This is one of our best hotel stays, and trust me I’ve travelled a lot. The staff were wonderful, very helpful, very friendly and efficient. I ordered roses for my wife barely 4 hours before arrival, not really expecting it to work and they moved the earth to do this. I got a free room upgrade too. I can’t thank them enough and we shall be back.

Be mindful the 4 coffee capsules in your room upon arrival are a "welcome gift" they are not replenished. Switch inside door lights up outside to indicate to the cleaner if she should clean your room or not. Coffee machine is lobby is not free and extras such as laundry to be paid in cash. Breakfast okay but could be improved. Reception quite unhelpful and spoke little English so difficult when asking questions. Overall an okay hotel but more like a 3.5 not a 4 star. Akra V I suspect would be better 4 star choice.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel, où tout est neuf. Tout était super du début à la fin. La chambre était très propre et confortable, et le service vraiment attentionné. Le personnel a été très gentil et disponible. L'hôtel propose un petit déjeuner avec un choix varié de sucré et de salé. Si nous devions trouver un seul petit bémol, ce serait que le choix ne varie pas beaucoup d’un jour à l’autre, mais cela reste tout à fait correct. La piscine est bien entretenue. Il y a également de très bons restaurants à proximité, ce qui est très pratique. Un autre gros point positif : l’hôtel est situé dans un quartier résidentiel, et non sur une grosse avenue, ce qui rend l’endroit très calme. Nous avons très bien dormi, sans être dérangés par le bruit. L’hôtel propose également une navette gratuite pour Larena Beach, avec transats gratuits pour les clients de l’hôtel, ce qui est vraiment appréciable pour profiter de la plage sans avoir à se soucier du transport. L’emplacement est également très pratique : le bus 800, qui permet de rejoindre l’aéroport, est à seulement 5 minutes à pied de l’hôtel. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et n’hésiterons pas à y revenir.

Anbefales på det sterkeste. Veldig rent og fint rom, hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale og god frokost. Spa-avdelingen var også veldig bra. Vi hadde et svært hyggelig opphold og kommer gjerne tilbake
