Die Öffnungszeiten der Wellnessbereiche und allgemein die Regeln des Personals ist fragwürdig und eher nur ein paar Stunden alles nutzbar. Bis 19 Uhr ist alles offen. Danach darf man zusehen was man unternimmt man ist also gezwungen das Hotel zu verlassen

Lovely decor and super clean rooms with all you could need in them. Pool areas had plenty of loungers (was there out of season, 13th sept). Nice little shallow pool for kids too. Spa was lovely, with multiple temperatures and functions across several areas. Staff always so friendly across the whole hotel. Breakfast buffet was very well stocked with quality food, cocktails delicious by the pool and we had a delicious meal in one evening too. Would highly recommend as was only 10 mins to the airport too. And the bus very easy to get into Palma. Sadly the area around the hotel was too rowdy for us, not what we had expected at all, and the beach so crowded with stag and hen dos enjoying the german themed bars and food.

Breakfast was buffet style, with plenty of choice...more than I could sample! Dinner was waiter service, with a choice of 3 courses. I much prefer buffet, as the choice is limited to the menu and a special each day. For a stay over a few days I would be fed up with it. Spa had 2 saunas one hot and one set cooler, also a steam room. Indoor pool had lots of jets of various sorts, but too small to swim in. Bar very quiet but it was late November. Local area similarly not busy and lots of shops closed. Room large, included a coffee machine and kettle and a bottle of water a day. No English TV. Bath area with two sinks, toiletries etc.

The Aubamar suite and spar is exceptional in all areas The rooms beautiful as were the staff .The exceptional pool area with lots of space between sun beds. Also very quiet and so relaxing. Thank you for a fabulous holiday

Eine wunderschöne Ruheoase mitten im Getümmel des Ballermanns. Wir waren begeistert, wie ruhig es hier war obwohl Bierkönig und Megapark direkt um die Ecke liegen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit Halbpension gebucht, weil der Aufschlag minimal war und dachten eigentlich, dass wir sicher mal rausgehen und uns durch die lokale Küche essen werden. Aber das Abendessen im Hotel hat uns so begeistert, dass wir jeden Abend im Hotel gegessen haben. Auch das Frühstück war sehr köstlich und traumhaft auf der Terrasse zu genießen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder 😉 …und machen anscheinend sehr viele Gäste so…wir hatten den Eindruck, dass es hier viele Stammgäste gibt, die das Personal kannte und sich auch die Zeit für ein Gespräch mit diesen nahm. Ergo muss das Personal selbst auch Stammpersonal sein. Also von unsere Seite können wir das Hotel nur empfehlen 😊 Das Fitnessstudio ist übrigens auch sehr gut ausgestattet und weit über dem normalen Hotelniveau. 😉 Vielleicht noch ein Tip am Rande: Wer Abendsonne (und ab Mittag) bevorzugt sollte Meerblick buchen…

I was there for 1 night for my birthday and stayed at a suite with hut tub. First the great things - spa area was amazing, room is warm and comfortable, views are great, aesthetics, staff. so good - the negative - the Hot Tub didnt work!!!! which is one of the reasons for paying more for the room - VERY disappointed as everything else so great - including the food (recommend half board) - such a frustrating end to the day with no working hot tub and no way to fix it before left...took the shine off a great stay

Stayed here on a business/family trip. The staff were great – particularly with my 1-year-old son. It’s not especially set up for kids, but they were really welcoming. No children’s activities (which I wasn’t expecting), but there’s a small unheated kids’ pool outside, and little ones can use the indoor pool/spa as long as they’re not causing a scene. The room was spacious and comfortable. Balcony furniture wasn’t the best – not great for lounging for more than 20 minutes. Breakfast was excellent – loads of choice and everything cooked to a good standard. Parking is €15/day with free EV charging. Would happily stay again.

