Long weekend visit to our daughter, place was really nice and felt secluded, great selection of restaurants nearby and most of the Vero Beach destinations within a short drive. Enjoyed the pool, and the beach was a short walk away. Very clean, very comfortable, and really can't say anything bad about it!

Unique property, lush foliage, wonderful walkways, clean and wonderfully decorated rooms. Great staff and service. Top notch restaurants and bar on site. EasyOcean access. Overall great experience, will definitely be back.

Upon check in, they had our room as a 2 full bed room when I booked a king. She did offer a discount because it was our anniversary and we were upset. Later that day, they asked if we wanted a king room as another couple apparently wanted our room so we gladly took it. Through Expedia, it says that we would receive a free drink as a perk, it turns out it ended up being a bottle of water in our room that was already listed as complimentary. After they messed up our reservation by giving us the wrong room, you’d think they would have tried to offer us something as an apology. Literally anything would have been sufficient but we received nothing. In our new room however, the shower was broken and sprayed everywhere when you turned it on. A maintenance man did come 45 min later to fix it and had to replace the entire shower head. There were clumps of hair stuck to the walls and the overall feel of the room was just dingy. It definitely did not feel like a “boutique” hotel to me at all especially in Vero Beach on Ocean Drive. The pool area was unkept and overgrown and the lounge chairs were covered in leaves and bugs. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and caved in the middle and had multiple white stains all over the red throw blanket they placed on top of the comforter. Overall, our experience was less than great and we wouldn’t stay here again.

This hotel is an absolute gem. I have stayed at nice hotels all over Florida, across the U.S. and around the world and this hotel is special. The hotel rooms are uniquely furnished in a great way are roomy, comfortable, clean and well maintained. The hotel grounds are beautiful it’s like being in the tropics all by yourself. There are about 18 rooms spread across the grounds which makes the place extremely quiet. We stayed there for our 49th Wedding Anniversary and over the four days we never heard anyone in any of the other rooms. Not a sound even when sitting out on the balcony. The pool is secluded surrounded by trees and vegetation adding to the quiet peaceful feeling. And it’s not crowded most times we had the pool area to ourselves. There is an excellent fine dining restaurant on the grounds (Maison Martinique Restaurant) reservations suggested. We had an excellent dinner with appetizers, a salad, fresh sour dough bread made on site and for the entree we each had the steak and lobster. I was pleasantly surprised bill was far lower than I thought it would be. For fining dining it was extremely reasonable and the meal was amazing. Each morning a basket was hand delivered filled with a wonderful (lighter side) breakfast which consisted of 2 oranges, 2 apples, yogurt, orange juice, fresh jam and fresh croissants. There are three fine dining restaurants all within walking distance (5 mins) all are excellent.

Very pretty old Florida grounds and building with a nice pool. Well appointed antiques in the rooms that are comfortable and unique. Staff is great, food on site is very good and beach is just across the street. Great stay and very clean, we had room 113 and highly recommend if available as it is large and steps from the pool access.

The nicest people ever. Cute private rooms , beautiful private property with delicate flowers hanging from the building. Clean linen, bathroom and pool. It’s a hidden gem that we accidentally stumbled upon and will do it again . Check in was easy . Loved the smell and feel , it feels like heaven. Short fun walk to the ocean. There’s even a cute little pizza restaurant next door with amazing food and very nice staff.

Our stay here was amazing! From the amazing smell of the linens and bedding to just a very relaxing comfortable room. Loved sitting by the pool talking to my husband and hearing some soft relaxing music in the back ground. Walking around the property and seeing all the different trees, plants and flowers. Our trip was short. We will be back for sure!

3rd time staying here and as always the check in was smooth, the manager was very friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful and comfortable. I love the decor. We had a drink at the bar, the bartender was very pleasant. We had dinner at Havana Nights where the vibe was fun & relaxing; the live music was excellent, our waiter was superb. It was our anniversary and they treated us to dessert in the house. We sleep well the bed was comfortable. Check out was effortless. This place is out staycation spot form now on. I highly recommend it for those looking for a peaceful, relaxing get away.

This room was the smallest hotel room we have ever stayed in. The furnishings were tired and uncomfortable. The toilet was literally in the shower. And the mattress was so saggy it felt more like a bean bag chair than a mattress. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Huge room, nicely furnished. Reminds me of the French Quarter in NOLA. Just one night and gone early but it sounded like the cafe/diner had some good chow.

We had the swimming pool to ourself both times we used it. Our room was very nice, with porch off it right beside the pool. Beautiful Landscape and very quiet. Parking right outside our unit. We're sorry we didn't stay 2 nights because by the time you can check in at 3 and need to be out by 11, isn't enough time there.

