I was in town to attend my high school reunion. I received a warm, friendly greeting as soon as I walked in the lobby. Check in was effortless, my room was clean & well equipped. After the reunion, several of my classmates and I hung out at the bar, which was well equipped, & staffed with a super friendly, excellent bartender! Check out the next day was super easy. Would 10/10 recommend!

There was no swimming pool as advertised due to recent renovations. I really needed the pool for my hip and back. I would not have stayed there if I had known. No place to really walk outside.

Hotel was undergoing updates but hadn’t gotten to our floor yet. We were there over a weekend so there was no construction noise. The pool however was closed due to this. Our room was clean, quite and comfortable.

The hotel was generally okay. The staff was friendly, and the continental breakfast was good. The upkeep could use some work, as we didn’t have a room cleaning for our entire stay. Housekeeping asked us what time they should come clean our room, we told them, and they didn’t come back the rest of the day. When we came back to our room later that night, housekeeping had gone home for the night, but we didn’t have any clean sheets or towels. When we called the front desk to inquire, they brought us clean sheets and towels to turn over ourselves, but there was no housekeeping. There was also many ladybugs in the bedroom. When we first arrived, there were a couple here and there, but throughout our stay, more entered our room to the point where they were crawling on the fixtures near the bed. There were also a lot of lady bugs inside and outside the one window on the room (and the window does not open, so we’re not sure how they kept getting inside).

The room was recently renovated, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations for cleanliness. We found food crumbs on the floor next to the bed, and there was hair all over the shower. There was also a huge stain on the wall. In addition, the AC unit was missing the bottom cover, leaving wires exposed, which felt unsafe and unappealing.

Overall a very nice hotel. Bed firm but comfy… a good mattress. My only real complaint was the condition of the bathroom. There was visible pink and black mildew all along the bottom of the shower. Wallpaper peeling… badly in need of an update. Someone needs to scrub that shower! Yuck.

Our room and the property was clean and inviting. The beds were a bit hard and pillows flatten out tremendously, so we didn’t rest very well. This morning our backs were hurting. Our ages range from 12-43 and none of slept well. Get those beds & pillows in check and this property will be top notch.

Very poor sound dampening between rooms on all sides.Between hearing neighbours conversations and tvs, to doors opening and closing, people using their bathrooms and the in-room fridge that made loud noises every hour when it ran we barely slept. Lobby is under renovation and all sheeted off but offered no discount. Was very expensive for amenities provided. All finishes in room were of low/poor quality. I asked to be credited for my Hilton Honours points and was told I couldn’t since I booked on Expedia which is not correct. When we arrived, ac in room was set at 60 and despite the fact that I reset it immediately as we were freezing, it never got warm enough to be comfortable before we checked out the next morning. Town is great with amazing local flavour but this hotel is a black eye on Hilton’s reputation.

The LOUD floor squeaking ALL night from neighbors was a nightmare. This is very wrong. We spent good money for a comfortable room and the floor squeaking was ridiculous. We did not sleep all night! The man who checked us in at the front desk had a very UNWELCOMING attitude. Wish we picked another hotel.

Took over an hour to check in. Something with the system. When I asked a question the desk clerk was super rude. I mean....I've been waiting an hour to check in and she says nothing until I ask what's going on. There was a wedding party at the hotel. Running up and down the halls and all over the place. Don't think I'll be staying here again.

Location is close to downtown Cartersville and easy access to the freeway. I have stayed here before and the beds/pillows are very comfy. The hotel is getting a remodel that looks to be almost finished. Still very clean and a bit more modern but it has always been a favorite of mine.

When we called the front desk to inquire, they brought us clean sheets and towels to turn over ourselves, but there was no housekeeping. There was also many ladybugs in the bedroom. When we first arrived, there were a couple here and there, but throughout our stay, more entered our room to the point where they were crawling on the fixtures near the bed. There were also a lot of lady bugs inside and outside the one window on the room (and the window does not open, so we’re not sure how they kept getting inside).

The hotel was generally okay. The staff was friendly, and the continental breakfast was good. The upkeep could use some work, as we didn’t have a room cleaning for our entire stay. Housekeeping asked us what time they should come clean our room, we told them, and they didn’t come back the rest of the day. When we came back to our room later that night, housekeeping had gone home for the night, but we didn’t have any clean sheets or towels. Check in person was amazing!! She was friendly and very helpful. Rooms were just remodeled 3 months ago, they were cozy and spacious. Breakfast was awesome! Would definitely recommend this, we will be staying again

I was in town to attend my high school reunion. I received a warm, friendly greeting as soon as I walked in the lobby. Check in was effortless, my room was clean & well equipped. After the reunion, several of my classmates and I hung out at the bar, which was well equipped, & staffed with a super friendly, excellent bartender! Check out the next day was super easy. Would 10/10 recommend!

The breakfast and bar was not offered while I was there, which was a large reason for selecting this location. There was a busted pipe at the entrance which I understand things happen. But they did a poor job of cleaning up the area timely.

While this hotel brandishes the Hilton name, it's far from it. It's old and needs some updating/ remodeling! The beds are aweful, hard and very used. I've machines didn't work and they do not offer any continental breakfast, only coffee The only thing that is great about the hotel is the staff is friendly.

I was impressed and enjoyed my stay. My husband and I truly enjoyed ourselves. Also, the restaurant along with food and bartender was excellent and we had excellent service. 👍 😃 Totally would recommend the Food.

3 people at front desk, I am disabled and was obvious, yet could not get one off their chair to assist with luggage. Another elderly couple faced same thing. Twice I asked for shower chair, because my legs are cut off. No response. I asked for 6 am wake up call and got one at 7:30 so missed ride, next day asked for 3 am wake up to catch flight. They called 4:30 am. I complained to desk and they said clocks are off in computer. I watched two guys and videoed them acting very unprofessional at desk. I can send video

The staff especially the guy that checked us in was fantastic as well as the lady that checked us out. Every the breakfast server was amazing. This experience has made us as a family decide to start seeking out Hilton properties every time we travel. We travel a lot for basketball as well as travel internationally to see family and we can’t wait to experience another Hilton property after this great experience

Room was spacious and very clean. Staff was friendly and very kind to my dog who was traveling with us. The location is amazing, right off the highway, with lots of food options right around the hotel. The only negative was the connecting doors. They are very thin and I could hear my neighbors watching extremely loud movies until 1am. I called the front desk to alert them of the issue but nothing was done.