Ein tolles Hotel, mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Beim Frühstück gibt es alles was das Herz begehrt. Von frischen Smoothies bis zu Omelett, welches man sich zubereiten lassen kann. Bei der großen Poolanlage ist vor allem der große Abstand zu den anderen Liegen erwähnenswert. Immer 2 Liegen gehören zu einem Sonnenschirm, welcher in weitem Abstand zu dem nächsten folgt. Das ist so nicht oft in den Hotels auf Mallorca. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit bequemen Betten und einem großen Balkon. Beim Fitnesscenter gibt es leider Abzüge, da es erstens mehr Auswahl an Geräten geben könnte und zweitens die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert hat, weswegen viel zu warm war. Die Lage ist perfekt für jegliche Aktivitäten, sowohl für die Playa, wie auch zum Parken um die Insel zu erkunden. Ich kann das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen und werde wieder kommen!

We had an amazing stay ! Great facilities and service. The pool area was spacious with a lovely design although we went during the high season it never felt crowded. The only criticism that we might have is that the breakfast plates were not always clean. Can strongly recommend the hotel!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Alles war sehr sauber, die Junior-Suite im 5.Stock war toll. Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und wenn wir Fragen hatten, wurde uns immer freundlich und zuvorkommend geholfen, Danke Nicole und dem ganzen Team!
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Alles war sehr sauber, die Junior-Suite im 5.Stock war toll. Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und wenn wir Fragen hatten, wurde uns immer freundlich und zuvorkommend geholfen, Danke Nicole und dem ganzen Team!

The property was great, very clean with incredibly kind staff! We stayed in a junior suite, which was very spacious for the two of us. The breakfast was also really good and the pastry chef needs extra applause✨ Just for additional information, there are quite a lot of families with young kids staying at the hotel. Location: The hotel location is right in the middle of the German party district. Although the noise wasn’t really an issue to us, just note that all of the restaurants in the area are very German influenced, so you might have to take a taxi to eat elsewhere for actual Spanish cuisine. Overall an amazing stay!

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind sehr clever eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Standart an Sauberkeit im Restaurant sollte aber dringend erhöht werden, ich habe ein paar mal Teller erwischt die nicht ganz sauber waren. Die Poolanlage ist ganz nett und das Essen war gut.

Im Großen und Ganzen ein tolles Hotel. Bei einem 5-Sterne Hotel hätte ich allerdings, was die Sauberkeit betrifft, etwas mehr erwartet. Darüber hinaus roch es an zwei Tagen auf der ganzen Etage, auch im Zimmer sehr unangenehm aus der Lüftungsanlage.

The hotel itself is very nice and the staff is equally as nice and accommodating. The food always also amazing! However the rooms could use a bit of love. Stayed in a Junior suite and the shower leaked every time we used it. At times the water seeped into the bedroom. Also, the lack of face towels available in room was a bit annoying.

Loved this hotel! We came after a hectic week in Morocco and this place was just what we needed. The front desk people were very nice and helpful. We were there during a June heatwave and relaxed at one of the many pools. It was not overly crowded, could easily get a lounge chair and the pool was clean. No fighting for space. We had a spacious balcony overlooking the pool area - was awesome. We had breakfast and lunch here and the food was good. Dinner menu was a little weird so we walked down to the beach area where there are so many restaurants to choose from and a lot of activity - perfect if you like people watching or find a bar for after dinner. I wished we could have stayed longer and it definitely makes we want to come back here. Highly recommend this property.

In een woord geweldig. Een niet al te groot hotel, modern maar warm ingericht. Kamer fantastisch met heerlijk bed, regen- en gewone douche, giga-balkon. Ontbijt het allerbeste ontbijt voor ons ooit. Wij komen hier terug!

I was there for 1 night for my birthday and stayed at a suite with hut tub. First the great things - spa area was amazing, room is warm and comfortable, views are great, aesthetics, staff. so good - the negative - the Hot Tub didnt work!!!! which is one of the reasons for paying more for the room - VERY disappointed as everything else so great - including the food (recommend half board) - such a frustrating end to the day with no working hot tub and no way to fix it before left...took the shine off a great stay

Suites were spacious, very clean and had modern, calming decor. Really spacious comfortable balcony with nice seating. All the staff were lovely and very helpful in catering for coeliac dietary requirements at breakfast. Small negative is the surrounding area is near a party strip. Once you were in your room this was not an issue as it was sound proof but put us off sitting on the balcony a little.

