I liked the dog friendly atmosphere. The lodge is comfortable and clean. The pool is clean and large enough for swimming

Workout gym was awful and it smelled throughout the hotel.

The airport shuttle was very quick and easy to use. Everybody was very kind and helpful.

Large room for a reasonable rate. The pool area wasn't huge but was nice. Everything was clean.

The stay and fly shuttle and parking are great.

One issue is their Hot Tub. It needs some maintenance, the water is dirty, there is scum buildup. Fortunately there is a shower nearby to clean up after using it.

Older facility. Could use upgrade. It’s near a brewery which is why I chose it. Treadmill is broken but no sign.

Great night of rest before my early morning flight. Shuttle service to and from the airport was convenient. Appreciative that I could park my truck at the hotel while I traveled.

This place is always a family favorite. This last time the pool was a little chilly.

Good value, spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable room. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and quiet

We loved this hotel years ago. Now it is dirty, sloppy service and not welcoming. It is little things. First room 1/2 cleaned with used towel, soap and furniture moved but bed made. Second room better but you could still see food spills on coffee table, floors not cleaned etc. The wifi password is printed on used TV channel paper and so sloppily cut that password not on sheet just network name. So hilarious I had to take a picture. Bedding is so wrinkled it has actual folds and you can see the lumpy pads under the sheets. Not the crisp clean made of the past. The one extra blanket for the pullout was as thin as the top sheet it was so old. This about sums up the hotel. No checkout time posted or told at checkout. The coffee was empty and no creamers in lobby. They were aware and said another 15 minutes. Mind you there is no other breakfast/food provided so no coffee is huge considering nothing else is given. Lots of spills and stains on floors and elevators.

We did have a pet friendly room and it was nice but the carpeting was nasty and smelled like urine.

All went well with checkin and the room was clean and comfortable. The only negative was the hot tub. It seemed to be dirty and full of bubbles. Thank you, Mike

Stayed with my 13 year old son. Friendly staff, but not attentive. Three night stay, did not receive room service during our entire stay. Coffee, towels, etc. not refreshed. Witnessed other rooms being serviced, never ours. Upon request, told it would be done the next day. Room was nice and spacious. Key cards failed and required daily refresh despite keeping away from cellular devices and wallet. Feels like an airport hotel focused on volume, not service. Disappointing overall, would not recommend.

The room was spotless the staff was courteous it was a beautiful location and very very peaceful

We’ve stayed here a few times and love how big the rooms are and that it is close to the airport. This time our room wasn’t too clean (needed to be vacuumed badly) and the hotel entry in general seemed like it needed a deep clean.

The building and facilities are OK, but the service is non existant. My room was never entered in 3 days. No clean towels, no trash pickup, no coffee for the coffee maker, only the tiniest sliver of soap. The lobby coffee pot was either empty or cold every morning. I was told that house keeping services were "swamped" so that services were by request only; however, there were only 8-12 cars in the parking lot each night and most of the rooms were empty. We were surprised at how few people were there on a busy weekend.

The rooms are incredibly antiquated for the crazy price point. Flooring is old, and our rooms smelled like copious amounts of animal pee. I asked for another rolm, which was almost as bad as the first. I had to lock the living room area and stay in the bedroom area as we could not handle the smell. Tried to cancel and find another accommodation, but both expedia and the hotel failed to accommodate the request. An absolute will not stay again.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable rooms however it is incredibly noisy. We were right by the stairs. At 11pm kids were rough housing on them. By 12 people were coming in and laughing and talking in the halls. The pipes made ticking noises when the room above showered. We could hear the people in the room next to us talking. Beautiful hotel but not restful.

The bed was comfortable. Good blackout curtains. The internet tv did not work at all (constant buffering and network errors). The walls needed paint (tired looking). Our king bed had only 3 pillows, which were so big and fat that they were useless to sleep on. I used the flat couch cushion instead with a towel on it instead.

Staff seemed tired of working there. The hotel was pretty out dated—no usb chargers, decor, etc. the elevators were anciently slow. The rooms were big.

The property was nice. Clean, but getting somewhat worn. No free breakfast, but there was a little area to buy snacks, etc. The bed was awful!!! Not a king and there was plenty of room for a king. The mattress was uncomfortable, the sheets were like sand paper, the pillows were like bricks and the sheets kept popping off the corners of the mattress all night. It was a horrible night’s “rest”. If they would do better with the beds/bedding it would be a great place. So convenient to the airport.

Everything was great, except that the bed had deep dips on both sides, and the charging options were limited and dated (no usb outlets). We'll continue to stay here because it's clean and offers airport shuttle service.

Room needs to be extremely updated, bed was worn and very uncomfortable, stains on the couch and chair. Expensive price for outdated and worn beds. Appliances weren't updated for USB ports or charging ports.

The rooms are very large.

Wow!! Our room was huge! This hotel was a great surprise after a long day of travel.

The room was larger than expected giving us plenty of room to spread out as a family.

