This was a nice motel in a good location with Shops just across the road. Rooms were a great size and had microwave and kettle, table and chairs. Nice pool area. Motel was quiet but unfortunately we were kept awake all night by a fire alarm that kept bipping. Staff were friendly and helpful. Kiosk checkin worked really well. Would recommend it

Staff are great, friendly and accommodating really helped when i requested an extra night. Parking is a bit tight especially when peeps take up 2 spots with boats and camper trailers but there is on street parking in front. Great to have a pool. Room was clean and in good condition. Great bathroom (nice big tub etc). A good experience and i would go back. Thank you!

Our room was very clean, comfortable beds.The lady at reception was lovely and helpful, quick and easy check in and check out.. 5 minute drive from beautiful beaches. Shops across the road was very handy. Lots of parking.

We loved our stay there as everything was so clean, the bedding was extremely clean and comfortable. The check in and check out process was so quick and efficient for travellers, no need to queue and no wait time. We were able to park our car just in front of the room which made it easy to carry our luggage in and out. Thank you Island Palms

We paid for a king room but were given a queen room which was very disappointing given we had paid extra for the king room. When we got into the room we noticed there were dresses and other garments in the wardrobe, so it had not been properly cleaned and serviced. The room was very dated and is also in need of renovation. The side table lamps were red which made it impossible to use as light lights for reading. We have stayed here before but we’re very disappointed in the accommodation this time and will not be returning.

Our unit was very clean and comfortable. The motel is a comparatively short drive from the centre of Forster and the beaches. Checkin was extremely easy and the facilities were very good. I highly recommend this motel.

Nice hotel, huge room with patio out onto the grass. Across the road from the shopping centre and near the hotel but still very quiet especially at night. Well equipped room with toaster, microwave and kettle and plenty of tea, coffee, sugar. Very clean motel and grounds. Nice friendly and helpful staff.

The property was clean and well kept. All required amenities were present including cutlery and plates for 4 people. However the bed was hard as a rock and we may as well have slept on the floor. Horrible, horrible bed.

Great place to stay with clean and tidy rooms and comfy too! Also has a great pool for a swim for the adults and kids. We had an incident where we left the key inside and closed the door not able to get back in. Billy from the motel service was great to get us back in as well as give us another hour to stay on request with late checkout. Will definitely recommend and come back here again!!!

We were looking for a clean and comfortable place to rest our heads at night after fun days out and about. It met our expectations based on price and photos. Handy location near Woolies, not close enough to walk to the beach but an easy couple of minutes drive. Would definitely stay again.

The Manager was very helpful and room was above what I expected. It could have done with more info re area, restaurants and maps etc, what's around. Otherwise very enjoyable stay.10/10 thank you!

Great location - super handy to shopping centre and main road in and out of town - was far back off the street enough to be quiet. Easy drive to find a yummy dinner.

When I chose this property, I had read a few of the recent reviews. I noticed one review some months earlier had displayed a photo where the tiles were cracked on the spa. When I checked into my room, I get the same room where the large crack still had not been addressed. Not a huge deal though, as the spa worked well. I also noticed significant let's say "aging" within the bathroom that required not only the grout to be re done but also things like the toilet roll holder falling off the wall and despite the cleaner coming in one day, still not being fixed. The bathroom sink, or pipes within the sink structure were leaking the whole time causing significant issues with the tiles. You can feel the movement when walking on them, especially near the spa. Also quite sad was that the room cleaner didn't even wipe down the table as I had a little "spill" with my dinner the previous evening that was still there after the room clean. I also noticed that there was some small litter still on the floor that had not been vacuumed. Of more concern was that the rooms are not very soundproof as I could hear the people in the room next to me chatting and during the night, snoring. I hope I didn't disturb them too much. The fly screen on the outside door was broken and in need of repair. Look its a nice motel but in need to some updating and proper cleaning, especially when you factor in the pricing.