Great hotel. The staff is professional and friendly and were happy to assist and answer our questions about the area, restaurants, etc. We had the Junior suite, which was spacious and perfect for two people. The beds were a little too hard for my liking, but it did not bother me too much. The location is close to the airport and 3 minutes from the beach. Unless you have a car or are willing to take the bus, exploring the rest of the island might get expensive. For example, it costs 25-30 euros to take a taxi to the city center. Also, always take a regular taxi rather than Uber, it is for some reason more expensive to take Uber in Mallorca.

Overall it was an average experience. The rooms facilities could do better as the socket was coming out of the wall. The staff members weren’t clear from the beginning about what’s included in the price we paid and what’s not - hence why in the end we got a bigger bill than we thought. The food quality was quite good. Area isn’t safe as it’s a lot of drunk people partying throughout the day especially at night.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Fünf Sterne sind absolut gerechtfertigt. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Vor allem Nicole vom Empfang. Frühstück war lecker, sehr zu empfehlen. Das Hotel hat eine zentrale Lage. Nicht weit zum Strand, nicht weit zum Flughafen. Wer Party mag, hat es nicht weit bis zum Bierkönig.

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming my stay was very nice however I put some clothes in what I thought was a laundry basket under the work top on the Sunday night I came home from my work on the Monday and put some more clothes in the laundry basket I came home again on Tuesday and again I put more clothes in the laundry basket I went to work on the Wednesday morning and came home Wednesday night and my clothes were gone so I went to reception to tell them I did not want my clothes washed from the hotel as they do shrink some T Shirts only to be told that what I thought was a laundry basket was only a garbage bin 2 days later I was told that the person that cleaned the room through all my clothes out why the person did not empty the bin for 3 days if she had emptied on the first day I would have only lost a pair of sock and underwear but because she never emptied it for 3 days I had Lecoste polos in it aswell no apologies or anything the staff said they must have through them

Gorgeous hotel, rooms are beautiful and pool area and spa are lovely. Shame about the surrounding area, 1 street away there is a very noisy and rowdy street of bars. We also felt that the staff could have been friendlier, upon checking in we didn’t feel that we received the nicest reception which made us feel slightly uncomfortable.

I liked the hotel overall, but the staff in buffet and at pool bar - horrible at times. You would wait long for dinner and drinks, and at restaurant for evening meals you would meet empl. working stressed and most of them seemed to work against their will. Plates were dashed at tabled, exhausted empl were seen. Expected more from the people working over here as it’s 5star.

Tolles Hotel, doch leider hört man abends die Musik des Bierkönigs (trotz Hinterausgang) und Biergarten schließung ab 24 Uhr. Wir waren Ende September ob es im Sommer noch lauter zu hören ist, ist fraglich. Ansonsten echt ein tolles Hotel mit tollem Pool und super Service.

Lovely decor and super clean rooms with all you could need in them. Pool areas had plenty of loungers (was there out of season, 13th sept). Nice little shallow pool for kids too. Spa was lovely, with multiple temperatures and functions across several areas. Staff always so friendly across the whole hotel. Breakfast buffet was very well stocked with quality food, cocktails delicious by the pool and we had a delicious meal in one evening too. Would highly recommend as was only 10 mins to the airport too. And the bus very easy to get into Palma. Sadly the area around the hotel was too rowdy for us, not what we had expected at all, and the beach so crowded with stag and hen dos enjoying the german themed bars and food.

The property was great, very clean with incredibly kind staff! We stayed in a junior suite, which was very spacious for the two of us. The breakfast was also really good and the pastry chef needs extra applause✨ Just for additional information, there are quite a lot of families with young kids staying at the hotel. Location: The hotel location is right in the middle of the German party district. Although the noise wasn’t really an issue to us, just note that all of the restaurants in the area are very German influenced, so you might have to take a taxi to eat elsewhere for actual Spanish cuisine. Overall an amazing stay!

Kam als Partyurlauber: 5 Minuten Fußweg zur Schinkenstraße war top. Alles dennoch sehr ruhig. Kann nichts negatives sagen ausser... Der Frühstücksbacon war wirklich sehr schlecht und die meisten anderen warmen Speisen wurden nicht schnell genug am Buffet nachgefüllt. Ebenfalls konnte man erst ab 08 Uhr frühstücken. Ein frühstück vor dem Schlafen gehen war damit eher nicht drin. Das Abendessen musste man täglich zeitlich verbindlich reservieren & die Auswahl war mir zu exostisch und a la card. Simple Gerichte hat die Karte jedoch vermisst. Daher war ich trotz Halbpension nur jeweils 2/11x beim Essen. 1* Abzug Würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen aber ohne Essen nächstes Mal.

