Lovely staff however property under utilised. Pool was freezing- went down to the villas and beach for swims instead. Pity as it is a nice pool- when asked about pool temperature was told people complain it’s too hot- I don’t believe this for a minute. No one was getting in and spoke to numerous guests who said same about how cold it was. We travelled hours from Melbourne for heat lol. Limited food facilities, no after hours access to food. Nothing in room fridges other than water. Beds very comfortable. Gardens nice. Minimal staffing on site.

We stayed for 2 nights at Kimberley Resort, very clean and quiet, Vern nice facilities swimming pool and gym. Breakfast and dinner was delicious. All the staff was friendly and very polite. We had a great time. We highly recommend to everyone and we will stay again.

Outdoor areas are beautiful, quiet and green and well maintained. Rooms are spacious, beds comfortable but our bathroom needed renovation. Restaurant and breakfast room is lovely. Only negative was we could not get coffee midmorning as bar does not open until 12. Very annoying.

Great location , room was in need of a little TLC , super comfortable bed, big bathroom, kitchen was tired & most doors need fixing cause they don’t slide or are broken , cooking equipment needed to be washed before we could use it , but had a great time.

We had a wonderful time on our holiday here. Staff was fantastic. Rooms and facilities were clean, although the property did show some signs of age. There were workers onsite doing something, so management may be addressing this last comment. I would add that even with the property showing some signs of age, we would stay here again without a doubt.

The property is OK, but not exceptional for the price paid. Despite the staff being very friendly and helpful, I did not feel there was enough of them to maintain the expected levels of housekeeping for this type of hotel. The rooms were good, but are starting to feel tired and would benefit from a refresh.

Wonderful property. Delicious breakfast. Very helpful and pleasant receptionists and servers in the restaurant. The room was large with a wonderful wood floor that was a pleasure to walk upon. Very comfortable bed. Very convenient bus stop a couple hundred meters or less from the hotel.

The facilities were OK but they have absolutely no idea of how to provide decent customer service. E.g. I asked whether we could have our room made up within the next four hours and was told they couldn't because they were focusing on getting rooms ready for the next group of customers to come in. I've never had that happen before - even in cheaper, suburban motels. Also, my vegetarian friend asked if they possibly provide some croissants without ham in them at breakfast - not a chance! All in all, terrible value for what they charge -but, beware, pretty consistent with hospitality options in Broome.

Walkable to cable beac and a very short walk to the local bus. The rooms were a great size and very clean. The area around the pool was quite small so I guess it would be hard to find a spot if the hotel was busy. The breakfast was huge plus there was the option of ordering a cooked dish as well. My only gripe was that during happy hour it was hard to find someone to serve the drinks

The area around the pool was quite small so I guess it would be hard to find a spot if the hotel was busy. The breakfast was huge plus there was the option of ordering a cooked dish as well. Walkable to cable beac and a very short walk to the local bus. The rooms were a great size and very clean. Lovely staff however property under utilised. Pool was freezing- went down to the villas and beach for swims instead. Pity as it is a nice pool- when asked about pool temperature was told people complain it’s too hot- I don’t believe this for a minute. No one was getting in and spoke to numerous guests who said same about how cold it was. We travelled hours from Melbourne for heat lol. Limited food facilities, no after hours access to food. Nothing in room fridges other than water. Beds very comfortable. Gardens nice. Minimal staffing on site.

We stayed for 2 nights at Kimberley Resort, very clean and quiet, Vern nice facilities swimming pool and gym. Breakfast and dinner was delicious. All the staff was friendly and very polite. We had a great time. We highly recommend to everyone and we will stay again.

Wonderful property. Delicious breakfast. Very helpful and pleasant receptionists and servers in the restaurant. The room was large with a wonderful wood floor that was a pleasure to walk upon. Very comfortable bed. Very convenient bus stop a couple hundred meters or less from the hotel.

We were told we had an upgrade on arrival which included breakfast The room was a down grade and when we went for breakfast was told we had to pay the staff member went and checked and came back and said yes it’s ok the next day they did the same but argued it with us and charged 2 out of 3 breakfasts at $160.00 and they we poor at very best, McDonalds makes a better breakfast

Outdoor areas are beautiful, quiet and green and well maintained. Rooms are spacious, beds comfortable but our bathroom needed renovation. Restaurant and breakfast room is lovely. Only negative was we could not get coffee midmorning as bar does not open until 12. Very annoying.
