Spacious and cosy apartment in new residential building (2019) in the city centre. Next to the Congress House and 8-10min walk from the train station and 3-4min from the central square. The space Minimalist decoration, discreet. Private bathroom next to the room. Modern kitchen. Balcony overlooking the city and terrace overlooking the mountains of the Jura. It has a lot of light and a large living room. Direct exit to the terrace. During your stay I'm mainly home at night and some weekends. This spacious and cosy apartment is located in a modern residential building completed in 2019, right in the heart of the city centre. Its central yet quiet location makes it an ideal base for both business and leisure travellers. The apartment is situated next to the Congress House, just an 8–10 minute walk from the train station, and only 3–4 minutes from the central square, offering excellent access to transport, shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions. The Space The apartment features a clean, minimalist, and discreet design, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. It includes a private bathroom located next to the bedroom, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, and a bright, spacious living room filled with natural light. One of the highlights of the apartment is the outdoor space: a balcony with city views and a large terrace overlooking the Jura mountains, providing a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The living room offers direct access to the terrace, enhancing the open and airy feel of the home. During Your Stay I am usually home in the evenings and some weekends.No shoes in the apartment. No loud music or noises at night. No guests visits without my consent. You can use the kitchen utensils available (dishes, glasses, toaster, mixer, kettle) but cooking in the apartment is not allowed.
