Located very conveniently right beside Golden Beach and a small shopping village. Super friendly and helpful staff, beautiful little heated pool area with comfortable seating, complimentary welcome drinks, free access to tennis court, and lovely designed self contained rooms.

Hotel is starting to show its age. Aircon was not working first night so coming into a hot humid room was not very nice. Dirty dishes that had not been washed very well. Scuff marks on every wall. They where doing works on the hotel so games room and gym was closed that information beforehand would have been useful. Pool was clean and very nice and the room was nice but just tired. We did arrive late and then pulled aside to get a sales pitch on there holiday club. Was very pushy and rude when I was not interested.

We loved the sea views from our 8th floor balcony. It needed two comfortable chairs to sit and enjoy the bliss, not hard uncomfortable bar stools and table provided. The room had everything we needed. Laundry on each level is handy along with laundry powder provided in our room. The room was compact but had what we needed. The bed was comfortable. One of the two lifts was undergoing maintenance during our entire five night midweek stay, it was an inconvenience during morning peak when the lift was repeatedly full, we gave up and took the stairs 8 floors down. Room air con maintenance and electrical tag & test also happened during our stay. Maintenance must be done, it was unfortunate they were all happening during our stay. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay with the family. Close to water for fishing and walks. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Slippery slide in pool, tennis court and games room was a hit with the kids. Will stay again.

Perfect location, perfect views, great pool area, comfy bed. I find it hard to explain cause when you stay I stayed at the Ramada the rooms are average. But in saying that we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The downers were not enough parking had to park on the street. And the lift service is terrible

There’s no room service or house keeping. Reception leaves at 8pm but there’s one ground keeper that stays to facilitate if you get locked out. The recreation room is dated and you have to clean your room before leaving (throw trash and stack dishwasher). Otherwise the view is outstanding from level 7 and the pool is great!

The apartment had amazing view. It was overall very clean apart from shower drain. The steam and games rooms as well as the gym are currently under renovations (the advertisement only mention the gym out of order). Great bike and stand up boards available for hire. The spa bath partially works (only bubbles on the ground, none around the sitting area worked.) Great location, very quiet area.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment on the top floor, great sea view, except the room was in TERRIBLE condition. It had a wrap around balcony which was very nice, the living room was tiny with only 1 sofa to sit on which didn't even fit our family, so someone had to sit on kitchen stool. The room was very cold in feeling, as all white tile, no decor, and the tan carpets in the bedrooms were very dirty and stains on them. The walls were dirty and had scuff marks all over them, the bottom of the fridge was rusty, the bottom of the doors were worn away, and the floors had must not been vacuumed as there were pills on the floor when we arrived. Through the night it was raining, and the wind was blowing, but the sliding patio doors were rattling so much we had to put towels against them to stop the noise. Good thing because the rain also leaked a lot inside the doors, and the carpet was soaked when we woke up. The bathrooms were gross and caulk everywhere looked like a blind person did it, and just looked gross. The pool was nice, hot tub was nice, but both much smaller than pictures provided, so keep that in mind. Gym and rec areas needed serious upgrades. Parking was easy and the staff was super nice.

Loved the view. It is brilliant that there is a spa bath, but it would be good if they could have a good clean before the next guess arrive. The jets need to be cleaned maybe like Ajar spa cleaner

The air conditioning unit was like being next to a jet engine. Parking was limited however overflow parking was available off site. Couch was uncomfortable.Tv was dated.Couldn’t wait to leave, checked out when reception opened.

Room needs updating. Kitchen functional. Bathroom was a shower over a deep spa bath so it was very difficult and dangerous for me to shower as I have had knee replacements. Time it was renovated!! It was a bit noisy because there were workmen doing renovations on floor.

The AC in the room had only one speed, “high” it was so noisy we didn’t sleep at all. Turned AC off and opened windows of course the noise outside was as bad. Overall a really bad night sleep each night. We look for a nice decent place with comfort to sleep well in order to enjoy a place!

Great position overlooking still water and out to ocean. Reception area modern, unlike the tired and dated room. All worked and was adequate but I don’t feel it was worthy of the ‘Ramada’ brand name.

We hadn’t even checked in and the sales manager started trying to get us to attend a workshop for Ramada hotels We said no but she would not take our no as the answer It spoiled our check in and first impressions

Everything was amazing and beautiful.. the reception girl was friendly and nice but after checking us in then asked us to go talk with two other women for instructions on where to park the car ( car parking was abit horrendous for the size of property), the two women then proceeded talking about club Wyndham and if we joined etc, we were tired from driving all day and he last thing we want to do is listen to a sales pitch. Other than that everything else was great

Everything was amazing and beautiful.. the reception girl was friendly and nice but after checking us in then asked us to go talk with two other women for instructions on where to park the car ( car parking was abit horrendous for the size of property), the two women then proceeded talking about club Wyndham and if we joined etc, we were tired from driving all day and he last thing we want to do is listen to a sales pitch. Other than that everything else was great

I liked proximity to oceanfeont. I found parking advice terrible. Sending us underground parking which was full. I expected oceanfront but had an angled waterview from rear of property. The Thai restaurant was great. Felt people were more pressured to sell than just give the key to room to settle in after a 7 hour drive. Totally annoying.

Great views and near to the shops. Pleasant staff. Parking is definitely an issue but you can’t make it bigger so first in best dressed. There is additional parking offered on check in.

Foreshore works out the front of this beautiful property can't be helped. Limited car parking under building, so parked in the street. Awesome little walk along beach front to powerboat club.

The Ramada is definitely our Go-to on the Sunny Coast. We have stayed there 3 times this year and will be back. Great location , friendly staff where nothings a problem. Close to shops and eateries, The Copper Spoon Thai is right at the door... A1.

As units are individually owned some apartments are better than others .and better equipped also re kitchen amenities. Have returned to Ramada numerous times over the past 5 or 6 years. Love the 9th floor overlooking Bribie passage. The Thai restaurant, The Copper Spoon has tasty meals moderately priced… but ask for the lunchtime menu at lunch.. much more economical. Lovely walk to Caloundra CBD and many local walkers are very friendly. Will certainly return within 6 months. We LOVE it!! Also self service laundry facilities on numerous floors.

We parked the car and enjoyed what was to offer nearby. Cafe sicily for morning coffee is perfect. Thai on site great for dinner and the Power Boat Club for dining nearby. Our second visit and we will be certain to return.

Totally enjoyed our 1 night wish we stayed another night but had animal commitments.From thre moment checked in to be greetedby friendly staff and complimentary drinks.Our room on level 9 with amazing views front and back,to a queen size bed and kitchen everything was clean and tidy and bonus a spa to enjoy.Thankyou Ramada for an enjoyable experience will definitely stay again and for everyone dont forget to book in to copper sppon thai reztaurant across from Ramada delicious food.iwould recommend to others.Thankyou.

We enjoyed this studio ocean view on the top floor, both from the balcony and the living room. The accommodation had everything we needed including refrigerator, dishes/pans, and cooktop. It felt spacious, and the views of the water were beautiful as it changed from high tide to low tide each day. When we checked in, we received a welcome drink and property information, like location for laundry and parking. (Note: There is a second parking lot a short walk away.) The weather was cool, so we didn't use the pool. However, it was nice to walk along the beach and further down where the mangrove boardwalk is located. Probably the only issue we had was the need to login to the WiFi when we would return to our room after being away for a walk, dinner, etc. The property was undergoing WiFi/internet maintenance that month, per the notice from management so we were aware there could be challenges.
