We picked this place because we wanted a stay over night with a pool for the kids. The pool was out of commission. Hotels.com should have a rule where they can't advertise they have a pool if it is closed. Thanks for wasting my money. Also, the room next to us had a dog barking all night. I do not remember anywhere on their listing saying the rooms would have barking all night.

Very run down. Has a pool, but closed and unable to use it. Says kitchenette but provided no dishes at all. No coffee pot in room like listing says. Will not stay here ever again.

The pool was not open. That was the reason we booked this hotel was the pool. Tried to get refund and go elsewhere. They said they couldnt give refund. And had to call expedian. Called expedia and it is a 20 minute wait.

Asked for a ground room because of disability, was not available on day one, they said that they would move us to ground the next day. Staff in the morning said that was not possible. Night 3 fell down a flight of stairs ended up in the emergency room with a concussion. They said they would return our fee and never did. Place is filthy, no toilet paper, no kitchen table in a suite, kitchen but no pots/pans. No glassware, pool was closed. Defiantly not as advertised. No breakfast. No ice machine. Very run down room. Nice location near Columbia park, but not worth the hospital stay.

Expedia you need to update information. There is no breakfast, no HBO, going thru a deep remodel. Parking lot closed. Our room was not finished. Bathroom is very old. Location for us was perfect. Not worth the $400 we paid for the nights.

I looked around at several other hotels and. Ame across this one thinking it was decent priced for 2 nights, it had a kitchen so we didnt have to eat out the whole weekend, and it had a pool for my kids to cool off after baseball games...well we were never notified e en when checking jn that the pool is full of water but closed until the day after we check out, there was a pair of shoes left under the bathroom sink from a previous person and the kitchen kiterally did not have 1 dish or utensil to use for the kitchen. Why would i go buy pots and pans and dishes when traveling. Definitely wont be back.

The hotel seems to be in a renovation. The room was recently painted but there was nothing on the walls and only sheets on the bed. This is a suites hotel with a full kitchen, but there was not a single cup (not even plastic), utensil plate, etc anywhere in the room. I checked in and received my key at 4 pm but when I went to the room it wasn’t finished being cleaned. The secondary lock on the door was not operational and there was a large gap under the door which let in lots of noise etc from the hallway. I came down to watch friends compete in Ironman. Hotel prices were very inflated due to high occupancy, but this room was not worth $200 per night. I was hopeful when I arrived at the hotel because it was clean on the outside and had good parking. Unfortunately the rooms are not quite up to par yet. Thankful that I only used the room from 8 pm- 5 am when I left for the race.

This is not the fault of the new owners who went to a lot of effort to get us into a unit with a stove, a unit which otherwise would not have been available. The stove was needed to cook a ham for a multifamily Thanksgiving event at another location. IMO this will be a fine facility when the new owners are finished with their work at present, if you are intending to use the kitchen, bring everything you will want to have as nothing is provided, i.e., all the cupboards were empty.

There was a strange, sweet, smoky smell in the room. Lots of cigarette burns everywhere and burn damage in general. Lots of things rickety, old, damaged and in need of repair. Clearly an attempt to keep it clean has been made, however. There were no items at all in the kitchen, and no coffee, no iron. Bathroom toiletries just little sample packets. Beds were very comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower.

The floors were filthy. The beds had hair (body hair, head hair, and dog hair) in the bed on the sheets and pillows. Stains about palm size on the sheets, looked like blood. Kitchenet had crumbs all through it. They refused to give me a whole refund.

The door looked as of it had been kicked in and not repaired so it didn't lock but just pushed open. The power and wifi was off for the two days we were there. There wasnt even an end table for the phone to sit on

The room picture on the website was absolute Fantasyland. What a Joke! Our room was rundown and sort of creepy. It was also vastly unsafe as the door jamb had obviously been kicked in sometime in the past. It didn't lock properly (too loose) and we ended up positioning one of the (mis-matched) table chairs under the handle for our safety. The only light in the bedroom area was a broken floor lamp. At least it worked when we plugged it into a wall socket. The bed side tables were old and scarred with what appeared to be cigarette burns. And one of the side tables held the TV. The carpet was stained and grimy. The whole room was dark and badly in need of a paint job with all the marks on the walls. Also, the outside door at the far end of the building from the check-in area was broken. Not a safe feeling. Kennewick Inn and Suites will have to go a looooong way before we ever book there again.