Would highly recommend as was only 10 mins to the airport too. And the bus very easy to get into Palma. Sadly the area around the hotel was too rowdy for us, not what we had expected at all, and the beach so crowded with stag and hen dos enjoying the german themed bars and food.

Loved this hotel! We came after a hectic week in Morocco and this place was just what we needed. The front desk people were very nice and helpful. We were there during a June heatwave and relaxed at one of the many pools. It was not overly crowded, could easily get a lounge chair and the pool was clean. No fighting for space. We had a spacious balcony overlooking the pool area - was awesome. We had breakfast and lunch here and the food was good. Dinner menu was a little weird so we walked down to the beach area where there are so many restaurants to choose from and a lot of activity - perfect if you like people watching or find a bar for after dinner. I wished we could have stayed longer and it definitely makes we want to come back here. Highly recommend this property.

Breakfast was buffet style, with plenty of choice...more than I could sample! Dinner was waiter service, with a choice of 3 courses. I much prefer buffet, as the choice is limited to the menu and a special each day. For a stay over a few days I would be fed up with it. Spa had 2 saunas one hot and one set cooler, also a steam room. Indoor pool had lots of jets of various sorts, but too small to swim in. Bar very quiet but it was late November. Local area similarly not busy and lots of shops closed. Room large, included a coffee machine and kettle and a bottle of water a day. No English TV. Bath area with two sinks, toiletries etc.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem Frühstück. Abendessen a la carte. Hier würden wir uns wünschen, vielleicht auch einmal eine Abweichung von der Karte mit einem typisch mallorquinischen Gericht zu finden. "Picknick-Tüte" am Abreisetag etwas einfach . . .

We loved our stay in the hotel, the room was clean and the staff were very accommodating. We were slightly disappointed by the noise from outside of the hotel, we didn’t realise how much of a party scene the location was. The breakfast food was incredible, however the dinner menu could do with having fresher items on the menu, rather than the same each night - we thought the pool bar food was better than the dinner menu. The facilities of the hotel were great! We would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel with top equipements, great pool and sunbeds, very confortable and clean junior suite room fully featured , calm and wonderfull views. The staff is very professional and especially Mrs. Eleanor taking really care about the customers needs. Congratulations for the job done. Probabely the Best location in Playa de Palma.

I would highly recommend staying here. Hood facilities fir meeting with business associates. Staff, food and facilities were very good. Slightly disappointing was that they charge absolutely for any extension to the Sunday morning check out time of 11am (far too early!). We didn't arrive until after 2am on our first night so could have been a wee bit more flexible in my opinion. Shower facilities available though to freshn up before heading to airport. Resort is a German holiday resort but didnt bother us at all. Enjoyable stay.

We arrived in the middle of the night, only to discover that our room had been given to someone else because we had similar surnames. After a lot of confusion, we were eventually given another room two floors down. They even told us the wrong floor, so after searching around for a while, we had to figure out ourselves where the room actually was. We were also told that we might have to change rooms again the following day. The room we were given was very small. The bathroom was so tiny that the sink was actually located in the hallway, and the safety box didn’t work either. There is absolutely no entertainment at the hotel. When we arrived, we were given no information whatsoever about the hotel or its facilities, apart from where breakfast was served. After checking in, we never heard from the hotel staff again. On our last day, the cleaner entered our room to start cleaning 10 minutes before check-out, while we were still packing our suitcases. We ended up being one minute late checking out, and she came back again, making it very clear that we had to leave immediately. I honestly cannot understand how this hotel has received so many positive reviews. Our experience was completely different, and I really don’t understand how this can be considered a five-star hotel. I would never stay at this hotel again. The rooftop area is beautiful, but unfortunately that was one of the very few positives.

Härligt hotell, rent, nytt och fräscht! Fantastiskt lekrum för barn och bra pool bar samt roof top. Det enda är personalen i receptionen behöver lite utbildning i i guest handling då det var rätt förvirrat vid incheckning.
