We loved the place overall, very clean lots of amenities. Hot tub was really nice. My wife was unexpectedly on a knee scooter due to an accident the week before our vacation the layout of the house worked really with master bedroom, bath and kitchen all on first floor. Fire pit could use some TLS but it was too hot for us to use anyway.Park is a 2 minute drive not very walkable. Spent a day boating on Nolin Lake only 15 minute drive and a couple days at Mammoth cave 30 minute drive.Left something behind and owners were nice to mail to us!!Would rent again if in the area!

The house was well equipped with everything we needed for 4 adults and 5 kids. Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies/utensils, comfortable furniture. Location was a short drive to Mammoth Cave, and the hot tub was a bonus. Add in that the house is pet friendly, and we couldn’t have asked for me. Would definitely stay here again.

The Bee Hive was perfect for our family's visit to Mammoth Cave. It was a half hour drive from the Mammoth Cave Visitors Center. We were able to cook all of our meals in the well stocked kitchen. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub and the park right down the road from the house. Our older children enjoyed reading and relaxing on the wrap around porch. Everything we needed was provided with the house so it was a very restful and relaxing time!
The Bee Hive was perfect for our family's visit to Mammoth Cave. It was a half hour drive from the Mammoth Cave Visitors Center. We were able to cook all of our meals in the well stocked kitchen. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub and the park right down the road from the house. Our older children enjoyed reading and relaxing on the wrap around porch. Everything we needed was provided with the house so it was a very restful and relaxing time!

This is such a cute property. It was very well stocked...tp, paper towels, towels, detergent, etc. the hot tub was clean and hot, the bed were comfortable. This is probably the cleanest place and most stocked place we have ever stayed. it is not very tall people friendly in some spots of the house, but we made it work. I highly recommend.

The home was beautiful and so clean, with lots of room for the four of us. We visited family and Nolin Lake and enjoyed eating at PJs Cafe for breakfast each morning. Loved porch sitting as well, great location for us.

Kitchen had alot of gadgets, dishes, spices and things that we normally dont see enough of in other properties. The hot tub was very nice, just an odd smell and seemed salty, but that couldve been chemicals.

It’s off one of the main roads in the town, making it very convenient to get anywhere you need to go. The area was nice and we felt safe. The house is very roomy and nicely decorated. It was clean and well-stocked. We loved enjoying time on the huge front porch!

What a lovely home! Eight of us had plenty of room. The hot tub was so comforting after a long Mammoth Cave tour! I would definitely recommend this house!

Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable home in the Kentucky country, small town environment. Within 25-45 minutes of many activities. Mammoth Cave, Dinosaur World, Kentucky Down Under Etc. After a busy day of activity you come home to cozy home, relax, play games, prepare your meal, has every thing you need.

We were in town for a family reunion. The location was perfect as it was only a couple of miles from our family and the place we held our reunion. Everything was clean and we had what was needed for our stay.We did not have the opportunity to you use the fire pit during our stay unfortunately but would have been a nice bonus. Loved the porch. Our only issue was that we had seven adults and the BR upstairs does not have a door that can be closed...it's more like a loft so you could hear everything that was going on so it made it difficult to sleep until the whole house was sleeping! Only a couple of nights however so it was fine overall. Would stay again.

This was a great place to stay witv plenty of room for four adults. Highlights of the property for was that it was quiet, spacious and well appointed. The downside is that is a bit remote so there is a lot of driving involved to get to attractions or dinner. On the plus side, it has a fully equipped kitchen, so making our own meals was a breeze. Our main reason for visiting the area was to see Mammoth Cave which made the location great for us as it is only a 30 minute drive away.

My family enjoyed our stay at The Beehive. Close to Mammoth Caves and Nolin Lake. Ate great breakfast at PJ's Cafe. Parking for our 3 vehicles. It is 4 bedrooms but be aware you have to walk through the first upsatirs bedroom to get to the 2nd bedroom. It wasnt a problem for us but could be for others. We would definitely book again.

Absolutely loved staying here! There were 9 of us and 2 Corgis. The 4 adults had the 2 bedrooms on the main floor and the kids up stairs. I appreciated that there were 3 twin beds in one of the rooms upstairs for our boys. The girls shared the full sized bed in the other room upstairs. We also appreciated the washer & dryer Jackie & Phillip were great hosts!

My group of 9 (3 families of 3 people, ages 8-old as the Super Bowl) stayed at this property for a weekend. Nicely appointed with everything one would need, plenty of room to spread out, easy to get to Mammoth Cave and near a Dollar General Market for anything forgotten. We made every meal at the house and didn’t have to ‘make do’ as all the basics where there. Bedrooms downstairs were big enough for an air mattress/cot since we were concerned we’d have to separate the kids if they got to rowdy. We’d stay again if we visit Mammoth again.

This was a great property. Its location is central to many great vacation spots to visit. Due to user error, I had contacted the property manager multiple times. They were quick to respond and patient with my many questions. :-) I would recommend this rental for your Mammoth Cave stay.