So the front desk felt she had a good grasp of the property and logistics which was good. The restaurant was quite good but the room was not. Let me be clear: the room was small and dated - that is ok- the weird lighting and weird bathroom layout (toilet, shower and sink separated by one curtain) was acceptable but the crazy noisy cracking of the AC and the very bright lights of the air filter (blue light hell) was a major problem. Ok - it was just one night but would not stay again and would definitely eat breakfast there again ;and probably lunch.
So the front desk felt she had a good grasp of the property and logistics which was good. The restaurant was quite good but the room was not. Upon check in, they had our room as a 2 full bed room when I booked a king. She did offer a discount because it was our anniversary and we were upset. Later that day, they asked if we wanted a king room as another couple apparently wanted our room so we gladly took it. Through Expedia, it says that we would receive a free drink as a perk, it turns out it ended up being a bottle of water in our room that was already listed as complimentary. After they messed up our reservation by giving us the wrong room, you’d think they would have tried to offer us something as an apology. Literally anything would have been sufficient but we received nothing. In our new room however, the shower was broken and sprayed everywhere when you turned it on. A maintenance man did come 45 min later to fix it and had to replace the entire shower head. There were clumps of hair stuck to the walls and the overall feel of the room was just dingy. It definitely did not feel like a “boutique” hotel to me at all especially in Vero Beach on Ocean Drive. The pool area was unkept and overgrown and the lounge chairs were covered in leaves and bugs. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and caved in the middle and had multiple white stains all over the red throw blanket they placed on top of the comforter. Overall, our experience was less than great and we wouldn’t stay here again.

3rd time staying here and as always the check in was smooth, the manager was very friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful and comfortable. I love the decor. We had a drink at the bar, the bartender was very pleasant. We had dinner at Havana Nights where the vibe was fun & relaxing; the live music was excellent, our waiter was superb. It was our anniversary and they treated us to dessert in the house. We sleep well the bed was comfortable. Check out was effortless. This place is out staycation spot form now on. I highly recommend it for those looking for a peaceful, relaxing get away.

Long weekend visit to our daughter, place was really nice and felt secluded, great selection of restaurants nearby and most of the Vero Beach destinations within a short drive. Enjoyed the pool, and the beach was a short walk away. Very clean, very comfortable, and really can't say anything bad about it!

Very pretty old Florida grounds and building with a nice pool. Well appointed antiques in the rooms that are comfortable and unique. Staff is great, food on site is very good and beach is just across the street. Great stay and very clean, we had room 113 and highly recommend if available as it is large and steps from the pool access.

This lovely boutique Hotel is wonderful . It’s small enough to be cozy but so sophisticated. The Mexican tiles make you feel like you are traveling, but the flora and fauna remind you that Florida is right outside. And the food: We had breakfast and dinner two days. Gruyère and eggs, were to die for. Of course the dinner menu was seasonal and devine.

This is a unique boutique hotel. Lots of charm and friendly staff. Very well equipped for families. Our kids loved the pool and the easy walk to the serene beach. Wish we stayed longer! The breakfast was also delicious. Totally recommend the onsite restaurant.

We arrived on a Tuesday. The piano bar and restaurant were both closed. I paid for a room with a queen sized bed which was the size of a full sized bed. I had the manager come and measure it to confirm. I would never have stayed there if I had known the bed would be that size and that the restaurant and piano bar would both be closed cause it was Tuesday. I’ve been told I’d be receiving a discount due to the size of the bed. We will see if that happens.

Everyone at this hotel was so friendly and competent. The food was beyond excellent - breakfast and dinner. The coffee… yum! The wait staff were personable and excellent at their job. The piano bar was so fun each night. You feel like you are in your own private oasis when you are at the pool, eating outdoors or just walking to your room. We will stay there again. Excellent!

This always will be my favorite place when staying on vacation and Vero Beach. The staff is amazing. The restaurants are amazing the whole place just makes you feel like you’re not in Florida your own little island.

What a very quaint boutique hotel. I typically stay at Marriott's because of the service. Everybody at this property was equal to if not better, than staying at the Ritz. From the personal escort around the property and to my room, the very friendly owner + his son, the bartender, of Havana Nights "speakeasy" type nightclub and The Crepery, this hidden gem was way above my expectations. The beach is an easy 5-10 minute walk through dunes and vegetation (there is a path) which enticed me to look at all the different type of plants and birds on this brief walk. Beautiful beach and the hotel has chairs, umbrellas, and towels for you to bring. Highly recommend this quaint and charming hotel

Wasn’t sure about the property by internet, however I was pleasantly surprised it’s super cute well maintained, the beds are comfortable, very clean, and overall an intimate vibrant place. We’ll definitely be back.
