Parking was bit congested although there were sufficient spaces they were a tight and somewhat away from the room. Overall a good value for the price and check in and out was simple. Near gas and food.

Loved parking in front of our unit. Older motel, but renovated nicely. Enjoyed the refrigerator and microwave, did not use the tv. Man at the front forgot to activate our room card, so had to go back to get that taken care of. Card worked at 6:30 am as we were starting to pack, but by 7 it no longer worked, so we had to leave the door open all th time.

Nice staff, clean room, big tv, plenty of t.p., towels and box of tissues, no soap. New ac/heat, nice sheets, small table and two chairs, microwave and fridge, ice machine. No coffee on facility

The room was large and beds were clean, but the floor was dirty. This motel has a lot of folks living in it, and they have dogs and children. The pool was closed because they did not have a flotation device. They offer NO amenities, no coffee, no breakfast, parts from equipment sitting in the driveway. This is not a hotel to recommend to travelers except in an emergency like ours, hurricane Helene.

Hotel staff was alright but they went about things wrong trying to convince us to stay. the room smelt like weed because of the people in the next room, who had kids in there 5-6 people and like 3-4 cars parked outside (which added to the 0 parking) they were being noisy at 1 am. we ended up leaving that night because of the people. we got our full refund back. the hotel man went to there room gave them a noise complaint as we were leaving and then came to our door trying to convince us to stay which felt like it could’ve created an unsafe situation. it should’ve been handled after we had already been gone

Roach motel…. And door didn’t work so had to ask the girl at office she got all in a tiff like we didn’t know how to use the key. Finally after 4 tips to the office she unlocked it with the master key for us.

Sulfur water was horrible to brush teeth with, and although the hotel was old, it was clean with really basic amenities. No high thread count sheets but came with a fridge and microwave. We were just too tired to continue driving so just wanted a place to sleep. It was quiet and the beds comfortable. No real complaints.

We could not access our room with the room key so we would have to walk to the front of the complex to get someone to let us in every time we left the room. And there were 3 lamps in the room but only one had lightbulbs so it was extremely dark. We complained once we got in the room and we’re told if we didn’t like it we could leave, so we did. They were not at all accommodating and extremely rude. It wasn’t our fault they didn’t have lightbulbs or batteries for their door lock yet they made it our issue. We were still charged a cancelation fee but we did not feel safe to stay there.
We could not access our room with the room key so we would have to walk to the front of the complex to get someone to let us in every time we left the room. The gentleman at the desk was super nice and helpful! That was the only thing I liked about the motel. I requested a smoke free room. The room reeked of smoke. The bedding appeared fresh but I found 3 long hairs when I laid down. GROSS!! The towels were dingy. The floors and bathroom were very clean! There appear to be long term residents and they definitely make too much noise and have their bikes everywhere. I was extremely put off by that. I was quite exhausted so I turned the tv up loud and slept thought the night and hit the road early. Only a few smokers outside when I left & 8:45am.

This place was rated good on the reviews but it's far from it. The room smelt like smoke and moldy. You can hear the people on each side of the way. Felt unsafe with the people staying next door unfortunately. Checked out 30 minutes later and lost the funds.

I stayed one night. Room wasn't stocks whatsoever. No towels, soap, fresh sheets and blankets. There were stains all over the bed and hair everywhere. Seem like there was no effort into cleaning the room prior to me arriving. I blame it on management.

Stayed one night on our way to Southern Florida. Hotel was clean (looked like a fairly recent remodel). Bed was comfortable, room was big, bathroom shower was great. This was a budget hotel and for the money it was great. Very friendly and polite clerk checked us in.

To say this was a difficult and disappointing stay would be an understatement. This was the worst stay we’ve had at any hotel/motel. We booked in advance and paid for a non-smoking, king bed room. We got a room smelling of smoke with two double beds in bad shape. The sheets were clean, but that was where the positive experience ended. Underneath the sheets were dirty, stained beds that should be disposed of. There were also unidentifiable bugs crawling on the floor the second we opened the door. There were earwigs in the bathroom. There were gouges in the bathroom door where it looked like someone had tried to break into it at one point. The bath towels had black stains on them. The shower curtain had dirty red/brown stains on them, as did the walls. The noise levels were also horrible. We could hear people talking/yelling and playing music both from outside and in the room next to ours. All of these factors led to a horrible stay, and we would never recommend this place to anyone. We encourage management to make major changes.

I was traveling north from Orlando for a trip involving several stops throughout the day. I decided this location because of price. Reception person mentioned some good eateries nearby for dinner. I opted to eat across the street at at BBQ place. Good price and fast service. This definitely a motel because I backed my car right up to the room door. That was convenient. Went inside to go to the bathroom. No soap! Had to go back to reception to see if bar soap is included! It is included so had to find the housekeeping person to get some soap. Later that evening, a work crew arrived with large trucks and a lot of Spanish talk in the parking lot. Appears that this motel caters to long term business with work crews. I don’t object to who they do business with, but these guys were loud in the parking a lot, just outside my door. I don’t know if I would stay here again.

Dear [Hotel Manager/Customer Service], I recently stayed at your hotel and had reserved a king-size bed for two nights. However, upon arrival, I was given a room with two beds located in the back of the building. Unfortunately, this area was very noisy, with people outside yelling, cursing, and grilling late into the night, which made it difficult to relax. After requesting a change, I was moved to a handicapped-accessible room in the front of the building. While I appreciated the switch, the new room was also very loud, as sirens could be heard throughout the night. Additionally, I noticed that the pictures on your website, do not accurately match the actual accommodations provided. This was disappointing, as it gave me the impression that the room would be different from what I received. Overall, my reservation was not honored as booked, and both rooms ended up being uncomfortable due to noise and misrepresentation. Sulfur water was horrible to brush teeth with, and although the hotel was old, it was clean with really basic amenities. No high thread count sheets but came with a fridge and microwave. We were just too tired to continue driving so just wanted a place to sleep. It was quiet and the beds comfortable. No real complaints.

