Wonderful stay! Close to the new walking bridge giving easy access to Botanical Gardens and CBD. Heated outdoor pool and hot tub and sauna. In room laundry was great to freshen up clothes after our first 2 weeks of vacation.

This is great place to base in Brisbane. Easy access to the city through walk over the Storey Bridge, or via the free city hopper ferry at Holman St. we had a studio apartment which was easily big enough for two of us. Heated pool and spa were great. Parking is easy and free. Access to one of the best French Patisseries I have been to around the corner, and several restaurants near by.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt bei der Story Bridge und man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß beim kostenlosen Fährservice. Unser Studio war sehr modern und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

The Docks is a super convenient hotel, located close to Brisbane CBD, without the prices of the CBD! The room was relatively clean; only a few weird items such as there was a strange small emanating from the bathroom and the carpet needed stretching. Other than that, an outstanding pool and a suite that contained all the essentials for making your own meals.

Great communication regarding out of hours check in. Phone answered promptly which was a relief. Secure parking a bonus. Spacious and well equipped modern apartment with plenty of room to do laundry on long road trip. Quiet area with a large balcony. Easy access into central Brisbane via ferry from Holman Street terminal.

It’s in such a nice spot! Very easy to get everywhere on the ferries or city cats. Room was very nice, and a lot bigger than expected. I’m already looking forward to my next stay there!

The property was great, we were on the 3rd floor no river view. So you might need to request this if your booking an executive room. Bed not very comfortable, they need updating. However the stay was quiet and location perfect. I would stay here again in the future. Very clean unit and surrounding area.

The Docks on Goodwin was fantastic. The apartment was huge, with everything g you could possibly need - washer, dryer etc. The location is excellent, easy and picturesque walk over the Kangaroo Point bridge into the CBD, easy walk ability to Southbank, the Gabba, and a range of tourist spots. 30ms from the Story Bridge Hotel, which is a great place for a meal,a drink or a cheeky bet! I will definitely stay here again when I return to Brisbane!

The after hours check in process wasn’t clear or straightforward. Our room was spacious but in need of a refurb feeling very dated. The Pool/spa and grounds are beautiful and definitely the best part of the property. Easy walk to free ferry into Brisbane, it’s a great place to base yourself when visiting the river city.

Because our international flight arrived at 5 AM, we were at the hotel much earlier than the check-in time. The staff worked hard and had our apartment ready much earlier than check-in. They also provided us a book about Kangaroo Point walking tour which helped familiarize ourselves with the local area. Everyone was very nice at the facility.

We felt the condition of the apartment provided was quite different to the one advertised. We also reached out to the receptionist via messenger to ask for our microwave to be fixed and reviewed no response until we chased a second time almost 48 hours later in person. The location of the property and pool access was great however.

The apartment was very nice and check in was very nice. I am a Front Office Manage of a hotel so know the procedure I was given a map of where to park and parked. No problem on the first night of my stay. However in the middle of a wedding I was texted they my car was going to be towed away as I was in the wrong spot. Whoever does the overnight should learn to be so not aggressive and rude. I have been working in this industry for 40 years and it was a simple mistake. Finally I talked to a lovely lady who said - no problem they can park next to you. Was it that difficult to have the car park in the next carspace? Nice apartments. Catch an Uber or Taxi Kind Regards, Kirsty

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at he Dock on Goodwin! The location was excellent close access to one of the free city hopper ferry terminals which gave us access to South Bank, downtown and Fortitude Valley. Great walking paths, and a great selection of local pubs and restaurants! The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming! The rooms clean, kitchen well equipped and the neighbour hood quiet and safe! Had the pool to ourselves quite often! Would highly recommend!

Fabulous location! Right near Story Bridge, Kangaroo Point Bridge, Dockside ferry terminal & The Story Bridge Hotel (for cheap but exceptional early-morning coffee). The apartment was clean & well-appointed with a big bathroom, washer & dryer. Large balcony too. Saw the Growler jets, Globemaster & fireworks during Riverfire from it. Best of all, the staff were efficient, helpful & friendly, especially the lovely JULIE. :)

It’s in such a nice spot! Very easy to get everywhere on the ferries or city cats. Room was very nice, and a lot bigger than expected. I’m already looking forward to my next stay there!

The Docks on Goodwin was fantastic. The apartment was huge, with everything g you could possibly need - washer, dryer etc. The location is excellent, easy and picturesque walk over the Kangaroo Point bridge into the CBD, easy walk ability to Southbank, the Gabba, and a range of tourist spots. 30ms from the Story Bridge Hotel, which is a great place for a meal,a drink or a cheeky bet! I will definitely stay here again when I return to Brisbane!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at he Dock on Goodwin! The location was excellent close access to one of the free city hopper ferry terminals which gave us access to South Bank, downtown and Fortitude Valley. Great walking paths, and a great selection of local pubs and restaurants! The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming! The rooms clean, kitchen well equipped and the neighbour hood quiet and safe! Had the pool to ourselves quite often! Would highly recommend!

Fabulous location! Right near Story Bridge, Kangaroo Point Bridge, Dockside ferry terminal & The Story Bridge Hotel (for cheap but exceptional early-morning coffee). The apartment was clean & well-appointed with a big bathroom, washer & dryer. Large balcony too. Saw the Growler jets, Globemaster & fireworks during Riverfire from it. Best of all, the staff were efficient, helpful & friendly, especially the lovely JULIE. :)

Very enjoyable stay in a nice clean modern appartment with beautiful surrounds and terrific amenities. Many nearby didning options with publin transport close by. Will be staying again on our next trip up north.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Docks on Goodwin. Close to public transport and the city and working walking distance to some great eateries and sites. The rooms were spacious and we had great views of the river and city.

This is great place to base in Brisbane. Easy access to the city through walk over the Storey Bridge, or via the free city hopper ferry at Holman St. we had a studio apartment which was easily big enough for two of us. Heated pool and spa were great. Parking is easy and free. Access to one of the best French Patisseries I have been to around the corner, and several restaurants near by.

Upon arrival on a Friday night at 5.20pm the reception was closed. The writing on the front door showed the hours M-F 7am-5pm. No problem called the after hours button and all was fine. Room was suitable for a family of 3 adults although a bit tired compared to our friends room. Hotel is close to the Storey Hotel which had a good feed but very noisy. Close To the river which was lovely to walk along and catch a ferry.

This place had a strange entry process. You have to go up the lift to the 7th level then take the fire escape up another flight to level 8 where this place is. It’s the only one up there. It is quite lovely, with 2 levels of glass windows look out over the view. The bed is up on a mezzanine level as per the photos. It’s quiet and spacious and very comfortable. The staff help with our luggage so the stairs were not an issue for us.

This is a good place to stay. Very convenient to walk into the city across the new pedestrian bridge. Comfortable bed. I’d stay again. The rooms facing west get very hot in the afternoon, even in winter as the sun is so strong. Air conditioning is average and only in the living room.

Our three-night stay exceeded expectations. The apartment had everything we needed, the grounds were beautifully maintained, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to unwind after busy days exploring Brisbane. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend the Docks on Goodwin to other travellers.