Prices are low. We got a room that had not been vacuumed and the TP was almost gone on the one roll in the room. We were on the second floor. Whoever was above us was doing something to cause their floor ans our ceiling to creak from midnight to about 2 AM. The value would have been ok but we didnt get good rms sleep.

Carpet was sticky; one bed light was broken and didn’t work; bath exhaust fan not working; torn bedspread.; dirty windows; minimal towels and old. King bed was ok. VERY NOISY — sounded llke they had pets or were moving furniture around all night. Would not recommend.

I had reservations for a 2 night stay with a check in time of 3p. I showed up at the check in time and Consuelita advised that the room was not ready as they were understaffed. Advised to give them about 15-20 min for the room to be cleaned. I understood and went back after the 20min had passed. She advised that the room was still not ready and could not provide me with an estimate. Advised that since they do not have the room ready and don’t know when it would be ready, I should be able to cancel the reservation and get a refund. She processed the cancellation and advised that she is not able to process refunds; therefore the manager will give me a call. Manager did not call, so I called and Consuelita advised manager was not in and will leave him a note. Couple of days passed and still no call. I called again and spoke with Mike who advised Consuelita was mo longer working at the hotel and will forward me message to the manager. Still no call and it’s been almost a month. I contacted my bank to reverse the transaction.

Desk closed down at midnight and I was coming from long ways. Desk tried to call me to verify I was still coming at 10pm. Desk stayed open after midnight hoping I would arrive. I did. Thank you desk. Room was a big apartment.

Bathroom was plugged. Uncomfortable bed. People huddled in stairways - scary!!! Room not in good condition. Staff was very unfriendly. Contacted them about issued and they said they could do nothing until the next day and did not offer to move us to a different room. Two days and we have yet to receive our $150 deposit back!!!

The staff was great & worked with our needs. I gave so many stars due to the staff. The property is run down & each room comes with or lacks furniture so that each room is a little different. The room last night had a microwave, the one previous didn’t. Neither stay did the room have an ice bucket & had to use a bag for transport. This place is horrible. Cars on jacks in parking lot. Pople smoking everywhere. Smoke smell everywhere. No one at front desk for check in. Wanted to charge a fee for being a few hours early for check in even though the room was ready. Went into the room and walked right back out. Felt unsafe all around.

When we got to the property there were few homeless people in the parking lot. We made sure to lock up our cars and keep anything valuable put if the car, the staff were friendly and super helpful. For a quick thanksgiving trip it was quite a good place to stay.

Asked for a ground room because of disability, was not available on day one, they said that they would move us to ground the next day. Staff in the morning said that was not possible. Night 3 fell down a flight of stairs ended up in the emergency room with a concussion. They said they would return our fee and never did. Place is filthy, no toilet paper, no kitchen table in a suite, kitchen but no pots/pans. No glassware, pool was closed. Defiantly not as advertised. No breakfast. No ice machine. Very run down room. Nice location near Columbia park, but not worth the hospital stay.

We stayed the night on our way home. I looked at the pictures and it looked nice. When we arrived the parking lot was sketchy, the door was locked you had to call a phone number to be let in to check in. The room was severely outdated. It was dirty, very run down and so many things needed replaced. The toilet seat was so worn down you could see wood. There was mold under the handle in the bathtub. There was a bar of soap in the shower from previous guests. Hotel unwilling to do anything to make this right.

Large rooms, unsavory characters staying in the building. We also found a bed bug. Freaked me out! Needs updating. Found it hard to believe it was a $150 deposit. I heard the front desk lady tell someone else on the phone it was $50. If you have to stay here is a deal, but don't expect to sleep. Open drug deals on the premises.

