A couple I would like to acknowledge a few people. We arrived early and checked out luggage in as we were leaving the property for the day. Bellman was extremely nice. Didn't get the name of the young man at the front desk that worked Friday 10/30 around 11:30am-12:30pm. He was really helpful getting us direction and setting up waze to get us to our destination. He is working today as well. Desk was busy this morning 11/1 so I didn't get his name on the way to Breakfast. This morning 11/1 we went to the Harvast Bistro and Emerson was our waiter. Amazing gentleman! He made our day. If I could, I'd take him to Boston to work for me. He's a keeper! The Manager last night 10/31 around 10:45pm (sorry I forgot his name) was outstanding. He listened to what I had to say. My only complaint was with the concierge not updating guests on shuttle times. This caused us to take a lyft to/from Hollywood Studios. I now know they aren't employed directly with the hotel. They should however let the guests know times to/from each destination. We have the same issues with hotels in Boston that have outside companies running the concierge desks. With this said, the Manager was more than generous. Much appreciated. Bumped into the housekeeper in the hall and she was so attentive and kind. Hotel is so clean. All outlets were friendly. Great Job! The GM here has done an amazing job. It always starts from the top. Congratulations

Pool patio seemed like a lot of garbage lying around. Bartenders at the pool bar were rude and they wouldn’t send the waiting staff around. And I thought maybe it just me but multiple families were complaining about the same things. Told the front lobby staff multiple times that our shower head didn’t work and i mean not a single drop of water would come out and they never got it fixed after saying they will and didn’t place us in another room. When I made the complaint before I left, they said sorry and will get it fixed but was too late for us bc we were leaving. The key cards for the rooms didn’t work at the rooms or the parking garage. Had to take them back multiple times and still wouldn’t work so I just started using my phone and the Hilton app. Pool was cool but that’s about it. Stayed in the past but won’t ever stay there again.

This was a great place to stay for our Disney World visit. It is central to most of the parks with a shuttle available to all of them. The property is beautiful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We ate at two of the restaurants and the food was great. On our break from the parks we enjoyed floating in the lazy river and lounging outside. We will definitely stay here again for future visits. Highly recommend it!
