliness issue in the bathroom, but overall an excellent stay. Chef got prepared food as per taste. Appreciate.
