Comfort Inn Waukesha - Milwaukee West

When the door opened we were greeted with a huge whiff of marijuana. Then I could smell it through the evening and night. I know it was being used inside the building. When a place claims they are a non-smoking facility it should include marijuana.

It was very good staying. The hotel staff were friendly and real nice. Overall it is recommended for all travelers.

Easy and safe parking. Excellent breakfast with plenty of food cboices. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Hotel is clean and updated. Very nice shower with warm water. Beds were firm and comfarable. Overall good experience. Good value compared to nearby alternate hotel options. Convenient location to see our daughter's graduation from MCW in Milwaukee.

I was not happy with the guest smoking right outside the entrance next to the sign that said “no smoking within 25’” otherwise, we stay here almost everytime we travel to Milwaukee area.

We stayed 2 nights in adjoining rooms. Checking in was effortless, the woman at the desk was warm and welcoming. She remembered speaking to me on the phone when I requested adjoining rooms. Breakfast was good, typical continental breakfast. Rooms were clean and check out super easy.
