W Miami - LUXURY condo Amazing Views

Generally a nice place to stay. The area is great for dining and walking around. The room was very clean and the decor was fun. A great mini bar selection too. The location however was very loud. Loud music and loud cars all night. We went to use the gym in the morning at the opening time (6am) and everything was still locked and no lights in the hallway.

The room felt neglected. The view was not good as we could see another rooms bed from the balcony and it was awkward even trying to sit there. The bathtub did not work. The bar closed at 5pm. The pool was closed for maintenance. The lobby is smal and unwelcoming. The towels in the room were ripped. It was very loud. The room was dated and had broken tiles and peeling wallpaper. Not what I expected for the price point and a W hotel.

Terrible. Impossible to park. 40 minute wait. Parking not part of hotel. No late check out. Supposedly upgraded but gave me an accessible room so the shower was too small. Meant to sit it it! Awful.

The W Hotel has changed over the years. Parking has been outsourced, and you are charged every time you take out your car, plus an overnight fee of 50$. The water pressure in the rooms are really low, and makes it hard to take a comfortable shower. The W also no longer offers room service. The staff is nice and does a great job, but this hotel no longer operates like a 5 star hotel should charging a premium price.

Pool is open until 6pm. The HOA controls the pool and not the hotel. The pool is basically a place to relax but not a party place. The restaurant is below average and most of the staff was amazing! The lobby is extremely small and it reminded me of a cheap hotel. For what you pay at this hotel you can have much better alternatives if a 5 star experience is what you are looking for!

The only complain I have is that the gym was closed, I think it should have been disclosed in description of the property. Everything else was perfect.

The only real negative was the $42/night parking. They’re sneaky because the charge by hour. So you get to 10-24 hours is $42. So I wonder who stays at least 1 night but only parks for 9.5 hours? It’s literally impossible if you drive here. This is a sneaky way to say “it’s hourly” when in reality it’s not. So maybe park somewhere else or Uber in.

We had an amazing stay. First time at W hotel and right from the welcome we knew it would be MARVELOUS. Edmond gave great advice for the top restaurants and truly made us feel appreciated! He upgraded us to the best ever suite with our status, the views were stunning and we were so happy with the service, the room and the rooftop pool was so much bigger than expected. We will definitely stay again!! Also, location is great in Brickell. Cipriani and Socialista right downstairs, we don’t have to go far !

Room dirty, and we got a suite. Spent a lot of money for a dirty room. Construction detail and quality was pretty bad. Wallpaper going off, glass full of spots, etc.

This W Hotel is so rundown, the room is dirty, the carpet is ripped and in a very poor condition. The decor looks dizzy. Parking is not available as advertised on their website. No amenities provided as a 5 star hotel should be. As an elite Marriott Bonvoy member. This is not what I expected.

The best hotel very good and very clean

There was a leak in the ceiling of my bathroom that clearly was dripping toilet water. The bathroom stank like a sewer. I complained several times and it was not fixed. In addition every night between 2-3 AM it sounded as if construction was being done above my room. Totally unacceptable.

The hotel and room is outdated. I booked a suite and it was not cleaned besides the fact that I had to wait extra time to check in, it still was not clean. I was very disappointed. Never again. And good luck getting someone to answer the phone for service.

The W hotel was absolutely stunning. The rooms were extremely spacious and clean. I was greeted with respect instantly by the amazing staff. Upon my arrival, they even upgraded my basic room and gave me a balcony view. I have stayed at multiple hotels in Miami and none of them compare to the W hotel. I will be a regular and will recommend this hotel to anybody! Pricy - but worth every penny.

The hotel is wonderful however it is old. Wallpaper on walls and lampshades was covered with dust. Toilet was not cleaned. While someone made the bed, it appeared that furniture was not wiped down after the previous guest with fingerprints everywhere. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, and have never experienced this type of poor housekeeping.

Very comfortable, well appointed rooms. Friendly staff. Gorgeous pool and views.

