Arrived for check in and was informed they had no hot water. Was told to contact Expedia for refund. They won’t even respond to confirm.

Front desk person was painfully slow. Cleaning staff was super friendly but property was run down. The mattress was very hard and the frame felt unstable and squeaked if you even breathed hard. Bathroom light didnt work. Tub was full of flex seal tape to "fix" a giant crack. Thinnest tiny bath towels in existence. But i guess for the price.. you get what you pay for.

Website stated breakfast, it wasnt offered. Reserved non-smoking room. The room had a terrible odor. Asked for a refund, didnt get one, left anyway and booked down the road.
