Sleep Inn & Suites Prince George near Fort Lee

Your front desk Associates were great. The room was clean, however, neither of the 2 phones in the room worked. Could not call front desk, had to go to front desk. Hot tub was out of order. We booked because of the hot tub. Would have been good to know it didn't work before we booked.

I stayed because it had a pool got there pool under construction. The hallway reeked of weed smell everynight

The only reason I booked this property was to take my daughter to the pool, I confirmed when I was checking in that the pool was open and did not close until midnight. Around 7 when we went down to use the pool it was closed for maintenance. I was given a receipt that read my stay was going to be $0 after speaking with the desk agent. I never received a refund, my card was charged and Travelocity did nothing to give my funds back to me even after not being charged by the property. Travelocity received my payment and even though the stay was not charged they did not refund my money back. The property has avoided dealing with Travelocitys attempts to “approve” the refund, even though the approval should just be the fact that Travelocity was not charged. Terrible service all around other than the desk agent who tried to give me a refund.

The pool has been out of service for renovations for a while and it was not mentioned at all. I booked this trip to visit my son who is in the army. He really wanted to lounge by a pool. I tried to get a refund for 2nd night after I noticed pool was out. Zana told me there was no problem as long as 3rd party approved (they did). Then Zana refused due to the fact that their cleaning staff was gone for the day. This all occurred at 12:30pm. People checkout at 11am. I feel she could’ve been refunded me so I can book another hotel with full working amenities. I was forced to stay here and my son’s wishes were not full filled. Thanks for nothing Zana!

I booked this hotel twice. Back to back. The first time their water pipe had broken so there was maintenance being done, very loud and disruptive. The washer and dryer were out of service the entire time we stayed which was frustrating. Would book again in the future but not any time soon due to their laundry facility.

Wevcame to visit our son on the army base. This was a great location. Clean, friendly staff, great breakfast. I love the indoor pool. We will definitely stay here again

Hot tub was not working, coffee maker in breakfast area was also out of order. Coffee maker in room was moldy and slimy. Washer didn’t rinse or spin clothes, so had to hand rewash/rinse in bathtub and took took hours to dry. Despite these inconveniences, the hotel and rooms were exceptionally clean, kids loved the pool, and the property was beautiful and comfy.

The room we stayed in has many items broken like phones, door handle, hair dryer, etc.. felt like not maintained properly.

Front desk people were polite. 1. dirty room - Only surface cleaned 2. had maintenance issue - bathroom light blew that was not fixed 3. TV did not work properly 4. chair in room broken

Booked this stay for the pool/hot tub. Arrived and the hot tub was closed, the pool only leveled from 3.5ft to 5.15ft. The room’s conditions for a King Suite was below average. The bathroom had some hair and greasiness on the floor. Towels/wash cloths had other people’s hair stuck in them. The mattress cover of the bed was disgustingly filthy. It had stains (mostly yellow) and the sheets were not soft and plushy. For a Sleep Inn, I didn’t bet the best sleep there.

It was a nice hotel. Just had a real strong pee smell in the room that all.

Upon checking in I was asked for a card for incidentals the young woman said my 1st card was “declined” so I used the exact card I used for booking and again she said “declined” NO neither were declined. I looked at my accounts and both cards had charges on them, okay no big deal the charges will fall off so I proceeded to my room. Upon entering the room I was smacked in the face with the stench of mold & mildew. Upon turning on lights I realized this room absolutely was disgusting. There was HUMAN BODILY FLUIDS all over the mattress cover and housekeeping simply put clean sheets on top of it. I went back to the desk and asked for a “clean” room and explained why. The lady at the desk and the manager gave me a different room and the manager went to inspect the 1st room. The second room was WORSE! Again a horrific smell of mold, furniture that had clearly been waterlogged so bad that the pressed wood was swollen and falling apart but that’s not the problem…. THERE WERE BED BUGS ALL OVER THE MATTRESS COVER and large spots of dried blood from them biting other people. Typically I would’ve checked out BUT with it being graduation weekend at Ft. Gregg-Adams there weren’t many options of other hotels to choose from and well this was the “Top rated” hotel in the area. So Back to the desk I went! By this time the manager had left for the night and the girl at the desk acted as if this wasn’t the first time she’s heard of this. Ugh room number 3 was bug free. WON’T STAY AGAIN

This was my first time staying at a Sleep Inn and it was a positive experience. Great price during a busy weekend, polite staff, daily breakfast and large rooms!

Our room, a king "suite", was a very large room with a comfortable, though not separate, seating area. The bathroom was clean, amenities stocked and the bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. I would have liked to see fresh fruit and mix ins for the yogurt.

Clean room and hotel. No recyling container in room. Blackout curtains at bottom let a lot of light pass. Good breakfast. Excellent value.

Maybe if the times were also posted in the rooms that would be better. Nothing worse than smelling waffles and you can’t have any Also, we weren’t told about the breakfast when we were checking in I was otherwise happy with my overnight stay especially after having problems with my credit card being declined due to someone, not me reporting it lost so it was blocked. I ended up using another one I was lucky enough to have brought along. I believe her name was Latisha who handled it was very gracious. I would stay at Sleep inn again The only thing I wasn’t happy with is that early Sunday morning someone was riding what sounded like a motorcycle up and down the road beside the building, we were in room 200 facing the back, making a lot of noise

We had a great stay. Our rooms were nice, clean and spacious. Staff was amazing. We accidentally locked ourselves out of our adjoining room around midnight, with the safety lock on! The auditor went above and beyond to help us with this situation, even offering another nearby room.

It’s very clean and comfortable. Rooms are large and look new. Very satisfied with our stay. Side note: if you are coming from the south, the gps may take you through and not so great looking part of town. But keep going once you get to the hotel you are in a great area with restaurants and shopping.

Hotel was very nice, clean nice breakfast, but wondering , why every hotel has started using small square pillows, instead of regular pillows, they are not very comfortable.

Staff was nice and rooms were clean and well maintained

Easy check in. They did accidentally charge me an extra incidental fee, but I did get it back within 72 hours.

Staff members are very respectful and responsive to anything you need or feel free to ask any questions. The lady up front was such a sweetheart and she was so helpful and kind and tried to make sure that our reservation was correct and we didn’t have to worry about doing it over after it had messed up on us. Thanks to that lady because she was so kind and you don’t get that much kindness anymore especially at hotels.

The computer system needs to be updated because the check in time was much longer than normal, but the staff made it less irritating and pleasant.

It’s very clean and comfortable. Rooms are large and look new. Very satisfied with our stay. Side note: if you are coming from the south, the gps may take you through and not so great looking part of town. But keep going once you get to the hotel you are in a great area with restaurants and shopping.

The Guest Services Personnel are amazing and the property is clean and very cozy. I would give them 10 stars if I could. The breakfast was good and filling, and as a courtesy, they make free Otis Spunkmeyer cookies! Otis Freaking Spunkmeyer!!!

Solid property to stay at. We stayed two nights without any issues while getting a child from the near by fort. Staff very nice and the lady running the breakfasts was great.

The staff was very friendly, especially that lady that makes your eggs in the morning for breakfast. She was very friendly. About the room…The bathtub was clogged , the towels were dirty and no smart TV. No Wi-Fi. They need to upgrade the rooms, especially with Wi-Fi and smart TV. I will not book this Hotel again, even though the staff was very friendly, but that’s not all.
