Door code didn’t work, no power whatsoever to the condo that was soaked in water from the freezer melting. They eventually gave us a new condo and then made us move AGAIN the second day. Whole vacation ruined.

Had a wonderful time!! Enjoyed the beautiful condo! Very clean and beds were very comfortable. Very spacious! Loved the decor!

Overall, great stay. Condo was as advertised, clean and bright. The location is very convenient, this was our second stay in the San Carlos building, and won't be our last.

The condo was just as listed. The property was clean and well decorated. We enjoyed our stay. I didn’t like having to pay 50 for parking and having to cross four lanes of traffic to park in the extra parking lot across the street. There is definitely not enough parking spots to accommodate everyone close to the building.
