It was a decent airport hotel, but…. If Ryanair operated an airport hotel - this is what it would look like. Rooms were clean and the bed was good. There was no refrigerator or bottled water in the room. No ice buckets or other ice machines that we could find. Very basic amenities and services. Not much else other than a tea kettle and a bottle opener. Be prepared however to get “nickeled and dimed” over anything else. Arrive before check in? Pay a fee. Want good wifi? Pay a fee. Want breakfast? Pay a fee. And be prepared for a HARD SELL on staying there for dinner too.

I did not like that there are apparently SEVEN Premier Inns at Gatwick. I certainly didn't know that when booking. Satnav took me to the wrong one which I *wish* had been the right one because that one had free parking. The one I booked required me to park in airport short stay parking for 25 pounds for the night!

Stressful pressured check in as only allowed to park at front of hotel (lower ground with reception on level 0) 10 minutes - or charged £1 per minute for every minute over!! Charged £3 per bag - yes to charity but … to leave bags if too early for strict 3 pm check in - and not a minute before. Opted to pay £15 for early check in. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Only one towel in bathroom, so had to find staff member for another. Lovely handwashing and body wash/shampoo. Convenient location for early flight from Gatwick North Terminal. Quick maintenance fix when TV froze.

The hotel is right opposite the airport , great place to stay for last night of your holiday , The facilities are nice and the bed was very comfortable . I would recommend booking dinner as soon as you arrive as the restaurant gets very busy however you can order from the bar and take the food to your room Staff are very friendly

Location was great for access to Gatwick North. Staff was efficient and friendly. Decent happy hour and good food in the restaurant.

Fantastic location and great rate for such convenience. Our room was very small with a fold up bed squeezed in to allow a family of four to stay, but it was only for one night and the room had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. It’s busy but well organized and we found staff to help us check in because the machines didn’t work for us (with an Expedia booking number and Canadian postcode). The restaurant was also convenient with family friendly diversity, your basic food quality. We were prompted to book a table and glad we did - it’s big but busy! Suited our needs perfectly for a good rate so we would stay again.

Very convenient when you have an early flight out of LGW North Terminal. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room - it was really quite dismal. It may have only been this room but still.........

Have stayed the hotel many times for its extreme convenience across the street from the North Terminal at Gatwick. Always a clean room and helpful staff with check in. We ate at the restaurant. fairly price lots of choices the curry was delicious. Great wait staff compliments to the management. Ill be back again thank you.

Excellent position, 3 min walking from North Terminal. 5 min from the train station using the rail shuttle service. Bads are small (mattress 190cm and quite old). Cold in the room, the heating system didn't seem to heat at the end of september.

Our flight was cancelled and when we reached out to the hotel for a refund or a credit, they said, NO! We will never book a room with this chain or any affiliated properties in the future. If you booked through an outside agency as we did, hotels never help, using the excuse that an outside company was used to book the room. Now we'll see if Expedia does anything for us.

We had a very difficult time checking in. Had to make several calls to Expedia. The hotel said they saw our booking but could not check us in as it is a 3rd party. First time we have had issues with Expedia. We feel that this hotel does not want bookings through them.

The lady at check-in was really nice, gave us advice about the trains to London and recommended a day ticket that we could use for both trains and tubes. Room was clean, comfy bed and good breakfast.

It's very close to the airport specially for early flights you dont have to worry about traffic or getting a cab! The little train that brings you to the terminal is very frequent and only 30m away from the hotel!!

Super convenient and the perfect airport hotel. Everything you need and so close to the airport. Will definitely stay again! Couldn't hear much the from the planes, which was a pleasant surprise. Ate dinner at the hotel too which was excellent with great service.

On the positive it’s easy to find right next to the north terminal. It is worn down and the improvements are cheap. Food is not made on site, and really not good. Will stay somewhere else next time
