Awesome beds. Good size twin room. Reasonably priced. Not sure if there is breakfast available to the rooms or not but definitely not breakfast at the restauant, which is a shame. Found a can under the bed so cleaning could be a bit more thorough. Rooms can do with a lick of paint but nothing really bad.

Stayed in a Queen Superior so it had a renovated bathroom but the rest of the room was in need of renovating. There was a strong smell of maybe a toilet block in the room that I was unable to find?? The bed sheets were fresh and clean.

It has clearly been months since anyone scrubbed the shower. Felt like I should be wearing things. The slimy mould was not only visible but could be felt with my feet. And then there was the thick dust at the corners of the furniture. Doesn’t make one confident about the sheets.

We had a good stay here and the owner was super friendly with great dinner suggestions and even helped us to find a laundromat. My only issue was that the bathroom was a little unclean with a few bugs.

Good for a nights stop over room was large. I wouldn't stay more than one night as the strong smell of stale cigarettes and the scents they used to try to mask it was so overpowering it gave me a headache. I actually didn't sleep well at all due the the smell. Overall ok for a quick stop over.

For a Deluxe Twin room, it was very ordinary, there was nothing deluxe about it. Chips on old wooden furniture, bathroom sliding door wouldn’t open, air conditioner only just working, needed painting, renovating etc etc

3 minutes after I arrived, after reception has closed, they came and unlocked the door without a hassle at all. Lamp was broken but that was the only problem and not at all an issue. Would stay again if passing through Dubbo.

Queen bed had a bit of dip where previous people had slept, so moved over to other side of the bed. So will book again but ask for a different room. Shower was great pressure awesome. Great spot and reasonable price for room. Thank you

So for a standard motel you have everything you need (and a great restaurant right next door), with free wifi, netflix, and everything you would want inside the room. The check in was easy, bed was comfy and the water was hot (mostly) But unfortunately that's where the good stuff ends. First off they told me I didnt need to book into the restaurant, so we missed out on a seat (which in hindsight, I should have asked if they were affiliated; they're not). Secondly, the room looks clean at first glance, but you beome aware fairly quickly that it's not. Not one door or wall has been wiped down, I found remnants of about four meals (withered vegetables on couch, a dried pea in the drawer next to the bible, noodles on the luggage bench etc) hair in the shower....you get the picture. Also, when you shower it fluctuates (I'm not sure if it's random or if other people's rooms affect it), so one minute youre burning the next youre freezing. I would stay here again if everything else was booked out but not for the price I paid, I would also bring disinfectant wipes and clean the place first.