The bathroom fan was not working, and there were bugs all over the room. That scared my children. It said on the website there would be complementary breakfast, but on getting to the hotel, we were told the hotel is now under new management and there will be no complimentary breakfast

This property has a kitchen HOWEVER you have to supply your own dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glasses. Also the comforter and chairs had cigarette burns in them. Also the tub was missing a part and several places had tiles or pieces of the woodwork missing. It was very dumpy.

Expedia you need to update information. There is no breakfast, no HBO, going thru a deep remodel. Parking lot closed. Our room was not finished. Bathroom is very old. Location for us was perfect. Not worth the $400 we paid for the nights.

I looked around at several other hotels and. Ame across this one thinking it was decent priced for 2 nights, it had a kitchen so we didnt have to eat out the whole weekend, and it had a pool for my kids to cool off after baseball games...well we were never notified e en when checking jn that the pool is full of water but closed until the day after we check out, there was a pair of shoes left under the bathroom sink from a previous person and the kitchen kiterally did not have 1 dish or utensil to use for the kitchen. Why would i go buy pots and pans and dishes when traveling. Definitely wont be back.

The staff is good and unfortunately that's where it ends. It appears they are trying to update the facility, however simple upgrades do not exist. There are no toilet paper holder, towel rack, cups of any kind, tissue or any kitchen amenities. Be prepared to bring everything you need. Full kitchen is very misleading because they're nothing there to use the kitchen.

First: the staff people were very nice and tried to address my issues. However, the property did not feature amenities that were listed (on Expedia, anyhow), The room was billed as a suite with a full kitchen, which in the photos had a microwave and coffee maker in addition to a full-sized fridge and a range. The fridge and stove were there, but no microwave, no coffee maker and NOTHING ELSE--not a pot, pan, dish, utensil of any kind. Nothing. Empty cabinets. No way to even boil water. I was told the new owner took out all the coffee makers, and that people had to "bring their own" kitchen stuff--like I'm supposed to be traveling with a whole array of kitchen gadgets. Frustrating (I wasn't planning to do any elaborate cooking, just wanted to warm up one meal and make coffee in the morning. I could have done this is a typical Motel 6 with a one-cup Mr Coffee and a mini microwave...but not here. They did help when I found that the remote did nothing to affect the TV and there was no apparent way to even turn it off--turned out that a newer TV had been installed but not a remote that was compatible with it, so they brought in a different TV that responded to the remote. They did their best. Then there were people literally running up and down the hall YELLING late into the night--comically loud. I did not get much sleep.

Carpet was sticky; one bed light was broken and didn’t work; bath exhaust fan not working; torn bedspread.; dirty windows; minimal towels and old. King bed was ok. VERY NOISY — sounded llke they had pets or were moving furniture around all night. Would not recommend.

The hotel seems to be in a renovation. The room was recently painted but there was nothing on the walls and only sheets on the bed. This is a suites hotel with a full kitchen, but there was not a single cup (not even plastic), utensil plate, etc anywhere in the room. I checked in and received my key at 4 pm but when I went to the room it wasn’t finished being cleaned. The secondary lock on the door was not operational and there was a large gap under the door which let in lots of noise etc from the hallway. I came down to watch friends compete in Ironman. Hotel prices were very inflated due to high occupancy, but this room was not worth $200 per night. I was hopeful when I arrived at the hotel because it was clean on the outside and had good parking. Unfortunately the rooms are not quite up to par yet. Thankful that I only used the room from 8 pm- 5 am when I left for the race.

We only stay for like three hours because the lock on the door was not working and maintenance guy couldn’t fix it until the next day, so we asked for our refund, she said will be no problem, hopefully we’ll get our money back. I cannot stay in a place that I don’t feel secure

The cochroachs that were found were not acceptable. The lower floor sustained flooding at some point. You could smell the humidity in the room.You can tell by the warped cabinets in the bathroom and kitchenette. No dishes, cups, glassware or cutlery in the room. And no ironing board. As it was on a lower floor there were no screens or security measures for the windows. I was in formed later that the Crack heads waunder this area and it is not safe. The Staff was friendly and accommodating. Ownership sucks.
