We had the best time, the property was exactly as described and stocked with everything you could need. The location is ideal to be far enough away to relax but then great access to Kent either via the M2 or on the train. We used the house as a base to explore the coastline. Les kept us informed in the build up to our stay and was always on hand if we needed anything. Quite simply the house let us have the best family holiday ever.
We had the best time, the property was exactly as described and stocked with everything you could need. I stayed with 10 friends down in Painters and we had the most amazing time. Les was really helpful and was so generous with leaving us local wine and bread. The house is unbelievable - it has so much character and amazing outdoor space. It is also really well stocked and has everything you could possibly need. Sharon and her husband who run the campsite couldn’t have been nicer (especially when we ran out of ingredients!) Could not recommend the place more and looking forward to coming back for a winter weekend.

We spent a weekend with a group of friends and had the best time! The house is a real treasure and Les is incredible. Really enjoyed our time their and spend most of the time just hanging out in one of the areas outside or inside.