Nice location and property, but the rooms are a little bit too noisy. Outside noise was heard clearly through the night. Also, the doors from the nearby guest rooms would make a loud noise heard inside our room every time they were closed.

Bathroom was very beat up. Scuff marks everywhere. Lamps shades were broken. Paint around bathroom window incomplete. Felt like the room had been abused and partied in.

When calling again, they wanted to send sale people who never showed up and I was ready to go to sleep. Front desk manager did nothing to compensate my stay. Terrible experience and customer service. I should get at least a percentage back on my stay. Not acceptable.

Property is designated 5 star, however it is tired and is not up to the W standards. Poor quality linens, tired decor, slow elevators, issues with door locks, limited outlets for connecting electronics etc. Big spacious room, but more 2/3 star level and certainly no worth 5 star rating or price. Was extremely disappointed.

The Tub never had water pressure and I don’t mean low pressure I mean completely wouldn’t come on. Myself and 3 other guests all commented there was zero hot water so yea the shower was fun today.

There was no room service after 10pm. We had to order Uber Eats and the hotel wouldn't bring our order to our room. We had to go down to the lobby to pick it up. The front desk was manned by 2 people who admitted they were the only 2 employees working in the hotel that night! I tried to call housekeeping because the in-room fridge was making a loud buzzing sound but no one picked up the phone. No one at the front desk also answered the phone. Embarrassing lack of hospitality and service. That said, the room was clean and breakfast the next morning was quick and well made.

The staff was the selling point! Gabriela and another woman with brown hair and glasses who i’m so sorry I forgot her name were amazing! Their communication was above and beyond and put me in a positive mood checking into the place. Absolutely would book with this company again and don’t see myself going elsewhere. The rooms were very clean and everything looked how the photos do!

Great service

I arrived at your hotel after an exhausting flight at 5 AM, only to find that my reservation had been canceled because I did not arrive the previous day. Despite having checked in through the Marriott Bonvoy page, which I have used countless times without any issues, this time the outcome was disastrous. Never before have I experienced something like this at any other W Hotel. The cancellation of my reservation without prior notice or contact is an absolute lack of consideration towards your guests, especially after a long journey. Moreover, the way I was treated by your staff only worsened the situation. When trying to resolve the problem, I was attended by Nasha (or Nashua). When I showed her the Marriott Bonvoy page through which I had checked in, she claimed I was showing her a random page, suggesting she did not know what page it was. When I insisted and demonstrated that it was indeed the correct page, she changed her story, saying it was not the same page I initially showed her. Did she think I was lying to her? To top it off, when we arrived at the reception, she was not even at her post. To make matters worse, I was not notified about the cancellation of my reservation. The reservation was already paid for two nights, yet it was canceled for no apparent reason. Since the reservation was made through a third party, I was not refunded the full amount, which is unacceptable. Additionally, I was forced to pay again on the same day to stay at the hotel.

Poorly trained staff and at times understaffed. Did not met my group needs and it was always hard to communicate with someone who was in charge. Overall I think they tried their best, still, their customer service and front desk team have a lot of room to improve.

Hotel was clean, brunch ended at 3:30 when we were told it was open till 4:30 I was not happy about that no room service for food or service at the pool

Paid extra for breakfast for two. Them we ask about breakfast they tell us "you have a $20 credit to spend at coffer bar". Coffee was terrible and pastries were stale. Why sell "breakfast for two" when its just a credit? Deceitful

Not having a restaurant open for dinner was not convenient. Coffee area had very limited stuff for a hotel of this size.

This is not a typical W hotel , it is more like an apartment hotel, the service is minimal, dining options are limited and the pool is disappointing. I would not recommend for someone looking for a normal W experience to stay here.

Restaurant was terrible. From service to food to drinks. Went in at 9AM on a Saturday morning and the bar wasn't open. Are you kidding me? Saturday in Miami.
