Great location, easy to find after a long trip, right outside gate du nord Room was big, nice balcony, elevator, big bed, fridge and fan

Staff pleasant and friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Like a lot of these older buildings the lift was tiny which I could see being an issue for some people. Really handy for Gare du Nord, Metro and RER trains.

There is nothing grand about this hotel. Well maybe the staircase which needs major cleaning. The lift/elevator is very small so if you are claustrophobic it’s the stairs for you. The room was very tiny with the toilet and shower on either side of the room. You cannot close the door to use the toilet because there is literally no space to. The shower was so tight it was a challenge to move around. It was definitely convenient to the train station but, that was it. In general I would consider this hotel/hostel a rip off and should not be advertised on your site

The hotel is conveniently located near Gare du Nord station, which makes it easy to get around and reach the main attractions in the city. The staff were kind and polite. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service during our stay, but they helped by giving us a room on the first floor, which was very thoughtful considering our luggage. The cleanliness could be improved, and the bathroom was quite small but acceptable. The room itself was spacious, although dark and crowded with furniture. The window didn’t close properly, so there was a cold draft and some noise coming from outside.

Vi valde detta hotell pga närheten till Gare du Nord då vi ville ha nära tågstationen vår sista dag i Paris innan avfärd på morgonen därpå. Rummet var väldigt rymligt, vi är två vuxna och två barn och vi hade två separata sovrum vilket var lyx, faktiskt vårt enda hotell denna semester som har haft det. Badrummet var också rymligt och stort. Vi fick möjlighet att checka in tidigare vilket var skönt, annars hade hotellet kunnat förvara vårt bagage, men det kändes bättre med tidigare incheckning. Området är ganska ljudligt, men det är ju inget hotellet kan rå för. Det fanns en hiss där det gick att stapla in alla väskor och stå 2 personer och så fick de 2 andra gå upp för trapporna :) Rent och inget att klaga på.

Very convenient location to transportation and fabulous bakeries. Rooms were quite dirty. Beds comfortable with clean sheets. Hot shower and washroom supplies provided. No elevator. Staff very accommodating.

Very nice hotel and a great location near Gare de Nord , literally 3 min from station pp

We wanted an hotel near to Gare du Nord as we were getting an early train the following morning and this was 3 minutes walk away. The hotel is very comfortable but the lift is very cramped, but so welcome, as was the concierge's welcome. Hotel looks like it could do with a steam clean but the room was a nice size although the toilet and bathroom were on opposite sides of the bedroom, bizarrely.... Great price and easy to find, a good place to stay if you need somewhere close to the station and restaurants

Jamais vu une salle de bain aussi immonde, douche complètement moisie de partout, plafond aussi, impossible de se doucher dans de tels conditions vraiment la propreté est déplorable, l’isolation de la chambre n’en parlons pas. C’est tout bonnement une honte

The reception area wasn't appealing and outdated. However, the room and bathroom were big. Spotless clean. Other than same police cars' siren, It was quiet at night. We got good sleep.

Great location, right on junction of main bus route and a veryvshort walk from the Gare Du Nord. Staff was welcoming. However black mould in bathroom (all around and on the doors to balcony!) Was very off putting and the main reason for such a low rating. Along with other reviews the heating/humidity can be a bit unbarable- with so close to the main road opening the doors to balcony at night isnt really an option for a peaceful nights sleep. Its ideal for a one nights stay in paris as a stop over du to its location and affordability. Was unaware that bed would be changed and towels would be gicen daily (if known this in advance ibwould have never left any personal propperty in plain sight)

Chambre mal isolée on attend tous les bruits de l’extérieur plein de saleté en dessous du lit de canette de gobelet jetable trop des poussières les personnels du ménage doivent faire attention en bas du lit matériel vieillot dommage manque d’entretien sinon bien situé

Great location the rooms were cleaned daily , only down side was a kettle to make a brew in the morning , but that said there is a cafe that is reasonably price right out side

Room was comfortable. Cleaned daily. Staff very friendly.

The hotel is run down. The shower had mold in it. The towels were ragged and thin.

Bathrooms very tiny. Room dirty and hot.

One of the windows did not close so it was quite noisy and the mattress was terrible.