Excellent proximity to the airport and staff was amazing

We were excited about this hotel because it looked quite nice in the pictures. Once we arrived, we asked if we could get a room towards the mountains and were told by the young man at the front desk: “I’m not sure which side the room is on”. Not sure if he heard me wrong but there was no effort on his part to even check. Red flag number 1. We got to the room, key didn’t work. My boyfriend went downstairs and the same young man said to him; “oh yeah, the batteries don’t work well” and just gave him a new key instead of walking up with him to make sure that we’d get in. Of course the second key didn’t work either because, battery… Room was outdated and had not been refilled with half of the toiletries. The pillows and the blanket? Bring your own lol. Trust me. Luggage rack was broken and when we reported it, the front desk’s response was quite nonchalant, making me think that they knew about it already and didn’t want to deal. Since there is no housekeeping, you’ll need to ask for new towels and whatever else you’re used to getting while staying at a Hotel. There is a television in the room, but we couldn’t figure out how to watch any free channels. Finally we logged in to our Netflix account. There is no restaurant, bar, or breakfast. The free coffee was pretty bad. I had higher expectations for a hotel that charged over $250 for a room. There was a pretty sad looking vending machine with expired Cheetos. You’ll have to drive to get to a restaurant or gas station.skipthis1

Friendly, helpful staff. I only stayed one night and really liked the place. Would definitely stay again.

Reservation was canceled without notification

The woman checking us in kept blaming Expedia for mistakes in our reservation. We reserved two rooms with two queen beds for the party of 7 we are traveling with. She tried to give us rooms with one queen bed. It’s possible they had pull outs but she was rude and didn’t express this. We did end up with two beds per room. Also we called to verify our occupancy per room and that we could leave our vehicles but were not informed of the $20 charge per week per room to park. The card keys do not work at the rear entry at all and also one of the rooms wich she blamed us for erasing because they were placed to close to our phones. She did not warn of this Prior to giving them to us. Our party of seven had to schedule two trips to the airport 1/2 hour apart because they only take 6 at a time. I should have asked more questions but they could have shared some of this when we called to make sure we did it right with Expedia. She basically threw you under the bus for mistakes she/ the property made. Travel is stressful enough without snarky, inept people.

Mark at the front desk gave a key to our room to someone who wasn’t in our party so a woman walked into our room at 4:45 AM. Then when speaking about the incident, Mark said it was a computer glitch and there was nothing he could do. He also said I wasn’t allowed to have the managers information. We will never stay here again.

Asked for an early check in and front desk staff was cordial about helping us make that happen.

Bad Attitude! First when the staff member informed us there was no breakfast he threw his hands in the air and crossed them stating and there's no breakfast but coffe is in at 4! And no we hadn't even ask about breakfast. When we ask where some fast food places were he stated they are all on reserve!!! Like we know that's a street! We not from here! Before we went up to our room I ask if we could get extra towels and wash clothes, he stated we have towels but not wash clothes. We stayed there because it was convenient!

Really comfortable place to stay a stone's throw away from the airport. Apart from the airport, not too much around if you are without a car. Would highly recommend for easy access for airport made even better with the hotel transmport shuttle.

Fine for a night. Clean, large room. Checking out the next day, no matter how often I rang the bell, nobody ever came to the desk so I just left. It was a little weird. The area of the hotel is in an industrial park so it gets loud when the trucks get going and the planes start flying. Next time I’ll stay a little closer to downtown/UM.

Affordable place to stay by the airport, but total lack of any surrounding amenities. The brewery is great, but that’s all there is around the hotel. Staff was nice, and our room was really clean.

The Stone Creek Lodge practically abuts the MIssoula airport, although we arrived by car. It's a couple of miles outside the city center, only a short drive. Friendly helpful competent staff; clean room; in short, a very nice new hotel.

It was a decent place to stay..... Not spectacular, but decent. There is NO breakfast served. You can buy stuff, but NO breakfast. They said there was free coffee starting at 4am..... But by 7:30 the coffee jug was empty and no one around to refill it??? Like I said, decent but not great.

they need a better sign on their pick up van, can't see it when it is dark outside they used to have breakfast but no longer have anything but coffee the bed was fine but it would have been nice to have a king instead of a queen

No breakfast area in hotel.

The front desk staff was super helpful when we had questions about where to find a certain store. The store was closed but they tried hard to find other options for us. The room was great--really nicely done. The bed was super comfortable. The one thing that could be better is the "store". If the hotel isn't going to offer even a bagel bar, could you make the prices on the breakfast items in the store more reasonable? I mean $2 for a chewy granola stick from Nature Valley? Come on!

Very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately there are no eating facilities close by and they do not offer breakfast. If they were to improve it would be to offer a good breakfast.

When I booked the room it said there way breakfast available, we had Dr appointments that why we chose it. When we got there they said they have not served breakfast since Covid. Very disappointing. They said their websight says this but hotels.com did not.

We arrived in Missoula earlier than expected and they let us check-in when we arrived. The room was super spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The only thing that sucked was no breakfast.

Wayy too expensive for what you get. No breakfast was a bummer. If you don’t offer breakfast, at least offer a coffee station that you don’t find at a gas station.