Lovely, cozy home that is conveniently located near Mammoth Caves National Park and Bowling Green. The hosts made our visit very comfortable and we hope to be back in the future!

Home decor was cute. But home is in desperate need of a through cleaning. Hot tub was not properly kept. And location was not close to anything.

Great location if you want to visit Mammoth Cave National Park and avoid any crowds. The bedrooms upstairs are attic rooms, great for kids - no windows.

This was a great property. Its location is central to many great vacation spots to visit. Due to user error, I had contacted the property manager multiple times. They were quick to respond and patient with my many questions. :-) I would recommend this rental for your Mammoth Cave stay.

The Beehive is a charming rental in rural Kentucky. We enjoyed the drives through the area and getting to explore the countryside. It was conveniently located to Nolin Lake, Mammoth Cave and Bowling Green attractions. The house is clean and comfortable and was able to sleep our family of 9. We enjoyed all the windows on the first floor and the natural light. The house is tastefully decorated in a Bee theme.

The house is located in the town of Bee Spring, which is maybe a 15-20 minute drive from Mammoth Caves. It’s off one of the main roads in the town, making it very convenient to get anywhere you need to go. The area was nice and we felt safe. The house is very roomy and nicely decorated. It was clean and well-stocked. We loved enjoying time on the huge front porch!

Bee Hive was perfect for us!! 3 adult children, 2 Partners and a baby! Beautiful floors, great kitchen, large table for food and games! Close to Mammoth Cave.

The property had plenty of room for sleeping five adults. We appreciated the two full bathrooms. We did not realize it was on a busy intersection of two state highways, which creates a lot of traffic noise, but once we got used to that, it was fine. We really enjoyed the bee theme because we are beekeepers ourselves. It was a good location to access both the north and south portions of Mammoth Cave National Park. We wanted to do some hiking on the north part and the ferry across the Green River from the Cave portion of the park was not operating, so it was nice to be in a location where we could easily access the road that enters from the north.

Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable home in the Kentucky country, small town environment. Within 25-45 minutes of many activities. Mammoth Cave, Dinosaur World, Kentucky Down Under Etc. After a busy day of activity you come home to cozy home, relax, play games, prepare your meal, has every thing you need.

This was a great place to stay witv plenty of room for four adults. Highlights of the property for was that it was quiet, spacious and well appointed. The downside is that is a bit remote so there is a lot of driving involved to get to attractions or dinner. On the plus side, it has a fully equipped kitchen, so making our own meals was a breeze. Our main reason for visiting the area was to see Mammoth Cave which made the location great for us as it is only a 30 minute drive away.

The Bee Hive was perfect for our family's visit to Mammoth Cave. It was a half hour drive from the Mammoth Cave Visitors Center. We were able to cook all of our meals in the well stocked kitchen. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub and the park right down the road from the house. Our older children enjoyed reading and relaxing on the wrap around porch. Everything we needed was provided with the house so it was a very restful and relaxing time!

My family enjoyed our stay at The Beehive. Close to Mammoth Caves and Nolin Lake. Ate great breakfast at PJ's Cafe. Parking for our 3 vehicles. It is 4 bedrooms but be aware you have to walk through the first upsatirs bedroom to get to the 2nd bedroom. It wasnt a problem for us but could be for others. We would definitely book again.

Adorable, clean, great location for visitors to mammoth cave! Nice little mom and pop restaurant right there, park across from restaurant- sweet! Forgot it was a dry county, but the Dollar General right there had ample breakfast foods, drinks, and snacks! Loved it!!!

The home was beautiful and so clean, with lots of room for the four of us. We visited family and Nolin Lake and enjoyed eating at PJs Cafe for breakfast each morning. Loved porch sitting as well, great location for us.

We had a great stay and enjoyed the local places for dinner and breakfast. Met many great people and had a wonderful time. Was just a bit surprised there was no shower soap or shampoo but other than that it was great.

My group of 9 (3 families of 3 people, ages 8-old as the Super Bowl) stayed at this property for a weekend. Nicely appointed with everything one would need, plenty of room to spread out, easy to get to Mammoth Cave and near a Dollar General Market for anything forgotten. We made every meal at the house and didn’t have to ‘make do’ as all the basics where there. Bedrooms downstairs were big enough for an air mattress/cot since we were concerned we’d have to separate the kids if they got to rowdy. We’d stay again if we visit Mammoth again.

Beautiful property! They had everything we needed. Coffee maker and pods for the Keurig. Lots of towels, plenty of kitcen supplies, also a great location.

Great place to stay for a Mammoth Cave visit. Clearly an older home which has been lovingly updated. We had a great time and everything we needed was right there. Host was easy to communicate with and very helpful!

The bee hive is very clean and relaxing we enjoyed our stay the past two nights.we went to crystal onyx cave and to dinosaur world and to mammoth cave very easy to get to. Very happy with our stay. We did end up leaving to make our drive back to Michigan at 330am to be home in a timely manner. But our stay at the bee hive was very beautiful and very well relaxing easpicilly in the hot tub .