Perfect location for station & metro. We had a family room (no 52) and was very spacious which is unusual in Paris. 1 double bed in 1croom and double & single in other room and a balcony all around. It is a basic room/hotel but it was clean and just what we needed for a 3 night stay in Paris at an affordable budget. It can be quite noisy as in a busy area but wouldn't expect anything less in a busy city location. It ticked all the boxes of what we needed and would definitely stay again.

Boa localização, recepção 24 horas, staff atencioso. Única coisa estranha, no quarto utilizado, era o banheiro, uma parte para cada lado. Nunca havia visto…

I live the fact that this location is close to the train station. There are plenty of restaurants and convenient stores around the corners. The checkin process was quick and the manager was nice and friendly. The downside about this property is that it is very outdated. There is no air conditioning. A section of our balcony fence which is broken is repaired with wire. If you are needing an affordable place just to sleep, this is the right location.

Room small,and no A/C and noisy area

Draps et serviettes de bain propre. Gare du Nord et accès transports faciles. Personnel poli et serviable. La chambre est vieillotte mais fonctionnelle. Le ménage n'est pas fait, la chambre etait sale. Une petite bouilloire serait un plus. Je n'y retournerai pas lors d'un prochain déplacement, la propreté n'est pas du tout au rendez-vous.

The hotel was ok for one star hotel. One of the plugs in our room didn’t work but we had spare one. We asked for new clean pillow cases and the staff sorted it out. The staff is very friendly.

Basic hotel, fine for a night or two. The cleaning was a bit lacking and the room needs some TLC. That said, it was a good amount of space for a family of 5, and we had a fridge in the room. The staff were lovely and I appreciated the coffee machine for 1€ cappuccinos to start the day.

THE BALCONY OF OUR ROOM WAS REALLY DIRTY . EVEN HAD A DIRTY DIAPER THERE. THE NOISE IS HORRIBLE AND THE WINDOWS ARE NOT REALLY GOOD SEALLING. I FORGOT MY PANDORA BRACELET AND I KEEP CALLING TO THE HOTEL AND DONT HAVE AN ANSWER.

We booked 2 rooms, but he made the mistake with the other. So we had to wait for 1/2 hour to switch the rooms for us. No compensation to us.

I was in Paris for a couple of days for work. There is someone there 24 hours but if you come down early there is no one there and the lights are off and you don't know whether you will get back in after you got breakfast. Someone did eventually see me there, came out and said I could buzz to get back in but its not really true 24 hour front desk. Room was small but layout is good so that it does not feel so small. Floor could probably do with a sweep and a mop. Bathroom was recently renovated which was nice. Good location.

I can’t remember the name of the man at the front desk, but honestly he was very welcome and helpful giving us instructions to move around. That to me was the highlight of this place.

We had an issue with the shower door and the staff fixed it immediately. They allowed us to store our bags for a few hours after checkout. The train station for the EuroStar was about two blocks from the hotel. Cons: The room faced the street and was extremely loud. There were sirens constantly and car horns at the intersection all day and night. Although the bedroom and bathroom were clean, there was a large hole in the wall in the bathroom with exposed pipes. The television was very small and mounted too high to comfortably watch while sitting on the bed and there was about ten feet of extra cable hanging from it. The hallway when you got out of the very tiny elevator was completely dark and we had to use our phone flashlights to find the door lock. The neighborhood was not great. Most of the stores in the area sold wedding dresses and men's wedding tuxedos and suits, which was not ideal for tourists. There was a nice patisserie nearby, but otherwise the restaurants seemed like they were very average or they were fast food. Public transportation was necessary to visit any Paris landmarks.

Staff are very nice and helpful

This hotel is perfectly functional - you get what you pay for! It’s a stones throw from Gare du Nord, it’s perfectly located to get you all around the city very easily. The room was small, clean and basic. Right in the middle of a capital city, we could hear street noise, but it didn’t keep us awake. The staff are incredibly friendly. We would use this hotel again.

Close to all transportation. Lots of restaurants nearby. Hotel old but clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful.

It's a basic affordable hotel, room perhaps a bit dated but quite spacious for Paris standards. Perfect location for Gare du Nord.

Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo à estação Gare du Nord. Fácil acesso à toda Paris e arredores.

The hotel is very close to the Gare Du Nord train station, lots restaurants and shops around the area. It is generally safe to walk around. It is in the walking distance to the church on the mountain top, which has a great view of Paris.