We got to the hotel a little later in the evening than expected so we were tired from being on the road. We checked in and went to go find the room. There was as a large group of creepy men standing around an open fire burning garbage and random pieces of wood. They were listening to loud music and smoking weed heavily. Our room smelled like weed and the music was loud. We did not feel safe. We knew we needed to go somewhere else. We talked to the manager about the situation and they were not helpful at all. They wouldn’t even entertain giving us a refund so we could find somewhere else. We left and found another room at a different hotel. The price was not worth our safety and comfort. But this should not have happened. We deserve a refund. Ar the very least the situation should have been addressed. But the message we received was ‘too bad’.

Stayed one night on our way to Southern Florida. Hotel was clean (looked like a fairly recent remodel). Bed was comfortable, room was big, bathroom shower was great. This was a budget hotel and for the money it was great. Very friendly and polite clerk checked us in.

We cancelled the reservation, which had been made only an hour earlier, and though Expedia tried to get us a refund, the hotel refused to give us a refund. Will never book at Americas Best again!

Hotel staff was alright but they went about things wrong trying to convince us to stay. the room smelt like weed because of the people in the next room, who had kids in there 5-6 people and like 3-4 cars parked outside (which added to the 0 parking) they were being noisy at 1 am. we ended up leaving that night because of the people. we got our full refund back. the hotel man went to there room gave them a noise complaint as we were leaving and then came to our door trying to convince us to stay which felt like it could’ve created an unsafe situation. it should’ve been handled after we had already been gone

The room was very nasty hair all on the sheets look like blood stains or some kind of stains I could not explain on the bed roaches the toilet had old urine caked to it the toilet seat did not fit the toilet the air conditioner was roaring loudly did not get the room that I paid for ended up with a different room that motel really need someone who knows how to clean because I don't think it was ever clean just Kate on the blow dryer I was afraid to even touch it to use it I went and talked to the manager about the loud noise of the air conditioner and he told me that there was nothing he could do about it that I had to deal with it because that's Florida I'm very upset about it I have to drive 8 hours home with hardly no sleep

We could not access our room with the room key so we would have to walk to the front of the complex to get someone to let us in every time we left the room. And there were 3 lamps in the room but only one had lightbulbs so it was extremely dark. We complained once we got in the room and we’re told if we didn’t like it we could leave, so we did. They were not at all accommodating and extremely rude. It wasn’t our fault they didn’t have lightbulbs or batteries for their door lock yet they made it our issue. We were still charged a cancelation fee but we did not feel safe to stay there.

I was traveling north from Orlando for a trip involving several stops throughout the day. I decided this location because of price. Reception person mentioned some good eateries nearby for dinner. I opted to eat across the street at at BBQ place. Good price and fast service. This definitely a motel because I backed my car right up to the room door. That was convenient. Went inside to go to the bathroom. No soap! Had to go back to reception to see if bar soap is included! It is included so had to find the housekeeping person to get some soap. Later that evening, a work crew arrived with large trucks and a lot of Spanish talk in the parking lot. Appears that this motel caters to long term business with work crews. I don’t object to who they do business with, but these guys were loud in the parking a lot, just outside my door. I don’t know if I would stay here again.

My stay was the way I needed it, inconsequential. No worries about my room. My work is demanding and I don’t need to worry about after work. Plenty of restaurants and stores in the area with very friendly residents. Thank you I have returned here and will again.

The room was large and beds were clean, but the floor was dirty. This motel has a lot of folks living in it, and they have dogs and children. The pool was closed because they did not have a flotation device. They offer NO amenities, no coffee, no breakfast, parts from equipment sitting in the driveway. This is not a hotel to recommend to travelers except in an emergency like ours, hurricane Helene.

House keeping was very friendly, overall our stay was quiet and secure. Paul and Johntay are very friendly and fun to talk with, Vic and the dog Summer were very professional. Only complaint was no coffee and the room could have been cleaned better under bed and night stand.

Front Desk & Housekeeping staff excellent. Clean with lots of hot water. Room smelled fresh with no weird cleaning products smell. Only downer there is no coffee on site. One has to go down the street to get a cup of coffee.

It was def worth the price. It wasent bad, but it def needs work. The bed was pretty comfortable, the tv worked great, and had a lot of channels, the floor was very dirty, def needs to be mopped, and dusted. It was quiet, mainly because there was not a lot of people there. Really it just needs a lot of TLC.

This property is completely unsanitary. As soon as you walk into the lobby, you’re met with old mattresses stacked against the wall and clutter everywhere. I was first assigned Room 117, and the moment I walked in, there was a strong musty odor. When I checked the bedsheets, they were filthy—covered in stains and small bugs. I returned to the front desk to request a different room, but the second one, Room 105, was even worse. There were dead roaches on the floor and in the shower, the mini fridge had mold both inside and outside, and the chair in the room was dirty. The worst part of all was the fleas in the carpet, which left bites on our legs.

We stayed here because every hotel was booked up for the Morgan Wallen concert. We unfortunately got stuck with a smoking room,the bedding had cigarette burns in them and one of the blankets on the bed had a disgusting used band-aid on it. There was hair in the bathtub and on the floor when we got there. I ended up cleaning the room before we settled in (thank goodness we were only there to sleep). The housekeeping guy was nice he chatted with us when we were entering and leaving the room multiple times. I would not recommend. Last resort only if needed like we had to do.
