BIG4 Whiters Holiday Village

We had a great 2-night stay over the long weekend. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The property was clean and well maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, it rained for almost the entire day on one of the days we were there, so we weren’t able to make use of many of the facilities. However, the staff kindly provided us with complimentary passes to a nearby heated pool, which was a really nice gesture and helped make up for the weather. We found the cottages to be a little on the smaller side, but they were still a decent size and comfortable enough for our family of four (2 adults and 2 kids). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to families looking for a clean, comfortable and family-friendly place to stay.

We only stayed one night, quick trip from Melb to boost up my sons learner's hours. Michael in the office was very helpful on the day, calling to confirm arrival time and recommending a change in cabin that he felt would be more comfortable for my son and his friend. Eventhough it is winter and we arrived after dark, the 2 boys had a quick dip in the pool (crazy I know!). They also made use of the games room and basketball court. It gave me some peace after the long drive and they enjoyed being able to hang out being teenagers. The boys walked to the local Woolworths and the local pizza place delivered to our cabin. Michael had put the heater on for our arrival and left the porch light on. It was a warm and comfortable night, would stay here again.

Children like this property so much. Good place for family staying.

We loved the new cabin, had a little trouble with the heater, it wouldn't work. But we managed to get it going late and then again this morning after an hour of trying.. Besides that it was great. We will definately be coming back again. Thanku
