The Seabreeze Hotel was just perfect for what we needed. We were greeted by lovely bar staff who processed our late arrival promptly and walked us to our room. Coffee, tea and milk are provided, along with complimentary shampoo and conditioner. Our room was clean with nice large towels. We had a great nights sleep as the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is right by the beach, the bar downstairs is open late and the meals were fantastic. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

An older style hotel in the town centre. Good value basic room with internal windows opening on to a seating area. Worried it might have been noisy but actually quiet. Car parking is a fair way from the room with stairs to negotiate. Pub food downstairs was not the best on the night we ate. Would stay again but perhaps eat elsewhere

Room and location were great but parking is a nightmare whilst renovations are being carried out. Suggest visitors park in the adjacent hotel car park and not near the accommodation whilst concreting and external painting is being carried out. Once the renovations are complete my rating would be 5 out of 5

Great location, hotel good facilities for the price, a good value package. Watch out driving into car park from drag in, better to drive around the precinct and drive in from the back, unless you're in an ute!

The location across the road from the beach was excellent. Access via the pub and hallway was not very clean but the room itself was great. We had an east facing room with a balcony with a view of the beach. I would definitely book here again.

The rooms have recently been renovated and are clean and comfortable. Bit tricky working out where to check in with the renovations but it did not affect our experience and it will be convenient once finished. We had a beach view room which was great, however right about the outdoor area for the pub below, which meant you could clearly hear music from approximately 8am - 10.30pm. It didn't bother us that greatly, but it could bother others who are not early risers and who are early to bed.

Great location but we were put in the rooms that still needed renovating so was in a poor condition. But the bed was comfy. TV reception was not the best at all. I would stay again but ask for the renovated rooms!

Stayed whilst passing through, the room has recently been renovated and even my husband commented on how much he liked this room. It had multiple beds, room for our travel cot and the rain shower was fantastic. Lots of space in the rooms. My son is crawling / climbing and the carpet was really soft and so we never felt he was going to hurt himself in the room. My only wish is that there was a microwave or a communal kitchen area to heat food up as the restaurants close pretty early in the area. It is up a flight of stairs so beware if you have a number of items to bring, we had lots for our baby but it still wasn't enough to make our experience a negative one. I would definitely stay here again, great for families.

Only a one night stop over. Such a warm welcome by the people who checked us in. Great room and had everything we needed eg bottled water, biscuits and toiletries etc.. Location was perfect . Had lunch and dinner there also. Such friendly staff. When I return to South West Rocks, this will be where I will stay!

Room was new and clean. Plenty of parking. Only thing is we couldn’t check out until 9am as there was no one to drop our key too and no drop box. We planned to leave a lot earlier as we had an 8 hour drive ahead of us

Loved that we arrived just as renovations had been done. The lovely Michelle at reception went out of her way to help us with air conditioning not working and moved us to another room. Thank you for going out of your way to help make our stay a really great experience Michelle. We will definitely recommend Sea Breeze to friends.

Had lunch and dinner there also. Such friendly staff. When I return to South West Rocks, this will be where I will stay!

Great property for the price. The receptionist was lovely and very informative. Bathroom a little dated but room was very clean and comfortable plus quiet. Great meal and cocktails at the pub. Fabulous location.

The hotel was very good . Very convenient to the town centre -- close to the bowling club where we competed . off street parking . Bistro was great to have onsite . available to check in until late

Overall for the price very good. Great bistro,room older but v clean. Bistro pumping and staff great. Would return. Suggest keep skips closed and fenced off in carpark.

From the check-in with the lovely lady at reception on Saturday to the pleasant bar staff at the dinner we had a great time. Room was great clean and comfortable and pricing was perfect. Be great to have some champagne glasses in the room just for something else that would be better in the room!

The rooms were perfect. Renovated with top class fixtures. The bathroom has wall to ceiling tiles and was so clean and fresh. The shower was the absolute best. The bed was so comfortable. Bottles of water provided and biscuits with your tea or coffee. We thoroughly enjoyed dinner and drinks at the attached pub. Would definitely stay here again. .

The room was in excellent condition and the bathroom was very nice too. Only problem was the band playing in the pub downstairs. I was tired. Other than that, excellent all round and happy to stay there again. Sad that it was cheaper to book on line than as a walk in. It would be nice for the business to get all the money, not an os company.
